この発明は、外装材として用いられる胴差、破風、鼻隠、見切り材、コーナー材および外壁パネルのジョイント部目隠しモール材、内装材として用いられる回り縁および幅木、その他の建築用化粧板材の取付金具に関する。

【従来の技術】
上述のような建築用化粧板材を建物躯体に取り付けるために用いられる取付金具としては、図13〜図15に示すアルミ成形品の取付金具100が知られている。図13は、取付金具100により建築用化粧板材50が建物躯体5に取付けられた状態を示す図であり、図14は取付金具100の平面図であり、図15は図14中X−X’線矢視断面図である。

この取付金具100は、図14および図15に示すように、矩形の基板部101の中央高さ位置より幾分下の位置において横方向に延在するフック部102が突出成形されている。基板部101の上端部中央には建物躯体5へのビス止めのためのビス穴109が形成されている。

建築用化粧板材50は、窯業系材料で成形されているために比較的重いものである。そのため、図13に示すように、建築用化粧板材50の金具取付部55は、建築用化粧板材50の重量を十分に支持できるように建築用化粧板材50の背面51の長手方向(建築用化粧板材50の正面または背面から見て横方向)に形成したフック溝56を有している。

取付金具100を化粧板材50の金具取付部55に取り付け固定する作業は、取付金具100のフック部102を背面51の係合顎部59に係合させると共に、それらの問および両者の係合部分に接着剤60を介在させ、その接着剤60が硬化することによって本来は完了するものである。

タッカー65は、取付金具100の基板部101の平坦部分から化粧板材50の背面51へ打ち付けられるが、アルミ製の取付金具100は比較的柔らかいので、タッカー65による打ち抜きが可能であり、タッカー65による取付金具100の化粧板材50への仮止めは安定していて効果的であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述したような従来の取付金具100の金具取付部55への固定作業では、接着剤60が硬化する前にタッカー65を使用するために、タッカー65の打ち付け時の衝撃等で取付金具100が化粧板材50に対して位置ズレを起こすことがあった。

たとえば、化粧板材50の高さ方向(縦方向)に取付金具100の取付位置ががズレた場合は、化粧板材50を長手方向に継足していくときに継目部分で段差が生じ、美観を損なう問題が生じる。

この発明は、道具(治具)を用いることなく、簡単な操作で容易に安定した取付金具の化粧板材への取り付け固定を行なうことができ、また取付金具の化粧板材への固定時は勿論のこと、建物躯体に対するビス止めにおいても位置ズレが生じず、化粧板材の建物躯体への整った取り付け固定ができる耐久性に優れた建築用化粧板材の取付金具を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明に基づいた建築用化粧板材の取付金具においては、背面の長手方向に沿って延在し、上記背面から厚さ方向へ窪んで開口した入口溝部と、上記背面と上記入口溝部との間に角部を有する係合顎部を形成するように上記入口溝部に対して略直交する方向へ屈曲するように上記入口溝部から連続する係止溝部とを有するフック溝を含む金具取付部を備える化粧板材を、建物躯体に取り付けるための建築用化粧板材の取付金具であって、この取付金具は、上記金具取付部に係止する係合部と、上記建物躯体に取り付け固定されるべく延設された板状部とを含み、上記係合部は、上記フック溝の上記入口溝部から挿入されて上記係止溝部へ差し込こまれるように、かつ、上記フック溝の上記係合顎部に嵌合されるように屈曲成形されたフック部と、上記取付金具を上記化粧板材の長手方向に対して交差する方向にスライド移動させることで、その嵌合後に上記係合顎部とは対向する側の上記入口溝部の溝壁面に対して弾性的に当接可能な舌状片とを含んでいる。

上記構成を採用することにより、取付金具を化粧板材に取付ける際に、取付金具を化粧板材の長手方向に対して交差する方向にスライド移動させることで、まずフック部が係合顎部に差し込まれ、その後、舌状片が溝部に入り込み、この溝部の溝壁面に対して舌状片が弾性的に当接する。したがって、取付金具を化粧板材に取付けた後には、舌状片とフック部とにより弾性的に取付金具が化粧板材のフック溝を含む金具取付部に係合する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明に基づいた各実施の形態における建築用化粧板材の取付金具の構造について、図を参照しながら説明する。

(実施の形態1)
まず、図1〜図5を参照して、この発明に基づいた実施の形態1における建築用化粧板材の取付金具10Aの構造について説明する。なお、図1は、この実施の形態における取付金具10Aを化粧板材50に取付けた状態を示す部分断面図である。また、図2は取付金具10Aの構造を示す平面図であり、図3は図2中X−X’線矢視断面図であり、図4は図2中Y−Y’線矢視断面図であり、図5は図4中Cで囲まれた領域の拡大図である。
