本発明は、建造物における外装材や内装材等、化粧パネル材の取付金物及び化粧パネル材の取付金物製造方法に関するものである。

本発明は、特に安価で量産性に優れた化粧パネル材の取付金物製造方法を提供し、該製造方法にて製作された化粧パネル材の取付金物を使用すると化粧パネル材の取付が、簡単且つ容易に施工出来る化粧パネル材の取付金物を提供するものである。

また、本発明の取付金物は、化粧パネル材と躯体間の間隔を大きく設定することが容易に可能であるため、該間隙部に断熱材や防音材等の付属資材を十分な厚さで施すことで、建造物の性能を一段と向上させることの出来る化粧パネル材の取付金物及び化粧パネル材の取付金物製造方法を提供するものである。

更に、本発明の取付金物は、化粧パネル材と躯体間の間隔を非常に小さく設定することが容易に可能であるため、プレキャストコンクリート造のカーテンウォール等において外壁面をアルミやステンレス、またはチタン等の金属製化粧パネルで覆い雨仕舞いは、PCカーテンウォール面で処理する事によりPC工場内でも金属を非常に扱い易くなり、前記化粧パネルとPC製カーテンウォール本体間の間隔を極端に小さくして、金属製化粧パネルがPC本体に打ち込み製作されたようなコンクリートと金属製化粧パネル一体型のカーテンウォールをPC工場にて、製作可能にした化粧パネル材の取付金物及び化粧パネル材の取付金物製造方法を提供するものである。

【従来の技術】
パネル形状の外装材を鉄筋コンクリート等により構築された躯体面に取り付ける方法として、従来から適宜寸法にカットされたアングル材をアンカーボルトによって躯体面に固定し、該アングル材から突出したアングル材の一片に他のアングル材を重ね合わせ、該アングル材の重合部において前記躯体面の不陸を調整して外装材の取付レベル位置決めを行い、前記外装材の取付を行う方法が一般的におこなわれている。

前記外装材の取付に使用される取付金物は、二個のアングル材であり、該二個のアングル材は、一方のアングル材を躯体面に固定し、他方のアングル材は外装材に直接取り付けるか、外装取付枠を介して外装材を取り付けるもので、前記二個のアングル材の重合部にて片側のアングル材の出幅を調整し、躯体面の不陸調整と取付レベルの位置決めを行った後、前記重合する二個のアングル材を溶接により固着して外装材を取付している。

また、前記重合する二個のアングル材にルーズホールを設けてボルト・ナットで連結し、該ルーズホールの大きさによる規制範囲内にて躯体面の不陸調整と取付レベル位置決めを行った後、前記ボルト・ナットにて二個のアングル材を互いに締結、固着して外装材を躯体面に取付したりしている。

しかしながら、上述の如くアングル材を取付金物として用いた従来の工法にあっては、躯体面にアンカーボルトにて固定されたアングル材の突出片上で他のアングル材を重合して、該部分にて躯体面の不陸調整と取付レベルを決めているため、当該外装材の取付は熟練を必要としていた。

また、上記従来工法にあっては、使用出来るアングル材の大きさに限度があり、外装材と躯体面間に十分な厚さの断熱材や防音材を施すために大きな間隔を設けようとすると、前記アングル材の組み合わせを吊り梯子の如く三個から四個と組み合わせて躯体面から外装材を持ち出しをするか、断面形状が大矩の如くアングル材を組み合わせてファスナー部材をそれぞれ作り、該ファスナー部材にて外装材を躯体面より大きな間隔を持って取付ける等、取付金物の製造費用が高価になるばかりでなく、煩雑で施工手間のかかる取付方法を余儀なくなされてきた。

斯くして、躯体面と外装材間の間隔を大きくとり、該間隙部に断熱材を十分な厚さをもって設けることのできる外装材の支持金物及び、当該支持金物を使用した外断熱工法による建物の外壁構造に関する技術が特開2000−73515で開示されている。

特開2000−73515は、コンクリート造またはALC造の建物の外装材を支持するために躯体壁面に設置される支持金物であって、基端が壁面に略垂直に取り付けられる支持ボルトと、当該支持ボルトを補強するための補強部材とから成り、前記補強部材は、前記支持ボルトを相対的に挿通させる装着部と、当該装着部から張出された複数の支持板とから構成され、前記各支持板は、その底辺先端の壁面接触部分から支持ボルト先端側に向けられた略直線的な筋交構造を備えていることを特徴とする外装材の支持金物である。

而して、前記支持金物にあっては、基端が壁面に略垂直に取り付けられる支持ボルトと、該支持ボルトを補強するための補強部材とから成り、補強部材は前記支持ボルトを相対的に挿通させる装着部と該装着部から張出された複数の略直角三角形の支持板から構成されている。前記支持板の構成材料は、鋼板なども使用し得るが、自重、変形強度及び耐食性を考慮して、約1〜4mmの厚さのステンレス板が使用され、また、支持板は軽量化を図るため板面の中央が肉抜きされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
斯くして、上述した外装材の支持金物は、躯体壁に締結される支持ボルト、装着部、及び複数の支持板から成る補強部材から構成され、該複数の支持板から成る補強部材にて、前記躯体壁に締結される支持ボルトを補強して躯体壁面より大きく持ち出しされ、角パイプ等から成る縦胴縁が取り付けられる。

前記外装材は、該縦胴縁に沿ってネジ止めされることにより、躯体壁の壁面と外装材との離間距離を大きく取れるので、外断熱工法において、断熱材の厚さを例えば75〜300mmといった十分な厚さに設定できるとしている。

しかしながら、前記複数の支持板から成る補強部材は、約1〜4mmの厚さのステンレス板や鋼板を略直角三角形に切り抜き、または打ち抜き加工したり、折り曲げ加工をして支持ボルトの装着部を形成する等、非常に加工手間の必要な部材であった。

また、打ち抜き用金型を作り量産体制を整えても、打ち抜き用金型一型で作られる補強部材の支持ボルト持ち出し寸法が変われば、即ち、躯体壁面と外装材間の間隔設定が変化すれば、前記補強部材では対応出来ず、他の打ち抜き金型を作り補強部材を新たに製作しなくてはならない。従って、前記従来例は、モジュールの決められた戸建て用住宅の外断熱工法用外装材支持金物であった。

而して、本発明は、上述に従来例の問題点を解決して、建造物における外装材の取付のみならず、内装材の取付等においても、汎用性が良く、利用範囲の大きい化粧パネル材の取付金物、及び化粧パネル材の取付金物製造方法を提供することを目的としている。

本発明は、特に安価で量産性に優れた化粧パネル材の取付金物製造方法を提供し、該製造方法にて制作された化粧パネル材の取付金物を使用すると化粧パネル材の取付が、簡単且つ容易に施工出来る化粧パネル材の取付金物を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、鉄筋コンクリート造やプレキャストコンクリート造、及び軽量気泡コンクリート板等にて形成される建造物の躯体面に対して必要な間隔をもって平滑状態に化粧パネルをとりつけるために前記躯体の前面に設けられる角パイプやチャンネル材からなるパネル取付竪枠の施工に際して、上記課題を解決するための手段を提供する。

本発明において、パネル取付竪枠材の取付は、前記躯体面に略垂直に植設される支持ボルトと、該支持ボルトの根元部補強のために支持ボルトの根元部に嵌挿されるサポート金物からなる。

そして前記躯体面に植設した支持ボルトにサポート金物を嵌挿して固定用ナットにて躯体面にサポート金物を締着固定し、該サポート金物を締着固定した支持ボルトの先端部でパネル取付竪枠材の位置決めナットを調整して躯体面の不陸並びに出幅の調整を行い該位置決めナットを所定の位置にセットして、該位置決めナットに前記パネル取付竪枠を挿着当接して竪枠固定用ナットで前記パネル取付竪枠を所定位置に施工していくものである。

また、本発明に用いられる前記サポート金物は、長尺材として押出加工されるアルミ押出型材で、該アルミ押出型材の断面形状は中心に支持ボルト挿入孔を有したホローセクションで、該支持ボルト挿入孔を中心に放射上に3〜4枚のリブ形状の羽が形成されており、前記アルミ押出型材を長手軸方向に対して垂直に切断してサポート金具の必要長さを任意に確保し、該サポート金具にて前記支持ボルトの根元補強を行い、躯体面より大きく持ち出しされた支持ボルトの先端部にに係るモーメント荷重を補強的に支持することができるように製造される化粧パネル材の取付金具である。

従って、本発明はアルミの押出型材にて、主要部品となるサポート金具を製作して、他は、規格部材にて賄えるので、安価で量産性に優れた化粧パネル材の取付金物製造方法を提案した。

そして該製造方法にて制作された化粧パネル材の取付金物を使用すると、化粧パネル材の取付が、簡単且つ容易に施工出来る化粧パネル材の取付金物を提供することができた。

而して、本発明は、プレキャストコンクリート造のカーテンウォールにおいて、外壁面をアルミやステンレス、または、チタン等の金属製化粧パネルで覆う場合に、前記化粧パネルとプレキャストコンクリート製カーテンウォール本体間の間隙を極端に小さくして、金属製化粧パネルがプレキャストコンクリート本体に打ち込み製作されたようなコンクリートと金属パネル一体型のカーテンウォールを製作可能にした化粧パネル材の取付金物及び化粧パネル材の取付金物製造方法を提供することが出来た。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を実施例に基づき、図1乃至図7を参照して説明する。
図1は、本発明の化粧パネル材の取付金具を部品図的に表示した斜視説明図、図2は本発明の取付金具を使用して躯体正面にパネル取付竪枠を施工した状態を示す要部断面説明図を示している。

図1及び図2において、1は鉄筋コンクリート造やプレキャストコンクリート造、及び軽量気泡コンクリート板等にて構築された躯体、2は該躯体の躯体面、3は躯体面2の前面にある間隙を持って取り付けられる化粧パネル材で、多くはアルミやステンレスのパネル状成形材である。

4は前記化粧パネル材3を平滑状態に取り付けるためのパネル取付竪枠材であり、該パネル取付竪枠材4は多くの場合、角パイプやチャンネル材または、アングル材が使用されている。

前記パネル取付竪枠材4と躯体面2間には、本発明の化粧パネル材3の取付具が配置されており、それらは、躯体1に打ち込みされたインサート5,該インサート5に螺合され躯体面2に略垂直に植設される支持ボルト6、該支持ボルト6に挿嵌されるボルト挿入孔7を有するサポート金物8、該サポート金物8の固定用ナット9、とワッシャー10、前記支持ボルト6先端部でパネル取付竪枠材4の位置決めを行う位置決めナット11、及び、パネル取付竪枠材4を支持ボルト6に固着するための竪枠固定用ナット12から成る。尚、13は位置決めナット11とセットで使用されるワッシャーを示している。

また、前記サポート金物8は、支持ボルト6に挿嵌され、前記固定用ナット9にて躯体面3に押し付けられながら締め付け固定されており、該締結作業により支持ボルト6の躯体面2への略垂直状態は近似的垂直状態にまで改善される。

更にサポート金物8の役割は、前記ボルト挿入孔7を中心に放射上に4枚の羽根形状のリブ14a、14b、14c、14d、が設けられており、該リブのそれぞれの端部が前記固定用ナット6の締結により、躯体面2に筋交い状に配列され、サポート金物8のボルト挿入孔7にて挿嵌されいる支持ボルト6を強固に根元から補強して、該支持ボルト6を大きく持ち出し可能としている。

而して、図2にあっては、前記本発明の取付金物を使用して躯体1面にパネル取付枠材4を施工した状態を示すもので、前記支持ボルト6の直径は通常、8〜16mmφであり、本発明が要求する前記躯体面2と化粧パネル材3間に設けられる断熱材及び防音材を十分に施すための間隙Wが100〜300mmといった寸法であることから、前記支持ボルト6をそのまま持ち出してパネル取付竪枠材4及び化粧パネル材3を装着することになると前記支持ボルト6は、パネル取付竪枠4及び化粧パネル3の重量を受けて変形することになるために、支持ボルト6の持ち出し長さを前記サポート金物8で根元部から補強することによって、大きな間隔Wを容易に設けることが可能となった。

本発明におけるパネル取付竪枠材4の取付は、躯体面2に略垂直に植設される支持ボルト6と、該支持ボルト6の根元補強のために支持ボルト6の根元部に嵌挿されるサポート金物8からなる。

そして前記躯体面2に植設した支持ボルト6にサポート金物8を嵌挿して固定用ナット9にて躯体面2にサポート金物8を締着固定し、該サポート金物8を締結固定した支持ボルト6の先端部でパネル取付竪枠材4の位置決めナット11を調整して躯体面2の不陸並びに出幅の調整を行い、該位置決めナット11を所定の位置にセットして、該位置決めナット11に前記パネル取付竪枠材4を挿着当接して竪枠固定用ナット12で前記パネル取付竪枠材4を所定位置に施工していくものである。

而して、本発明に用いられる前記サポート金物8は、長尺材として押出加工されるアルミ形材で、図3乃至図4には、それぞれ前記サポート金物8の形状例を断面形状として示している。
