本発明は、学習机の机上棚に係わり、更に詳しくは机上棚の内部の配置を組替え可能となした学習机の机上棚に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、学習机の天板後部に載置固定する机上棚として、両側板と背板で形成された内部空間に棚板や本立を組み込んだものは各種提供され、またパーソナルコンピュータ等の電子機器の設置スペースを確保するために棚板を着脱自在となしたものも提供されている。

例えば、本出願人の先願に係る特公平５−１０９２４号公報には、机上棚として、両側板と背板で形成された内部空間内に、小型書棚様ブックスタンドを着脱自在に取付けるとともに、対向して離間した側板と前記ブックスタンドの側板間に棚板を着脱自在に架設してなる構造が開示され、また特公平５−５４８５号公報には、机上棚として、両側板と背板で形成された内部空間内に、学習机の天板との間に空間を残して本立を着脱自在に取付けた構造が開示されている。

前者の公報記載の机上棚は、両側板間の左右一側寄りにブックスタンドを一方の側板にネジ止めして取付け、両側板間の左右一他側寄りに棚板を他方の側板とブックスタンド間に支持具にて取付け、構造的にブックスタンドと棚板は左右の取付位置を変更可能なものであるが、机上棚から取外した棚板の利用、保管については記載されてなく、またブックスタンドの机上棚に対する着脱作業に手間がかかるものであった。一方、後者の公報記載の机上棚は、机上棚の内部空間に設けた仕切板と一方の側板間の取付空間内に本立を配し、該本立を仕切板と側板に突設したネジダボに掛止し且つ背板に止め具にて背面を係止して取付け、そして仕切板と他方の側板間には小棚板を架設しているが、小棚板を取外し可能となしたことについては記載されてなく、また本立と小棚板を左右付け替えることも記載されてない。尚、何れの公報記載の机上棚においても、ブックスタンドあるいは本立を取外して学習机の天板上に載置して使用できるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明が前述の状況に鑑み、解決しようとするところは、両側板と背板で形成された内部空間に本立や棚板を配設し且つ組替え可能となして簡単に使用形態を変更することができ、しかも内部空間内にパーソナルコンピュータ等の電子機器の設置スペースを確保することが可能な学習机の机上棚を提供する点にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前述の課題解決のために、両側板と背板とで形成された内部空間内に本立と棚板を着脱自在に装着し、学習机の天板後部に載置する机上棚であって、前記両側板の中央に仕切板を固定し、内部空間内に面した両側板の内面側と前記仕切板の両面側で下段にそれぞれ支持具を着脱自在に取付可能となすとともに、前記本立と棚板は横幅が略同一であり且つ同一の前記支持具によって支持可能であり、前記本立の両側部を一方の前記側板とそれに対面する前記仕切板の下段に取付けた支持具で着脱自在に支持し、前記棚板の両側部を他方の前記側板とそれに対面する前記仕切板の下段に取付けた支持具で着脱自在に支持し、前記本立と棚板とを左右組み替え可能としてなる学習机の机上棚を構成した。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施形態を添付図面に基づき更に詳細に説明する。図１は本発明に係る机上棚１を学習机２の天板３の後部に載置した使用例を示し、図２は机上棚１の分解斜視図、図３は正面図をそれぞれ示している。本実施形態では前記机上棚１として上下分離型の机上棚を例示し、即ち下部棚４に上部棚５を載置し、互いに分離可能に連結した構造のものを例示しているが、本発明は下部棚４と上部棚５が一体的なもの、あるいは下部棚４のみからなるものでも良い。ここで、図中符号６は本立、７は棚板をそれぞれ示している。

本発明に係る机上棚１を図１〜図３に基づいて説明する。本発明に係る机上棚１は、前述のように下部棚４と上部棚５とを連結、分離が可能なものである。また、前記下部棚４を机天板３に載置して固定する手段としては、従来と同様に止金具を用いて行うなど、適宜な固定手段を採用し得る。

前記下部棚４は、両側板８，８の後部間に背板９を設け、両側板８，８間の中央の前記背板９に仕切板１０を取付け、該仕切板１０の下端は学習机２の天板３との間に空間が形成されるように側板８の下端よりも上方に位置させたものである。また、前記上部棚５は、両側板１１，１１の上下中間位置に固定棚板１２を渡設し、固定棚板１２より下方の両側板１１，１１間に幕板１３を設けるとともに、固定棚板１２より上方には該固定棚板１２との間に隙間を設けて背板１４を設け、更に固定棚板１２の上面には左右に複数の小仕切板１５，…を立設し且つその後縁を前記背板１４に固定したものである。更に、前記上部棚５の固定棚板１２の前縁下面には照明具１６を取付けている。尚、本発明では前記上部棚５の構造は特に限定されるものではなく、また下部棚４と上部棚５とが一体化したもの、つまり下部棚４の側板８と上部棚５の側板１１とが一枚物であるものでも良いのである。

そして、下部棚４に上部棚５を載置し、両側部において上下に位置する側板８，１１同士を適宜な連結具にて互いに引き付け連結している。前記下部棚４の両側板８，８と背板９及び上部棚５の固定棚板１２とで内部空間１７が形成され、該内部空間１７内に前記本立６及び棚板７を組替え可能となして簡単に使用形態を変更することができるように配設している。

そこで、本発明は、内部空間１７内に面した両側板８Ａ，８Ｂの内面側と前記仕切板１０の両面側で下段と上段とにそれぞれ支持具１８，…を着脱自在に取付可能となすとともに、前記本立６と棚板７は横幅が略同一であり且つ同一の前記支持具１８，…によって支持可能であり、前記本立６の両側部を一方の前記側板８Ａとそれに対面する前記仕切板１０の下段に取付けた支持具１８，１８で着脱自在に支持し、前記棚板７の両側部を他方の前記側板８Ｂとそれに対面する前記支持具１８の下段若しくは上段又は一方の前記側板８Ａとそれに対面する前記仕切板１０の上段に取付けた支持具１８，１８で着脱自在に支持してなるものである。ここでは、右側の側板８を「８Ａ」とし、左側の側板８を「８Ｂ」として示している。

更に詳しくは、前記本立６は、載置板１９の上面に単又は複数の小仕切板２０，２０を立設するとともに、該載置板１９の両側に下設した側面板２１，２１間には、引出し２２と、コンセント及びスイッチ等を設けた操作ボックス２３を設けたものである。また、前記棚板７は、通常の一枚板のものであるが、特に形状には限定されず、上面に仕切り用の逆Ｕ字状金具を着脱自在に立設することも可能である。

そして、本実施形態では、前記支持具１８としては、金属棒を平面視略コ字形に屈曲して形成したもので、水平な支持棒１８Ａの両端に直角に係合部１８Ｂ，１８Ｂを形成した形状の線ダボを用いている。そして、前記下部棚４の内部空間１７に面した両側板８，８の内面側と前記仕切板１０の両面側であって下段位置にそれぞれ一対の係止孔２４，２４を略水平となるように前後に形成し、上段位置にもそれぞれ一対の係止孔２５，２５を略水平となるように前後に形成している。ここで、上段の係止孔２５，２５を設けない場合は、本立６と棚板７を左右に組み替える使用態様だけが実現する。また、両側板８，８と仕切板１０の下段の係止孔２４より下方位置に内外に貫通した取付孔２６をそれぞれ形成している。前述の各係止孔２４，２４又は係止孔２５，２５には、前記支持具１８の両係合部１８Ｂ，１８Ｂを着脱自在に嵌入し、支持棒１８Ａが側板８又は仕切板１０の側面に沿って略水平に突設した状態で取付けられる。しかし、線ダボの代わりに、前記係止孔２４，２５に嵌入又は螺入し得るピンダボを用いても良い。

また、前記本立６の載置板１９の両側部には、前記支持具１８の支持棒１８Ａをスライド可能に受け入れる後方開放の支持溝２７，２７を形成するとともに、前記棚板７にも同様に両側部に後方開放の支持溝２８，２８を形成している。

そして、図１及び図２に示すように、両側板８，８の下段の各係止孔２４，２４に支持具１８の係合部１８Ｂ，１８Ｂを嵌入して取付けるとともに、前記仕切板１０の両面側の下段の各係止孔２４，２４に支持具１８の係合部１８Ｂ，１８Ｂを嵌入して取付ける。それから、右側の側板８Ａと仕切板１０との間の空間に、前方から前記本立６を挿入し、側板８Ａと仕切板１０に取付けた支持具１８，１８の支持棒１８Ａ，１８Ａを両側部の支持溝２７，２７に受け入れて係止し、背板９に当接するまでスライドさせて所定位置に装着する。この状態で、前記側板８Ａと仕切板１０に形成した取付孔２６，２６を外方から貫通させた固定ネジ２９，２９を本立６の側面板２１，２１に螺合して固定する。一方、左側の側板８Ｂと仕切板１０との間の空間に、前方から前記棚板７を挿入し、側板８Ｂと仕切板１０に取付けた支持具１８，１８の支持棒１８Ａ，１８Ａを両側部の支持溝２８，２８に受け入れて係止し、背板９に当接するまでスライドさせて所定位置に装着する。ここで、前述のようにして下段に取付けた支持具１８，…で支持された本立６及び棚板７と前記天板３との間には空間が形成され、書類や書籍等を学習机２の天板３上に広げる場合に該空間を利用できるようになっている。

尚、図示しないが、図１の状態から、棚板７を取外して、左側の側板８Ｂと仕切板１０との間の上段位置に付け替えることも可能である。また、前記本立６は、前記下部棚４から取外して独立して天板３に載置して使用することも勿論可能である。

また、図２及び図３に示すように、前記下部棚４の背板９であって、前記仕切板１０の下方位置には、前記操作ボックス２３に接続する配線コード（図示せず）を挿通するための下方開放したコード挿通口３０を形成し、また仕切板１０の両側で下段の本立６の操作ボックス２３の背後に対応する位置にそれぞれコード挿通口３１，３１を形成し、使用しないコード挿通口３０，３１にはキャップ（図示せず）を嵌着していいる。尚、前記コード挿通口３０又はコード挿通口３１，３１の何れか一方のみ設けることも可能である。

以上示した本発明は、下部棚４と上部棚５が分離可能な本実施形態の上下分離型机上棚１は勿論、下部棚４の側板８と上部棚５の側板１１が一枚物の側板である上下部一体の机上棚や下部棚４のみの場合であっても同様に実現できるものである。

【発明の効果】
以上にしてなる本発明の学習机の机上棚は、両側板と背板とで形成された内部空間内に本立と棚板を着脱自在に装着し、学習机の天板後部に載置する机上棚であって、前記両側板の中央に仕切板を固定し、内部空間内に面した両側板の内面側と前記仕切板の両面側で下段にそれぞれ支持具を着脱自在に取付可能となすとともに、前記本立と棚板は横幅が略同一であり且つ同一の前記支持具によって支持可能であり、前記本立の両側部を一方の前記側板とそれに対面する前記仕切板の下段に取付けた支持具で着脱自在に支持し、前記棚板の両側部を他方の前記側板とそれに対面する前記仕切板の下段に取付けた支持具で着脱自在に支持し、前記本立と棚板とを左右組み替え可能としてなるので、使用目的に応じて本立と棚板を左右に組み替えて使用形態を簡単に変更することができる。

また、本発明の学習机の机上棚は、両側板と背板とで形成された内部空間内に本立と棚板を着脱自在に装着し、学習机の天板後部に載置する机上棚であって、前記両側板の中央に仕切板を固定し、内部空間内に面した両側板の内面側と前記仕切板の両面側で下段と上段とにそれぞれ支持具を着脱自在に取付可能となすとともに、前記本立と棚板は横幅が略同一であり且つ同一の前記支持具によって支持可能であり、前記本立の両側部を一方の前記側板とそれに対面する前記仕切板の下段に取付けた支持具で着脱自在に支持し、前記棚板の両側部を他方の前記側板とそれに対面する前記仕切板の下段若しくは上段又は一方の前記側板とそれに対面する前記仕切板の上段に取付けた支持具で着脱自在に支持し、前記本立と棚板とを左右組み替え可能とするとともに、一側上下に装着可能としてなるので、使用目的に応じて本立と棚板を左右に又は上下に組み替えて使用形態を簡単に変更することができ、特に棚板を外して本立の上位に付け替えることによってパーソナルコンピュータ等の電子機器の設置スペースを確保することができるとともに、棚板も利用できるので別の場所に保管する必要がなく、そのため棚板を紛失する恐れもないのである。
