本発明は、机(テーブルを含む)等の前後の天板の対向面間に形成された配線挿通用の開口に装着される配線カバーの取付構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
机の中には、互いに横杆により連結された左右の脚体上に、前後2枚の天板を、互いの対向面間にコード類を挿通可能な開口が形成されるように対向させて載設したものがある。

また、上記コード挿通用の開口を、前後の横杆(梁部材)における対向面の上部に設けた複数のブラケットに、前後1対のカバー部材(配線ダクトカバー)を前後に若干離間させて取付けるとともに、それらの対向面に形成された開口に、ゴム等のリップ状帯材を取付けて閉塞するようにしたものもある(例えば特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記特許文献1に記載されているもののように、前後の横杆の対向面に複数のブラケットを設け、このブラケットにカバー部材を取付けたのでは、天板上に載置した電気機器のコード類を、カバー部材の下方、もしくはその直下の配線トレーや配線ダクト等に配線する際に、ブラケットが配線作業の障害となることがある。

また、ブラケットを設けると、コード類の通線個所が制約されるとともに、コード類を通線した状態で配線位置を左右方向にずらすことが不可能となる。

さらに、前後の天板間の中央に、仕切りパネルを立設すると、リップ状帯材の上面と仕切りパネルの下端とが近接するため、リップ状滞材が取付けられた中央部からの配線作業に支障を来すこともある。

本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、前後の天板間に形成された配線挿通用開口の下方の障害物をなくし、配線作業を容易に行えるようにするとともに、左右方向の任意の位置において配線可能とし、さらに、開口の中央に仕切りパネルを立設したままでも容易に配線しうるようにした、机等における配線カバーの取付構造を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によると、上記課題は、次のようにして解決される。
(1)左右の脚体における上端の前後方向を向く支持杆上に、前後2枚の天板を、互いの対向面間に左右方向を向く配線挿通用の開口が形成されるように載設するとともに、前記左右の支持杆の中央部に、左右方向を向く仕切りパネルの両側端部を、該パネルの下端が前記開口の中央部に位置するように支持してなる机等において、前記開口の下方における前記左右の支持杆の上面に、上部に保持部を有する取付部材を設け、この両取付部材の保持部に、前後1対の配線カバーの両側端部を、各配線カバーと前記仕切りパネルとの間に、通線用の所要の空隙が形成されるように着脱可能に嵌合させて支持する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を、図面に基づいて説明する。
図1〜図6は、本発明の第1の実施形態を、連結机(1)に適用した例を示している。

連結机(1)は、図1に示すように、前後左右(以下、図1の斜め右手前を前として説明する)に並ぶ長方形の複数(4枚)の天板(2)と、各天板(2)の左右両端を支持する3個の脚体(3)とを備えている。

以上説明したように、上記第1の実施形態においては、左右の脚体(3)における水平支持杆(5)の上面に、取付部材(10)を固定し、それらにより、前後1対の配線カバー(14)の両側端部を支持しているため、開口(8)の下方には、何ら障害物はなく、コード類の広い配線空間が形成される。その結果、コード類の配線作業を所望の位置で行いうるとともに、コード類を通線した状態で左右方向に自在に移動することもできる。

また、仕切りパネル(27)の下端を開口(8)の中央に近接させて立設した状態でも、前後の配線カバー(14)と仕切りパネル(27)の前後の面との間には空隙が形成されているので、その空隙を利用して、少量のコード類を任意の位置で通線することができ、しかも、仕切りパネル(27)を取付けたままで、前後の配線カバー(14)を着脱することができる。

さらに、配線カバー(14)は、左右の脚体(3)の水平支持杆(5)により支持されているので、天板(2)や横連結杆(6)等に、カバー支持用のブラケットを取付けたり、それを取付けるため加工を施したりする必要がなく、天板(2)や横連結杆(6)等を、配線カバー(14)を必要としない他の机等と共通化しうるとともに、配線カバー(14)を既存の連結机に簡単に後付けしたり、取外したりすることもできる。

【発明の効果】
請求項1記載の発明によれば、前後の天板間に形成された開口を、通線用の空隙を残して、前後の配線カバーにより体裁よく覆うことができる。
また、左右の脚体の支持杆の上面に取付部材を設け、それらにより、前後1対の配線カバーの両側端部を支持しているので、開口の下方には、何ら障害物はなく、コード類の広い配線空間が形成される。その結果、コード類の配線作業を所望の位置で容易に行いうるとともに、コード類を通線した状態で左右方向に自在に移動することもできる。
さらに、開口の中央に仕切りパネルが立設されていても、その前後の面と各配線カバーとの間には空隙が形成されているので、仕切りパネルを取外すことなく、コード類を通線することができる。しかも、コード類の配線量が多い場合には、各配線カバーを取外すことにより、配線作業を容易に行うことができる。

請求項2及び3記載の発明によれば、配線カバーを、単に取付部材に向かって押し込むだけで、容易に、かつ着脱可能に取付けることができるとともに、取外しも容易であり、また前後方向に位置ずれする恐れもない。
