この発明は綴じ具に関し、特に、ファイルの表紙の背表紙の内面に取り付けられ、たとえば2つの綴じ孔など複数の綴じ孔が形成された書類などを綴じる綴じ具に関する。

【従来の技術】
この発明の背景となる従来のファイルが、たとえば実公平1−20145号公報や実公平2−35503号公報に開示されている。これらの公報に開示されているファイルでは、表紙の背表紙の内面に、綴じ具が取り付けられている。
図14はこのような従来の綴じ具の基板などを示す斜視図であり、図15はこのような従来の綴じ具の回動板などを示す斜視図であり、図16はこのような従来の綴じ具の挿入杆などを示す斜視図である。
図14〜図16に示す従来の綴じ具は、ファイルの表紙の背表紙の内面に固定される略矩形板状の基板1を含む。基板1の幅方向の一端側(ファイルの表紙の裏表紙側)には、略矩形板状の揺動板2が、回動可能に取り付けられる。揺動板2は、ばね3でファイルの表紙の裏表紙側に付勢されている。揺動板2の主面には、円筒状の2つパイプ部材4、4が、間隔を隔てて直立するように形成される。これらのパイプ部材4、4は、書類を綴じる際に、書類に形成された2つの綴じ孔に通されるものである。これらのパイプ部材4、4には、円柱状の2つの挿入杆5、5が、それぞれ挿入される。これらの挿入杆5、5は、略矩形板状の支持板6の主面に間隔を隔てて直立するように形成される。
また、基板1の幅方向の他端側(ファイルの表紙の表表紙側)には、略矩形板状の固定板7が形成される。固定板7は、基板1と略垂直になるように形成される。固定板7の外側には、略矩形板状の回動板8が、回動可能に取り付けられる。回動板8は、ばね9で固定板7側に付勢されている。回転板8の先端の中央部は、フック部8aとして形成される。フック部8aは、2つのパイプ部材4、4に2つの挿入杆5、5を挿入して揺動板2および支持板6などを基板1側に回動した状態で、支持板6に引掛けられることによって綴じ具全体を固定するためのものである。
上述の綴じ具を用いたファイルでは、書類を綴じる場合、まず、2つのパイプ部材4、4が、書類に形成された2つの綴じ孔に通される。そして、2つのパイプ部材4、4には、2つの挿入杆5、5が挿入される。その状態で、揺動板2および支持板6などが基板1側に回動される。すると、支持板6が固定板7に重なるとともに、回動板8のフック部8aがばね9の力で支持板6に引っ掛かり、綴じ具全体が固定される。それによって、ファイルの表紙内において、綴じ具の揺動板2と支持板6との間で書類が綴じられる。
一方、上述の綴じ具を用いたファイルでは、綴じられた書類を取り出す場合、まず、フック部8aが支持板6から外れるように回動板8がばね9の力に抗して固定板7側とは反対側に回動された状態で、揺動板2および支持板6などが基板1側とは反対側に回動される。そして、2つのパイプ部材4、4から2つの挿入杆5、5が抜かれる。それから、2つのパイプ部材4、4から書類が抜かれて取り出される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述のファイルの綴じ具では、フック部8aを支持板6に引掛けることなく全体を固定しない場合には、ファイルの表紙の背表紙に固定した基板1に対して揺動板2などを回動することができるので、揺動板2などを回動させる際にファイルの表紙の背表紙が邪魔にならない。
しかしながら、その場合には、挿入杆5がパイプ部材4に挿入された状態で固定されていないので、書類が挿入杆5とともにパイプ部材4から抜けてしまいやすく閲覧しにくい。
そこで、挿入杆をパイプ部材に挿入した状態で固定する挿入杆固定手段を設けることが考えられるが、このような挿入杆固定手段は、基板に対して揺動板を固定する際に働くことが望ましい。

それゆえに、この発明の主たる目的は、ファイルの表紙の背表紙に固定される基板に対して揺動部を固定していない状態でも、挿入杆をパイプ部材に挿入した状態で固定することができ、しかも、挿入杆がパイプ部材に挿入された状態で固定されていない状態でも、基板に対して揺動部を固定する際に、挿入杆がパイプ部材に挿入された状態で固定される、綴じ具を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明にかかる綴じ具は、ファイルの表紙の背表紙の内面に取り付けられる綴じ具であって、背表紙の内面に固定される基板と、基板に回動可能に形成される揺動部と、揺動部に形成されるパイプ部材と、パイプ部材に挿入される挿入杆が形成された支持部と、揺動部を基板側に回動した状態で固定するための揺動部固定手段と、挿入杆をパイプ部材に挿入した状態で固定するための挿入杆固定手段と、挿入杆をパイプ部材に挿入した状態であって固定していない状態で、揺動部を基板側に回動することによって、揺動部固定手段および挿入杆固定手段を働かせる稼働手段とを含む、綴じ具である。
この発明にかかる綴じ具では、たとえば、揺動部固定手段は、基板側に対して支持部側を固定する手段を含み、挿入杆固定手段は、揺動部側に対して支持部側を固定する手段を含み、稼働手段は、基板側および揺動部側に対して支持部側を変位する手段を含む。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1はこの発明の綴じ具の一例を示す斜視図であり、図2はその分解斜視図である。綴じ具10は、ファイル12の一部として用いられ、ファイル12の表紙14に取り付けられる。表紙14は、背表紙14aを含み、背表紙14aの両側に表表紙14bおよび裏表紙14cが形成される。そして、背表紙14aに、綴じ具10が取り付けられる。
