Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a binding device, and more particularly, to a binding device that binds a piece of paper such as a document or a catalog to a binding member having, for example, a plurality of cylindrical binding rods.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-41904, a conventional binding device includes a fixing member (substrate 2) fixed to a cover and a binding member ( Side plate 3).
In this binding device, the hinge portion is located at a position far away from the fixing member fixed to the cover.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this conventional binding device, the hinge portion is located at a position considerably higher than the cover, so that when the binding member is opened, the more documents and the like bound to the cylindrical binding bar, the greater the weight. Because the binding bar is inclined to the cover side, and it is originally preferable to bind a document etc. in a state where the binding bar is set up vertically because it is easier to bind the document, the binding bar faces diagonally. Documents are difficult to bind.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide a binding device in which a binding rod for binding a binding object is maintained substantially perpendicular to a cover when binding a binding object such as a document.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A binding device according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a fixing member fixed to a cover and a binding member for binding an object to be bound, and the binding member is rotatably fixed to the fixing member via a hinge portion. These fixed plates 36 are formed on both ends in the longitudinal direction of the swing plate 34. A fixing recess 40 is formed at each end of the fixing plate 36.
[0012]
Further, two pipe members 38 forming a binding rod into which a circular binding hole formed in the binding object A such as a document is inserted are formed so as to extend orthogonally from the surface of the swinging plate 34. You. These pipe members 38 are formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the rocking plate. The pipe member 38 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and one end thereof is fixed to the swing plate 34. The other end of the pipe member 38 is formed so as to be inclined.
[0013]
Further, the binding device 10 includes a fitting member 42 that forms a binding member 300 that binds the binding target A such as a document in cooperation with the movable member 32. The fitting member 42 includes a rectangular plate-shaped support plate 44 as shown in FIGS. Two insertion rods 46 are formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the support plate 44. The insertion rod 46 is formed at a position corresponding to a pipe member 38 extending from the rocking plate 34, and a document can be bound by inserting the insertion rod 46 into the pipe member 38.
[0014]
Further, two guide plates 48 extending from one end of the support plate 44 in the width direction so as to be orthogonal to one surface of the support plate 44 are formed. The guide plates 48 are formed on both sides of the support plate 44 in the longitudinal direction, and are formed at positions corresponding to the fixed plates 36 formed on the swing plate 34. The guide plate 48 is arranged on the lower surface of the fixed plate 36 when the insertion rod 46 is inserted into the pipe member 38, and is used for adjusting the positional relationship between the insertion rod 46 and the pipe member 38.
[0015]
Two hooking members 50 are formed inside the guide plate 48 so as to be orthogonal to the surface of the support plate 44. These hook members 50 are used to hook the claw portions 24 of the substrate 22. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, two curved surface portions 52 are formed from the other surface of the support plate 44 to the guide plate 48. These curved portions 52 are formed at positions corresponding to the fixing inclined portions 26 formed on the substrate 22 when the insertion rod 46 is inserted into the pipe member 38.
[0016]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, a detachable member mounting portion 54 is formed at the center of the support plate 44. The detachable member mounting portion 54 includes a wall member 56 formed parallel to the support plate 44 on one end side in the width direction of the support plate 44, and an insertion rod 46 on the multi-end side of the support plate 44 and inside the insertion rod 46. And a rib 58 projecting in the same direction. A cutout portion 54a is formed in the detachable member mounting portion 54, and the detachable member 60 is attached thereto.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the attaching / detaching member 60 includes a holding portion 62 bent in a U-shape, and the holding portion 62 holds the notch 54 a of the support plate 44 so as to sandwich the cutout 54 a forming portion. On the attachment / detachment member mounting portion 54 side of the support plate 44, a stopper 64 is formed so as to extend to both sides in the longitudinal direction of the holding portion 62. As shown in FIG. 9, these stoppers 64 are caught by ribs 58 formed on the support plate 44 to prevent the holding portion 62 from coming off the support plate 44.
[0018]
Further, a bending member 68 is formed at a central portion of the holding portion 62 via a connection portion 66. The bending member 68 is formed so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the support plate 44, and has a central portion connected to the connection portion 66. Protrusions 70 projecting toward the guide plate 48 are formed at both ends of the bending member 68. The bending member 68 is sandwiched between the support plate 44 and the wall member 56, and the detachable member 60 is stably held. The projection 70 is formed so as to be exposed toward the guide plate 48 from between the support plate 44 and the wall member 56.
[0019]
A fulcrum member 72 formed on the fitting member 42 is in contact with an intermediate portion of the bending member 68. The contact of the fulcrum member 72 causes the bending member 68 to bend around the fulcrum member 72 when the holding portion 62 is pushed toward the connection portion 66. As a result, the convex portion 70 exposed toward the guide plate 48 rises, and is not exposed to the guide plate 48 side. Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, a window 74 is formed between the support plate 44 and the wall member 56 at the center of the support plate 44 in the longitudinal direction. Then, when the holding portion 62 is pushed toward the connection portion 66, the central portion of the bending member 68 is exposed from the window portion 74.
[0020]
In order to hold the document in the file 12, the pipe member 38 is inserted through the holed document with the detachable member 60 removed. At this time, since the tip of the pipe member 38 is slanted, the pipe member 38 can be easily passed through the document. At this time, the movable member 32 is in a swingable state around the hinge portion 30. Then, by inserting the insertion rod 46 of the fitting member 42 into the pipe member 38, the guide plate 48 of the fitting member 42 slides below the fixed plate 36 of the movable member 32. When the fixing plate 36 collides with the support plate 44, the convex portion 70 of the detachable member 60 enters the fixing concave portion 40 formed on the fixing plate 36, and the fitting member 42 is fitted to the movable member 32.
[0021]
In this state, the document is sandwiched between the swing plate 34 of the movable member 32 and the support plate 44 of the fitting member 42 and is held by the pipe member 38. Therefore, the document is held in a swingable state. Further, when the movable member 32 is tilted toward the base 20, the hook member 50 of the fitting member 42 hits the claw portion 24 of the base 20, and the claw portion 24 bends and the hook member 50 is hooked on the hook-like portion. Fixed.
[0022]
As described above, in the binding device 10, the movement of the pipe member 38 in the extension direction is fixed by the convex portion 70 of the detachable member 60 and the fixing concave portion 40 of the movable member 32, and the hook member 50 of the fitting member 42. The swing of the movable member 32 is fixed by the claw portion 24 of the base 20.
[0023]
Further, even when the movable member 32 is tilted toward the base 20 in a state where the fitting member 42 is not fixed to the movable member 32, the document can be held in the file 12. In this case, the movable member 32 is tilted toward the base 20 in a state where the protrusion 70 of the detachable member 60 is not fitted in the fixing recess 40 of the movable member 32. When the movable member 32 approaches the base 20, as shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, the surface portion 52 of the fitting member 42 hits the fixing inclined portion 26 of the base 20, and the support plate 44 is moved to the rocking plate 34. While pushing in the direction, the phase part 52 moves on the fixing inclined part 26. Therefore, by pushing the support plate 44 so that the movable member 32 approaches the base 20, the protrusion 70 of the detachable member 60 fits into the fixing recess 40, and at the same time, the hook member 50 Fit into the part.
[0024]
As described above, in the binding device 10, the document can be held by pressing the movable member 32 against the base 20 regardless of whether the fitting member 42 is fixed to the movable member 32 or not. .
[0025]
When the document held in the file 12 is to be removed, as shown in FIG. 11, the holding member 62 of the attachment / detachment member 60 is pushed along the surface of the support plate 44, and as shown in FIG. It bends around 72. Therefore, the protrusions 70 formed at both ends of the bending member 68 rise, and the protrusions 70 come off the fixing recesses 40. Thereby, the fitting member 42 can move along the pipe member 38. Further, as shown in FIGS. 13A and 13B, by pressing the holding portion 62, the central portion of the bending member 68 is exposed from the window portion 74 and hits the release inclined portion 28 of the base 20. Therefore, the central portion of the exposed bending member 68 moves on the release inclined portion 28, and the fitting member 42 moves so that the insertion rod 46 comes off the pipe member 38. Therefore, when the holding portion 62 is pressed, the projection 70 of the attaching / detaching member 60 is detached from the fixing recess 40, and at the same time, the hooking member 50 is operated to be detached from the claw portion 24.
[0026]
As described above, the binding device 10 has a structure in which the document can be held by being fixed at two places. However, the binding device 10 can be fixed and released by one operation. Further, it is also possible to hold the document by the movable member 32 and the fitting member 42, and to allow the document to swing in that state.
[0027]
Next, when the binding member 300, which is a feature of the present invention, is separated from the fixing member fixed to the cover 14 and deployed, the movable member 32 of the binding member 300 is maintained substantially in a horizontal state, and the binding rod 38 is provided. Will be described below.
[0028]
The base 20, which is a fixing member fixed to the inner surface of the spine 14a constituting the cover 14, is formed on one side end of the base plate 22 constituting the base 20 fixed to the inner surface of the spine 14a (end on the side of the back cover 14c). Portion), a rising portion 22a is formed, and a rising portion 22c is formed at the other end (the cover 14b side). The rising portion 22a and the rising portion 22c are formed in a tapered shape as a whole. The outer surface of the rising portion 22a is formed with a tapered surface 22b that is formed in a tapered shape that extends upward from the substrate 22 (toward the movable member 32 forming the binding member 300).
[0029]
The rising portion 22 c is formed on the other side (the cover 14 b side) in the width direction of the substrate 22, and when the binding member 300 is fixed and closed on the fitting member 42 side constituting the binding member 300, the fixing member Is formed so as to extend to the side of the fitting member 42 fixed thereto.
Like the rising portion 22a, the rising portion 22c is formed in a tapered shape so as to expand outward as it goes upward, that is, toward the fitting member 42 forming the binding member 300. Further, a tapered surface 22d is formed.
[0030]
The boundary 14d connecting the spine 14a and the cover 14b and the boundary 14e connecting the spine 14a and the back cover 14c are the inner surfaces of the spine 14a, the cover 14b and the back cover 14c. It swells upward (toward the binding device 10). Then, the inner sides (the center side of the spine 14a) of the two boundary portions 14d and 14e are expanded outward toward the upper side (toward the binding device 10) from the inner surface of the spine 14a. It is formed in a tapered shape.
Therefore, the base 20 is formed at the tapered surface 22d of the rising portion 22c formed at one end in the width direction (the cover 14b side) and at the other end (the back cover 14c side) in the width direction of the substrate 22. The tapered surface 22b of the rising portion 22a can be fitted between the boundary between the front cover 14b and the back cover 14c formed on both sides of the spine 14a.
The base 20 is fitted without a gap between the boundary 14d and the boundary e of the cover 14 corresponding to the tapered surface 22b of the rising portion 22a of the substrate 22 and the tapered surface 22d of the rising portion 22c. Can be worn.
[0031]
The substrate 22 of the base 20 that forms the fixing member and the movable member 32 that forms the binding member 300 are connected to each other by a thin hinge portion 30. The movable member 32 connected to the hinge portion 30 The outer surface is formed in a tapered shape at the lower part of the, and a protruding part 32 a connected to the hinge part 30 is formed.
[0032]
The protruding portion 32a is provided continuously with the hinge portion 30, and has a tapered surface 32b that extends outward as it goes upward from the hinge portion 30 (in a direction away from the fixing member).
The tapered surface 22b of the rising portion 22a of the base 20 forming the fixing member and the tapered surface 32b of the projecting portion 32a of the movable member 32 forming the binding member 300 fix the binding member 300 to a predetermined position of the fixing member. When closed, the tapered surface 22b of the tapered rising portion 22a of the base 20 of the fixed member and the tapered surface 32b of the protruding portion 32a of the movable member 32 of the binding member 300 are formed to be planar.
[0033]
When the binding member 300 is detached by operating the holding portion 62 or the like serving as a fixing means of the fixing member, and is deployed, the upper portion of the tapered surface 32 b of the lower projecting portion 32 a of the movable member 32, that is, the outer portion of the lower portion of the movable member 32. The front surface portion is in contact with the uppermost outer edge portion of the boundary portion 14e of the cover 14, and restricts the binding member 300 from tilting toward the back cover 14c.
Accordingly, the outer surface of the movable member 32 of the binding member 300 is located near the surface of the back cover 4c, and the pipe member 38, which is a binding rod, is maintained substantially vertical.
That is, when the cover 14 is placed on a horizontal surface such as a top plate such as a desk, the pipe member 38 constituting the binding bar is maintained perpendicular to the spine 14c.
[0034]
When the binding member 300 is detached from the fixing member and unfolded, and the pipe member 38 serving as a binding rod is erected perpendicularly to the cover 14, particularly to the back cover 14 c, around the hinge 30, the binding device 10 binds. When the movable member 32 of the member 300 is substantially parallel to the fixed member substrate 22, the outer surface of the movable member 32 is higher than the spine side 14 a side surface (the inner surface to which the binding device 10 is fixed) of the substrate 22 of the base 20. The upper surface (on the binding device 10 side) and the lower surface (the surface facing the fixing plate 36 side of the binding member 300) opposite to the surface (lower surface) of the base 22 on the side of the spine 14 a of the substrate 22. , A hinge portion 30 is formed.
Therefore, when the binding member 300 is rotated about the hinge portion 30 and the binding device 10 is perpendicular to the cover 14, the movable member 32 of the binding member 300 is positioned substantially parallel to the substrate 22 of the base 20. , The outer surface is formed above the spine-side surface of the substrate 22 of the base 20 and below the surface opposite to the spine-side surface of the substrate 22 of the base 20.
