前記第2側部材に設けられ前記パイプ部の内径より短い直径の円柱状の挿入杆を有する第2綴じ部材とを具備し、これら第1綴じ部材および第2綴じ部材の少なくとも一方が前記第1側部材または前記第2側部材に着脱可能であり、
前記第1綴じ部材および前記第2綴じ部材の少なくとも一方は、綴じ板部を有し、
前記第1側部材および前記第2側部材は、自由端部が基端部より外側に位置する開放状態と、前記自由端部が前記基端より前記底部とは反対側に位置する起立状態との間で回動可能であり、
