Description

【0001】

[0013]
Since the rubber elastic body is used in a natural environment, the spacer 43 responds to pressure changes between the outer periphery and the sleeve, and between the inner diameter of the cable insertion hole and the outer periphery of the cable so that the rubber elastic body can be contracted and expanded according to the environmental temperature. A spacer is interposed to reduce the pressure change as much as possible to secure compressive stress and prevent low-temperature shrinkage. Further, the spacer 43 is slit to make it easier to insert a cable, and a ring is formed on the outer peripheral surface and / or the inner peripheral surface. A plurality of convex portions are provided. When a cable 10 having a different outer diameter is inserted into the cable insertion hole 20 of the end face plate 3, the outer diameter is the same as the insertion hole and the inner diameter is the outer diameter of the cable so that the insertion hole of the same diameter can be used. In addition, ring-shaped grooves 45 and 46 are provided on the inner circumference and the outer circumference of the spacer 43, respectively, so that airtightness is easily ensured, and assembly and disassembly handling operations are simplified.
[0020]
In this embodiment, the connection and fastening of the split sleeves can be operated only on one side edge side, and when the working space cannot be sufficiently secured on the other side edge side, for example, even in a narrow place such as a manhole, the worker side (one side edge side) ) Has a work space, so that the attachment work of the closure can be easily performed. The two split sleeves 1 and 2 are connected by the hinge portion 60 and the fastening portion 70, and the sleeves 1 and 2 are opened. In this case, the opening angle of both split sleeves is limited to a certain angle by the slope provided on the hinge portion 60. That is, the rotation of the two split sleeves in the opening direction is stopped at a fixed angle. When one of the split sleeves is engaged with the connection portion, the other split sleeve is opened more than necessary, and In addition, it is possible to prevent an inconvenience that the other split sleeve rotates and is located far from the working side, thereby deteriorating workability.
Further, since the split sleeve bodies of the two split sleeves 1 and 2 have the same shape, the connecting member for the fastening portion and the connecting member for the hinge for connecting the two split sleeve bodies are attached to the fastening portion 70 and the hinge portion 60, respectively. At this time, the mounting operation can be performed without distinguishing the two split sleeve main bodies, and these split sleeve main bodies can be manufactured by the same mold.

The loop-shaped ring 61 is movably disposed, and the other end of the loop-shaped ring 61 is detachably locked to the insertion portion 62 of the sleeve 1 so that the sleeve can be freely connected and released. It is preferable that the same configuration is adopted so that the 61 and the loop-shaped ring 71 can be used on either one side edge or the other side edge of the sleeve.
[0022]
As the stopper mechanism provided on the hinge portion 60, when the both side edges are aligned, the end surfaces facing each other are used, and the angle θ formed at both end surfaces as an inclined surface facing outward is 30 ° to 90 °. Is set to That is, these end faces abut against each other when the split sleeves 1 and 2 rotate and function as stopper mechanisms when they are locked, and the open angle θ of the split sleeves 1 and 2 is limited to 30 ° to 90 °. If the angle is set to 90 ° or less, the split sleeve is less likely to fall on the side opposite to the working side, and the workability is not impaired.
Further, at the end of one side edge of the upper and lower sleeves 1 and 2 and at the end of the other side edge, concave grooves 6 and 6 are formed along the length direction, and a rod-shaped sleeve seal is formed in the concave groove 6. The gasket 7 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, has an elliptical cross section, and has a major axis direction oriented in a clamping direction between the two split sleeves 1 and 2. It is arranged in the concave groove 6 and is compressed by the clamping force to seal between the two divided sleeves 1 and 2.
Furthermore, if a styrene-based or olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer, which has a groove shape on the inner and outer surfaces of the sleeve and is excellent in compression set, is inexpensive and easy to manufacture, it does not require a vulcanization step. It is easy to collect and reuse scrap.
