Since the spacer 43 uses a rubber elastic body in a natural environment, pressure change is caused between the outer circumference and the sleeve, between the inner diameter of the cable insertion hole and the outer circumference of the cable so that the spacer 43 can be contracted and expanded depending on the environmental temperature. By interposing a spacer corresponding to, the pressure change is minimized to secure the compressive stress and prevent the low temperature shrinkage. Further, the spacer 43 is slit to facilitate the cable insertion, and the outer peripheral surface and / or the inner peripheral surface. A plurality of ring-shaped ridges are provided on the projection. When the cables 10 having different outer diameters are inserted into the cable insertion holes 20 of the end face plate 3, the insertion holes having the same diameter can be used so that the outer diameter is the same as the insertion hole and the inner diameter is the outer diameter of the cable. It is preferable that the cable spacer 43 corresponding to the diameter is provided with mountain grooves on the inner diameter and the outer diameter thereof, and the airtightness can be secured by setting the groove on the cable. Further, the cable gripping metal fittings 4 and 4 are attached to both ends of the connecting metal fitting 8 fixed to the sleeve 1 so as to face the inner surface side of the end face plate 3 with mounting screws.
Further, the tension member is sequentially attached to the holding metal fitting 5 with a fixing screw, and a mounting metal fitting 15, for example, a storage tray is provided.
A tension member connector 9 is provided so that the core wire can be distributed and guided to be connected.
