Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an underground cable connection closure arranged in a finger hole or the like, in particular, a cable that can be used for connection or branch wiring of an optical cable including a tension member and can easily access a core connection part such as an optical cable. It relates to a connection closure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, when connecting a cable such as an optical cable, a core wire jacket is connected using a closure. Such a closure, particularly a closure for connecting an underground cable, is required to have a high degree of sealing that can reliably prevent water from entering the interior, but it is also desired that the core wire connecting portion can be easily accessed. For this reason, in the conventional closure, a case structure that constitutes the case from two case halves joined by a screw or the like through a seal member, or an opening that faces the core wire connecting portion is formed in the case. A case structure in which the lid is screwed to the opening via a seal member has been adopted to achieve both sealing performance and connection workability.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the conventional closure, in order to access the core wire connection portion when connecting the cable, etc., it is necessary to remove and attach the screw using a tool such as a screwdriver, which is complicated. In addition, since the tension member must be removed and attached to access the core wire connection part, there is a problem that the work is complicated, and the connection work is not necessary for the branching / retracting connection of the optical fiber. It is indispensable to handle the excess length with a margin in mind in anticipation of failure, handling of the arbitrary core is troublesome, difficult to distinguish, and replacement or expansion of the core is difficult. However, there is a problem that the structure becomes complicated and the cost is increased in terms of safety of the core connection and workability. In particular, in the closure disposed in the hand hole or the finger hole, the above-described problem is remarkable because the space in the hole is narrow and the tool easily interferes with the wall surface of the hole during work.
The present invention is intended to eliminate these conventional drawbacks, and can be easily used for various connection methods, can be easily understood at a glance, has good discrimination, and has easy access to the core wire connection part. Provided with a closure that can greatly improve wiring workability, facilitate assembly and disassembly, increase the density of cable storage and workability of cable seals, provide good assembly and disassembly work, and provide high sealing performance. It is for the purpose.
[0004]
