【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an addition-curable organopolysiloxane composition having a long pot life.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a heat addition-curable organopolysiloxane composition, in order to extend the pot life, a cyclic vinyl represented by [ViMeSiO] n (where Vi is a vinyl group, Me is a methyl group, and n = 3 to 5) It is known to add a curing reaction inhibitor such as a siloxane compound, an acetylene alcohol compound, a nitrogen-containing compound such as triallyl isocyanurate or tetramethylethylenediamine. However, since the siloxane compound has a small reaction suppressing effect, the pot life cannot be prolonged, and the nitrogen-containing compound causes coloring or odor during curing or left at high temperatures, resulting in poor workability and limited use. There is a problem that is. The acetylene compound has a large effect of suppressing the reaction, but the acetylene compound having a low boiling point has a problem that wrinkles are generated on the surface of the cured product, and when used in a closed system, the curing is slowed down and bubbles are generated. Further, in the case of a high boiling point acetylene compound, when the pot life is lengthened, there is a problem that the curability is reduced, the curing balance is lost, and the properties of the cured product are impaired.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an addition-curable organometallic compound that can greatly extend the pot life without causing wrinkles, bubbles, odors, coloring, etc. at the time of curing or the like, and without impairing the curability and properties of the cured product. It is to provide a polysiloxane composition.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been achieved based on the finding that the dihydrodisilane compound represented by the following general formula (I) has an excellent inhibitory effect on the addition-curing reaction of an addition-curable organopolysiloxane composition. It is.
[0005]
That is, the present invention
(A) an organopolysiloxane containing at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule,
(B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule,
(C) a platinum group metal-based catalyst, and (D) the following general formula (I):

And an addition-curable organopolysiloxane composition comprising a dihydrodisilane compound represented by the formula:
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
(A) alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane:
The alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane (A) contains at least two alkenyl groups bonded to silicon atoms in one molecule, and is used as a base polymer of the composition of the present invention. This alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane is generally a straight-chain diorganopolysiloxane in which the main chain portion basically consists of repeating diorganosiloxane units, and both ends of the molecular chain are blocked with triorganosiloxy groups. However, this may include a branched structure as a part of the molecular structure, or may be entirely a cyclic body. Among them, a linear diorganopolysiloxane is preferable from the viewpoint of physical properties such as mechanical strength of the cured product. The alkenyl group may exist only at both ends of the molecular chain, may exist only in the middle of the molecular chain, or may exist at both ends of the molecular chain and in the middle of the molecular chain.
