【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、泡立ちがよく、泡のクリーミイ感に優れ、すすぎ時の性能が良い洗浄剤組成物に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から身体や毛髪の洗浄に使う洗浄剤組成物では、泡立ちや泡のクリーミイ性に優れると共にすすぎ感触の良いものが検討されてきた。例えば、洗髪時のすすぎ感触を向上させるため、毛髪洗浄剤の主剤である通常の(1鎖1極性基含有)陰イオン界面活性剤にカチオン性セルロース等のカチオン性高分子を配合することが試みられ、この配合によってすすぎ感触が良くなることが認められている。これは、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸塩やアルキル硫酸塩等の毛髪洗浄用陰イオン界面活性剤がすすぎ時にカチオン性高分子と複合塩を形成して毛髪に吸着することによる。一方、このカチオン性高分子の配合によってすすぎ時や仕上がり時に毛髪が硬くなる等の欠点がある。そこで、最近、両性界面活性剤と特定の両性高分子を配合した毛髪洗浄剤が検討されている。これを使うとすすぎ時や仕上がり時に毛髪が硬くなる等の欠点は解決されるが泡立ちや泡のクリーミイ性の点では十分満足されるとはいえない。
このように、泡立ちがよく、泡のクリーミイ感に優れ、すすぎ時の性能が良い洗浄剤組成物はいまだ開発されていないのが実情であり、その改良が望まれていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明者は、このような従来技術の欠点を改良せんとして鋭意研究した結果、特定の2鎖2極性基含有の陰イオン界面活性剤と1鎖1極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤と高級脂肪酸アルカノールアミドを含有する洗浄剤組成物は上記の欠点を格段に改良することを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
すなわち、本発明の目的は、泡立ちがよく、泡のクリーミイ感に優れ、すすぎ時の性能が良い洗浄剤組成物を提供するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1の発明は、(a)N,N’−ビス(ラウラミド)エタン−N,N’−ジ(酢酸ナトリウム)、N,N’−ビス(ミリスタミド)エタン−N,N’−ジ(酢酸ナトリウム)、N,N’−ビス(パルミタミド)エタン−N,N’−ジ(酢酸ナトリウム)、N,N’−ビス(ラウラミド)エタン−N,N’−ジ(プロピオン酸ナトリウム)、N,N’−ビス(ミリスタミド)エタン−N,N’−ジ(プロピオン酸ナトリウム)、N,N’−ビス(パルミタミド)エタン−N,N’−ジ(プロピオン酸ナトリウム)、N,N’−ビス(ラウラミド)ブタン−N,N’−ジ(酢酸カリウム)、N,N’−ビス(ミリスタミド)ブタン−N,N’−ジ(酢酸カリウム)、N,N’−ビス(パルミタミド)ブタン−N,N’−ジ(酢酸カリウム)から選ばれる2鎖2極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤の1種又は2種以上と、(b)極性基がカルボキシル基、硫酸基、スルホン酸基、またはリン酸基であり、対イオンが1価又は2価のアルカリ金属イオン、アンモニウムイオン又は有機アンモニウムイオンである1鎖1極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤の1種又は2種以上とを含有し,(c)高級脂肪酸アルカノールアミドを含有し、〔(a)+(b)〕/(c)の混合重量比で30:1から3:1であることを特徴とする洗浄剤組成物である。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施の形態を説明する。本発明の2鎖2極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤は、N,N’−ビス(ラウラミド)エタン−N,N’−ジ(酢酸ナトリウム)、N,N’−ビス(ミリスタミド)エタン−N,N’−ジ(酢酸ナトリウム)、N,N’−ビス(パルミタミド)エタン−N,N’−ジ(酢酸ナトリウム)、N,N’−ビス(ラウラミド)エタン−N,N’−ジ(プロピオン酸ナトリウム)、N,N’−ビス(ミリスタミド)エタン−N,N’−ジ(プロピオン酸ナトリウム)、N,N’−ビス(パルミタミド)エタン−N,N’−ジ(プロピオン酸ナトリウム)、N,N’−ビス(ラウラミド)ブタン−N,N’−ジ(酢酸カリウム)、N,N’−ビス(ミリスタミド)ブタン−N,N’−ジ(酢酸カリウム)、N,N’−ビス(パルミタミド)ブタン−N,N’−ジ(酢酸カリウム)から選ばれる。

本発明における1長鎖1極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤の中でカルボキシル基含有のものは、先ず第1に、石鹸と総称されるものを意味し、炭素数10〜20までのものを言い、通常、動物由来、植物由来、合成品を問わず、混合脂肪酸としても用いられる。対イオンは1価又は2価のアルカリ金属イオン、アンモニウムイオン又は有機アンモニウムイオンの中から任意に選択される。
また、本発明における1長鎖1極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤の中でカルボキシル基含有のものは、N−アシルアミノ酸系陰イオン界面活性剤と総称されるものを意味し、炭素数10〜20までのアシル基を有し、構成アミノ酸としてはグルタミン酸、グリシン、アラニン、バリン、タウリンなどが挙げられる。
さらに、本発明における1長鎖1極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤として、上記のカルボキシル基以外の極性基、すなわちスルホン酸基、硫酸基、リン酸基を含有するものを意味する。
すなわち、アルカンスルホン酸塩、α−オレフィンスルホン酸塩、高級脂肪酸エステルのスルホン酸塩、高級脂肪酸アミドのスルホン酸塩、スルホコハク酸塩などのスルホン化物、アルキル硫酸塩、アルキルエーテル硫酸塩、高級脂肪酸エステルの硫酸塩、高級脂肪酸アルキロールアミドの硫酸塩などの硫酸化物、アルキルリン酸塩、アルキルエーテルリン酸塩などのリン酸化物である。
以上の1長鎖1極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤の対イオンは1価又は2価のアルカリ金属イオン、アンモニウムイオン又は有機アンモニウムイオンの中から任意に選択される。ここで、有機アンモニウムイオンとしては、リジン、アルギニン等の塩基性アミノ酸も該当することはいうまでもない。
これらの1長鎖1極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤から1種又は2種以上のものが本発明の洗浄剤組成物に配合される。

本発明における高級脂肪酸アルカノールアミドは、炭素数が8から20までの高級脂肪酸とジエタノールアミン、モノエタノールアミン、イソプロパノールアミンなどのアルカノールアミンとの縮合生成物を意味する。いわゆる2:1型、1:1型を問わない。これを構成する高級脂肪酸としてはヤシ油脂肪酸などの混合系も適用される。
高級脂肪酸アルカノールアミドの配合量は10〜0.5重量%である。

本発明における2鎖2極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤と1長鎖1極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤の合計配合量(重量%)〔(a)+(b)〕と高級脂肪酸アルカノールアミドの配合量(重量%)(c)の比は、30:1から3:1が必須である。高級脂肪酸アルカノールアミドの配合量1に対して2鎖2極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤と1長鎖1極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤の合計配合量が30を超えても効果は期待されるほど上がらない。一方、高級脂肪酸アルカノールアミドの配合量1に対して2鎖2極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤と1長鎖1極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤の合計配合量が3未満の場合、泡沫上の効果が低下する。本発明の洗浄剤組成物中2鎖2極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤と1長鎖1極性基含有陰イオン界面活性剤の合計配合量は35〜3重量%である。

本発明の洗浄剤組成物は上記の如くの組成からなるが、必要に応じて他の界面活性剤、乳化助剤、香料、着色剤、防腐剤、顔料等を本発明の目的を達成する範囲内で適宜配合することもできる。
本発明の洗浄剤組成物は、洗顔クリーム、液状洗顔料、ボディシャンプー、シャンプー等の洗浄を目的とするものを主にして通常の化粧品系洗浄剤組成物に適用される。

【実施例】
以下、実施例にて本発明を説明するが、本発明はこの実施例によって限定されない。なお、配合量は重量%である。
実施例と比較例の洗浄剤組成物の性能評価は、該洗浄剤組成物を使って被験者10名が洗髪した際の官能評価で行った。すなわち、被験者の頭部を2分して一方は標準試料Aを3g、他方は試験試料3gを使って洗髪し、洗髪時のi.泡立ち、ii.泡のクリーミイ感;iii.すすぎ時のきしみの有無の3項目について被験者らの申告で採点した。採点基準は、AよりBが非常に良いと+3点、AよりBが良いと+2点、AよりBがやや良いと+1点、AとBが同等では0点、AよりBが悪いと−2点、AよりBが非常に悪いと−3点とした。そして、被験者10名から得られた合計が30〜20点を◎、19〜10点を○、9〜−10点を△、−11〜−30点を×として表に示した。
なお、標準試料Aは、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム(付加モル数3)15%、N−ラウロイルグルタミン酸トリエタノールアミン5%、ヤシ油脂肪酸ジエタノールアミド5%を水に加えてクエン酸でpHを7に調整した洗浄剤組成物である。

表1に本発明の洗浄剤組成物(試験試料)の組成を示す。ここに示す配合物は次のものを示す。

表1から、実施例の洗浄剤組成物を使って洗髪した場合は、標準試料を使った場合よりも前記評価項目のすべてですぐれていることがわかる。前記標準試料は、公知の代表的なモデルと言えるから、本発明の洗浄剤組成物は従来品より優れていることがわかる。
一方、本発明の洗浄剤組成物の構成成分のうちいずれか一つが欠ける比較例の洗浄剤組成物の性能は本発明の洗浄剤組成物のそれよりも大幅に悪いことがわかる。

For example, in order to improve the feeling of rinsing during hair washing, an attempt has been made to blend a cationic polymer such as cationic cellulose with a normal (single-chain, one-polar-group-containing) anionic surfactant which is a main ingredient of a hair cleaning agent. It has been recognized that this formulation improves the rinsing feel. This is because an anionic surfactant for hair washing such as polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sulfate or alkyl sulfate forms a complex salt with a cationic polymer at the time of rinsing and is adsorbed on hair. On the other hand, the blending of the cationic polymer has drawbacks such as hardening of the hair upon rinsing or finishing. Therefore, recently, a hair cleaner containing an amphoteric surfactant and a specific amphoteric polymer has been studied. When this is used, defects such as hardening of hair at the time of rinsing or finishing can be solved, but it cannot be said that foaming and creaminess of foam are sufficiently satisfied.
As described above, a cleaning composition having good foaming, excellent foamy creaminess, and good rinsing performance has not yet been developed, and improvement thereof has been desired.

The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to improve such disadvantages of the prior art, and as a result, have found that a specific two-chain dipolar group-containing anionic surfactant, a single-chain monopolar group-containing anionic surfactant, and a higher fatty acid are used. The present inventors have found that a detergent composition containing an alkanolamide remarkably improves the above-mentioned disadvantages, and completed the present invention.
That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a detergent composition which has good lathering, is excellent in latheriness of lather, and has good rinsing performance.
