[Prior art]
In recent years, skin cleansers such as body shampoos and facial cleansers have a good foaming property, creamy foam quality, rinsing properties, and smoothness after use, in addition to the original purpose of cleansing. A feeling of finish such as is required. Conventionally, higher fatty acid alkanolamides such as lauric acid monoethanolamide and coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide have been widely used in combination with cleaning bases such as anionic surfactants and amphoteric surfactants to increase foaming and foam quality. Have been. Attempts have been made to blend oils and polymers as a finish feeling adjuster.
[0003]
However, when an oil component or a polymer is blended, there are problems that foaming and foam quality are reduced, that the foam is wet when rinsing, and that stickiness is caused by continuous use for a long period of time. Even if higher fatty acid diethanolamide is blended, foaming and lowering of foam quality due to oil etc. are unavoidable. If a large amount of higher fatty acid diethanolamide is blended to improve this, rinsing properties and finished feeling will be adversely affected. There was a problem such as giving. Further, when a higher fatty acid monoethanolamide or the like is used, crystals may be precipitated at a low temperature.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a skin cleansing composition which is excellent in detergency, foaming property, foam quality, rinsing property, finished feeling and low-temperature stability based on the above prior art.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies in order to achieve the object of the present invention, and as a result, have found that the above-mentioned disadvantages can be improved by combining a specific surfactant and a specific polymer into a skin cleansing composition, and Completed the invention.

A sixth aspect of the present invention is the skin cleansing composition according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein the composition does not substantially contain a higher fatty acid diethanolamide.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0009]
The higher fatty acid used in the higher fatty acid salt of the present invention is not particularly limited, but generally has 8 to 22 carbon atoms. Specifically, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, arachidonic acid, behenic acid, isostearic acid, oleic acid, 2-palmitoleic acid, petroselic acid, oleic acid, elaidic acid, ricinoleic acid, linoleic acid, linoleic acid Elaidic acid, linolenic acid, arachidonic acid and mixed fatty acids such as coconut oil fatty acid, palm kernel oil fatty acid and tallow fatty acid can also be used.
[0010]
Bases as counter ions of these higher fatty acids include inorganic bases such as sodium, potassium and magnesium, ammonium, monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, 2-amino-2-methylpropanol and 2-amino-2. -Alkanolamines such as methylpropanediol, and basic amino acids such as lysine and arginine.
[0011]
These higher fatty acid salts may be blended as a fatty acid salt, or a fatty acid and a base may be independently blended to form a fatty acid salt in a formulation. These higher fatty acid salts may be used alone or as a mixture of two or more. As the higher fatty acid salt, the total mass of the fatty acid salt having 13 or less carbon atoms is the total mass of the fatty acid salt having 14 or more carbon atoms. Desirably less than the total mass. When the total mass of the fatty acid having 13 or less carbon atoms is relatively large, the foam may be coarse.
[0012]
Further, among these higher fatty acid salts, one or more selected from the group consisting of myristate, palmitate and stearate, and laurate in total of 10 to 60% by mass (hereinafter, referred to as " %), And more preferably 15 to 50% in total. If the total of these fatty acid salts is less than 10%, foaming and foam quality may not be sufficient, and if it exceeds 60%, stability at low temperatures may be deteriorated. Even when other higher fatty acid salts are contained, the amount of these four higher fatty acid salts is preferably within the above range. The neutralization ratio of the higher fatty acid with a base is preferably 80% to 110%, particularly preferably 90% to 100% when the form is a liquid, but it is preferably 90% to 100%. Therefore, it is possible to intentionally lower the neutralization rate and mix the unreacted higher fatty acids in a state where they remain.
[0013]
The anionic surfactant having a sulfate group used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but sulfates such as alkyl sulfates, alkyl ether sulfates, and alkylamide ether sulfates are desirably used. As the alkyl group of the sulfate ester salt, one having approximately 8 to 22 carbon atoms is used, one having 10 to 18 carbon atoms is desirable, and one having 10 to 16 carbon atoms is more desirable. Specific examples of desirable compounds include lauryl sulfate, myristyl sulfate, cetyl sulfate, coconut oil alkyl sulfate, palm kernel oil alkyl sulfate, polyoxyethylene (hereinafter referred to as POE) lauryl ether sulfate, POE myristyl ether. Sulfate, POE cetyl ether sulfate, POE coconut oil alkyl ether sulfate, POE palm kernel oil alkyl ether sulfate, POE coconut oil fatty acid monoethanolamide sulfate and the like. 12-14 POE alkyl ether sulfates are particularly desirable.
[0014]
Examples of the base as a counter ion of the sulfate group of these surfactants include inorganic bases such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium; ammonium, monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, 2-amino-2-methylpropanol, and 2-amino. Alkanolamines such as -2-methylpropanediol; and basic amino acids such as lysine and arginine. The average number of moles of POE groups in the POE alkyl ether sulfate is preferably 0.5 to 10 moles, more preferably 1 to 5 moles, and particularly preferably 2 to 4 moles.
[0015]
These sulfated group-containing anionic surfactants can be used singly or in combination of two or more. It is desirable that the anionic surfactant is incorporated in the composition of the present invention in an amount of 1 to 20%, more preferably 2 to 20%. 10% is blended. If it is less than 1%, a synergistic effect with a higher fatty acid salt may not be obtained, and even if it exceeds 20%, a synergistic effect commensurate with the amount may not be obtained.
[0016]
When an amphoteric surfactant and / or a semipolar surfactant are blended with the composition of the present invention, the foam quality is further improved by a synergistic effect. The amphoteric surfactant is not particularly limited, for example, alkyl betaine type, amide betaine type, sulfobetaine type, amide sulfobetaine type, imidazolinium betaine type, amino acid type, phosphobetaine type, phosphate ester type and the like Although it does not specifically limit as a semipolar surfactant, For example, an amine oxide type etc. are mentioned. Of these, it is desirable to incorporate an amphoteric surfactant, and further, betaine lauryl dimethylaminoacetate, alkyl betaines such as myristyl betaine, lauric amide propyl betaine, myristic amide propyl betaine, and coconut fatty acid amide propyl betaine Amide betaine type such as palm kernel oil fatty acid amidopropyl betaine, and those commercially available as 2-alkyl-N-carboxymethyl-N-hydroxyethylimidazolinium betaine (trade name: Obazoline 662N [manufactured by Toho Chemical Co., Ltd.]; An imidazolinium betaine type such as softazoline CL-R (manufactured by Kawaken Fine Chemical Co., Ltd.) or the like is preferable, and an amidobetaine type amphoteric surfactant is particularly preferable.
[0017]
These amphoteric surfactants and semipolar surfactants can be used alone or in admixture of two or more. It is desirable that the amphoteric surfactant and the semipolar surfactant are blended in the composition of the present invention in an amount of 0.1 to 10%. Desirably, the content is 0.5 to 5%. If it is less than 0.1%, a foaming effect due to a synergistic effect may not be obtained, and even if it exceeds 10%, a synergistic effect commensurate with the blending amount may not be obtained.
[0018]

[0022]
According to the composition of the present invention, a desired effect can be obtained without substantially blending a commonly used higher fatty acid diethanolamide which is expected to have a foam-enhancing effect or a thickening effect. The disadvantages of rinsing property and finished feeling caused by blending a large amount of diethanolamide can be solved. The case where the mixed raw material containing higher fatty acid diethanolamide is blended as an additive, and the case where the higher fatty acid diethanolamide is blended in expectation of other effects is within a range that does not affect the intended performance of the present invention. No problem. In addition, that it does not mix substantially means that the compounding quantity in the composition of this invention is 1% or less, Preferably it is 0.1% or less, More preferably, it is 0%.
[0023]
The detergent composition of the present invention may optionally contain components generally incorporated in detergents, for example, higher alcohols, lanolin derivatives, oily components such as fatty acid esters of polyethylene glycol, and moisturizing components such as propylene glycol, glycerin, and polyethylene glycol. Pearlescent agents such as fatty acid ethylene glycol, other water-soluble polymer compounds (including nonionic, anionic, etc.), extracts from animals and plants, sequestering agents, preservatives, pH adjusters, ultraviolet absorbers, An antioxidant, a dye, a fragrance, and the like can be appropriately blended.
[0024]
In addition, the cleaning composition of the present invention can be applied to any of the scalp and skin cleaning agents of various parts of the body, and can be suitably used as a body cleaning agent such as a body shampoo, a hand soap, and a face wash. Further, it can be used in various forms such as solid, liquid, cream, gel, aerosol foam, and mist, and is preferably used as a liquid cleaning agent.
