【従来の技術】
従来の技術では、カウンタウエイトの上部へ燃料タンクとしてLPGボンベを取り付けて、燃料のLPGが無くなるとLPGボンベを、オペレータや作業者がボンベ交換積載作業を行っており、背の高い大形機種ではパレットや別に作業台などを持ってきて使用していた。
更に特殊な解決例として、専用の搭載装置を備えたものとして実開平2−126930号公報がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従って背の高い大形機種では、カウンタウエイト上部へのボンベ積載作業は、,危険な重労働を伴うので、新しい機種では専用のカウンタウエイトとして、内部にボンベが格納できるようにしたものであり(実開平2−33727号公報参照)、また専用の搭載装置を備えた実開平2−126930号公報のものもあるが、高価となり、従来の一般標準車への現地対応や、中古車での仕様変更等での対応は難しくなる。
特に燃料タンクのLPGボンベを背の高いカウンタウエイト上部への積載作業は避けられないものであり、その作業安全を考慮しなければならないというような課題をかかえている。

【課題を解決するための手段及び作用効果】
この発明は上記の課題に対処するためになされたもので、カウンタウエイトの通風孔の開口高さ寸法よりも、引掛部分の長さを短くした引掛部分を有する簡易ステップを、パイプ材で製作して軽量とし、通風孔の下面左右に明けた2箇所の穴に、引掛けて脱着自在に取り付けて、ボンベ交換積載時に使用可能とする、LPGボンベ脱着容易化装置である。

上述の簡易ステップと、カウンタウエイトの通風穴に設けた引掛穴とによる専用装置をLPGボンベ脱着容易化装置として使用することにより、オペレータや作業者が、ボンベ交換積載作業を、楽に遂行できるようになると共に、安価な費用により、安全作業の確保に対応できるようになる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下この発明の実施例について、図面により説明する。
図1はカウンタウエイト後部側面部分断面図、図2は簡易ステップの形状説明図、図3は産業車両の後部斜視図である。

図1に示すように、一般に燃料としてLPGを使用している産業車両は、燃料タンクとしてのLPGボンベ3を、カウンタウエイト4の上部後方に取り付けている。
そしてLPGタンクの燃料が空になると、オペレータまたは作業者が、空になったLPGボンベ3を取外し、燃料の充填された新しいLPGボンベ3を、運搬持参してきて乗せ換えて交換積載作業を行うことになる。
この充填されたLPGタンク3は大きいものになると30Kgから40Kgの重量になる。

簡易ステップ1は通風孔5の下面に明けた、左右2箇所の引掛穴6に引っ掛けて脱着自在に取付け、ボンベ交換積載時に使用するようになっている。
