本発明は、キャビネット本体の上端開口部内にシンクを収容設置してなる流し台キャビネットに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、図７、８に示す如く、キャビネット本体１の上端開口部２内にシンク３を収容設置してなり、キャビネット本体１の後側上端部分を後方へ膨出形成して、該膨出部４の内部スペース５にシンク３の後端部分を収容すると共に、同膨出部４の下方外部スペースを配管スペース６となした流し台キャビネットは知られている。

この場合、キャビネット本体１は背板９と両側板１１と底板１６とで前方及び上方へ開口した箱型に形成され、台輪１４を介して床面１５上に設置されるもので、同背板９の上端部分に膨出部４が形成されている。キャビネット本体１の上端開口部２上にはカウンター１９が設置固定され、該カウンター１９にシンク３が設けられており、同キャビネット本体１の前方開口にはこれを開閉する扉パネル２７が付設されている。

又、キャビネット本体１の上端開口部２は、両側板１１と該両側板１１の上端前後を架設状に結合する前桟材３２及び後桟材３５とで囲まれており、その上にカウンター１９が設置固定されると共に、同前桟材３２の前面に扉パネル２７の上端部分が着脱自在に当止される。又、膨出部４を形成するために、両側板１１の後端縁に切欠部３４を形成し、該切欠部３４の各コーナー部分において両側板１１間に横桟材３６を架設固定し、背板９を上下複数枚に分割形成して各分割された背板９を後桟材３５、各横桟材３６、底板１６の後端縁各々の間に架設固定して、キャビネット本体１の後方を閉塞している。

したがって、該流し台キャビネットにおいては、膨出部４の内部スペース５にシンク３の後端部分が収容されるので、大型のシンク３を設置することができ、しかも、カウンター１９の後端縁と共に膨出部４が後方の壁面２６に当接するように設置され、該膨出部４の下方で背板９と同壁面２６との間に配管スペース６が形成されるので、該配管スペース６内に、シンク３に付設される水栓カラン（図示せず）へと給水する給水管等の配管を収容することができ、配管の施工性に優れ、施工仕上がり外観も良好で、キャビネット本体１の内部を収納スペースとして支障なく利用することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の技術においては、膨出部４がキャビネット本体１の後方へ一体に突設されているため、該膨出部４が邪魔になって梱包の納まりが悪く、梱包が大型化してしまうという問題があった。又、キャビネット本体１を組み立てる際に、両側板１１の後端縁に切欠部３４を形成したり、同両側板１１間に複数本の横桟材３６を架設したり、背板９を上下複数枚に分割形成して各分割された背板９を各々取り付けたりする必要があって、組立作業性が良くないという問題もあった。

本発明は、上記従来の技術における問題を悉く解決するために発明されたもので、すなわち、その課題は、梱包時の納まりが良く、組立作業性も良好な流し台キャビネットを提供することである。

本発明の請求項１記載の流し台キャビネットは、キャビネット本体の上端開口部内にシンクを収容設置してなり、キャビネット本体の後側上端部分を後方へ膨出形成して、該膨出部の内部スペースにシンクの後端部分を収容すると共に、同膨出部の下方外部スペースを配管スペースとなした流し台キャビネットであって、少なくとも膨出部をキャビネット本体とは別体に形成してこれを同キャビネット本体に結合固定し組立一体化してなる。
