Specifically, the cabinet 10 includes a first cabinet 11 and a table top 12 disposed at the top of the first cabinet 11, a receiving cavity 13 is formed inside the first cabinet 11, and a notch 14 is formed on the table top 12. The integrated sink 20 includes a second cabinet 21 and a sink 22 disposed at the top of the second cabinet 21, the integrated sink 20 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 13, and the sink 22 is exposed from the notch 14.
The integrated kitchen appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet 10 and an integrated sink 20, wherein the integrated sink 20 is disposed in a receiving cavity 13 of the cabinet 10, and a sink 22 of the integrated sink 20 is exposed from a slot 14 on a top 12 of the cabinet 10, thereby realizing a concealed design of the integrated sink 20, i.e., concealing the integrated sink 20 in the cabinet 10, so that the integrated sink 10 is installed without being separated from the cabinet, thereby maintaining the integrity of the cabinet in the kitchen, and further, the installation of the integrated sink 10 does not limit the design of the kitchen. In addition, because the installation of integrated basin 10 need not to cut off the cupboard, does not cause irreparable destruction to the cupboard, so, follow-up if want to change the mounted position of integrated basin 10, only need with integrated basin 10 shift to in the new cupboard and set up the notch at the mesa of new cupboard can, and former cupboard 10 only need through the plate structure to carry out the shutoff to notch 14 can, can provide after former cupboard 10 restores and put or the arrangement position for other domestic appliance.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the integrated sink 20 further includes a height adjusting device 23 disposed at the bottom of the second cabinet 21, and the second cabinet 21 can be lifted and lowered by adjusting the height adjusting device 23. The height adjustment device 23 is provided to enable the integrated water tank 20 to have a lifting function, so that the design height of the integrated water tank 20 can be properly reduced, and the integrated water tank 20 can easily enter the accommodating cavity 13 of the first cabinet 11. After the integrated water tank 20 enters the accommodating cavity 13, the integrated water tank 20 is lifted to be attached to the table top 12 of the cabinet 10 by using the height adjusting device 23, and a gap between the table top 12 and the water tank 22 is eliminated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the height adjusting device 23 includes a bracket 231, a stud 235, a worm wheel 232, a worm 233, and an adjusting member 234. Wherein the stud 235 can move relative to the bracket 231 along the direction of the self axis, and the bracket 231 forms a constraint to the stud 235 in the direction of the rotation of the stud 235 around the self axis, that is, the stud 235 can move relative to the bracket 231 without rotating relative to the bracket 231. Worm wheel 232 is sleeved on stud 235 and is matched with stud 235 through threads, worm 233 is rotatably connected to support 231, worm 233 is meshed with worm wheel 232, and adjusting piece 234 is connected with worm 233 to drive worm 233 to rotate.
In this embodiment, the stud 235 can be lifted up and lowered down relative to the bracket 231 through the adjusting part 234, specifically, when a torque is applied to the adjusting part 234, the adjusting part 234 drives the worm 233 to rotate, the worm 233 is meshed with the worm wheel 232, the worm wheel 232 is driven by the worm 233 to rotate, and since the worm wheel 232 is engaged with the stud 235 through threads and the stud 235 can only move but cannot rotate relative to the bracket 231, the rotation of the worm wheel 232 is converted into a linear motion of the stud 235, so that the lifting up or lowering down of the stud 235 relative to the bracket 231 is realized. Further, in order to conveniently adjust the height of the integrated water tank 20 by using the adjusting member 234, the adjusting member 234 may be led out from the front surface of the second cabinet 21, so that the adjusting process is easy to implement and the operation is simple.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the bracket 231 includes a bracket main body 2311, an installation space is formed inside the bracket main body 2311, the worm wheel 232 and the worm 233 are both disposed in the installation space, and the stud 235 is disposed through the installation space, so that the height adjustment device 23 can have a compact structure and a small overall volume. In addition, when the height adjusting device 23 is assembled with the second cabinet 21, only the bracket main body 2311 needs to be connected with the second cabinet 21, and the assembling process is simple.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the bracket body 2311 is box-shaped, and the inside of the bracket body 2311 can provide a mounting position for the worm wheel 232, and the box-shaped bracket body 2311 is beneficial to limiting the worm wheel 232, so as to prevent the worm wheel 232 from being out of the engagement relation with the worm 233 due to the change of the position.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the bracket 231 further includes a guiding member (e.g., a guiding cylinder, a guiding sleeve, etc.) 2312, the guiding member 2312 is fixed to the bracket body 2311, the stud 235 is inserted through the guiding member 2312, a cross-sectional shape of the stud 235 matches a cross-sectional shape of the guiding member 2312, and the guiding member 2312 has a cross-sectional shape capable of limiting the rotation of the stud 235 (as shown in fig. 6). The guide member 2312 has two functions, namely, on one hand, the guide member can play a role in guiding the movement of the stud 235 relative to the bracket 231, on the other hand, the guide member 2312 can limit the rotation of the stud 235 by utilizing the cross-sectional shape of the guide member 2312, so that the stud 235 cannot rotate relative to the bracket 231, and only the rotation freedom degree of the stud 235 relative to the bracket 231 is limited, the rotation of the worm wheel 232 can be converted into the linear motion of the stud 235 (otherwise, the stud 235 can rotate along with the worm wheel 232 without performing the linear motion).
In some embodiments of the present invention, the axis of the worm 233 is perpendicular to the axis of the stud 235, so that a high transmission efficiency between the worm 233, the worm wheel 232 and the stud 235 can be ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the height adjusting device 23 further includes a supporting block 236 disposed at the bottom end of the stud 235, and the supporting block 236 is disposed to increase a contact area with the plane compared to a manner that the stud 235 directly contacts with the plane, so as to prevent the plane from being damaged due to the concentrated stress.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the number of the height adjusting devices 23 is four, and four height adjusting devices 23 are distributed in a rectangular shape to form a stable support for the second cabinet 21.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the adjusting member 234 is an adjusting rod, and the lifting of the stud 235 can be adjusted at a remote position by the adjusting rod, so as to facilitate the end of the adjusting rod to be led out from the front of the second cabinet 21, and thus the user can adjust the height adjusting device 23 from the front.
Further, a force application structure 237 may be disposed at an end of the adjusting lever, and functions to apply a torque to the adjusting lever by using a tool so as to drive the worm 233 to rotate. The force application structure can be, for example, a cross-shaped groove capable of being matched with a screwdriver, a hexagonal groove capable of being matched with an inner hexagonal wrench, or a hexagonal prism matched with an outer hexagonal wrench.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the adjusting member 234 may also be a rotating handle (not shown) connected to the worm 233, and when the height adjusting device 23 is installed in the second cabinet 21, the rotating handle may be located outside the second cabinet 21, so that the lifting of the screw 235 can be conveniently adjusted.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, the adjusting member 234 is an adjusting lever, and the adjusting lever of each two height adjusting devices 23 is the same adjusting lever, so that the two height adjusting devices 23 can be adjusted by one adjusting lever, thereby simplifying the structure and reducing the number of components.
Furthermore, the adjusting rod passes through the worm 233 along the axial direction of the worm 233, and the adjusting rod has two transmission segments 2341, the two transmission segments 2341 are distributed at intervals, the two transmission segments 2341 can be respectively matched with the worm 233 in one corresponding height adjusting device 23 (as shown in fig. 7 and 8), or alternatively two gear segments 2341 can be coupled in a switchable manner to a worm 233 in a height adjustment device 23 (see fig. 9 and 10), in the former case, the worm screws in the two height adjusting devices 23 can be driven to rotate simultaneously by using an adjusting rod, thus, a synchronous adjustment of the two height adjustment devices 23 is achieved, while in the latter case one of the height adjustment devices 23 can be adjusted by means of an adjustment lever, while in the other height adjustment device 23, only one height adjustment device 23 can be adjusted at a time. In the former way, the efficiency of adjustment can be improved, and in the latter way, the function of adjusting different height adjusting devices 23 independently is maintained, so that the height adjusting devices 23 can be used for controlling the lifting of the integrated water tank 20 and leveling the integrated water tank 20.
In particular, the transmission section 2341 and the worm 233 may be in a form of transmission by shape, for example, the worm 233 is provided with a channel 2331 (shown in fig. 11) along its axis for the passage of the adjusting rod, the cross section of the channel 2331 may be in a flattened shape, and the cross section of the transmission section 2341 is in a shape matching the cross section of the channel 2331. When the distance between the two transmission segments 2341 on the adjusting rod is equal to the distance between the worms 233 in the two height adjusting devices 23, the function of simultaneously driving the two worms 233 to rotate by the adjusting rod can be realized; when the distance between the two transmission segments 2341 is not equal to the distance between the two worms 233 and, in the case of one transmission segment 2341 in the path of one worm 233 and the other transmission segment 2341 outside the path of the other worm 233, the adjusting lever can only rotate one worm 233 at a time, the worm 233 to be controlled can be selected by moving the adjusting lever in the axial direction, and the corresponding height adjustment device 23 can be adjusted accordingly.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the height adjusting device 23 may also be a linear motion output device such as a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder, or an air cylinder, and the height adjusting device is matched with a corresponding controller to achieve automatic lifting of the second cabinet 21, so as to adjust the height of the integrated water tank 20.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the integrated water tank 20 further includes a dishwasher 24 and a water purifier 25, specifically, the dishwasher 24 is disposed below the water tank 22 and accommodated in the second cabinet 21, and the water purifier 25 is disposed below the water tank 22 and accommodated in the second cabinet 21, so that the integrated water tank 20 integrates functions of water tank, tableware washing, tap water filtering, and the like, thereby satisfying the use requirements of users.
Further, the integrated water tank 20 may further include a kitchen waste processor, a draining basket, a thawing plate, etc., and the corresponding functional modules may be specifically designed according to the use requirements of users.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first cabinet 11 is provided with a door 111 capable of being opened and closed, in order to maintain the convenience of using the dishwasher 24, the door of the dishwasher 24 is exposed outside the first cabinet 11, and the door 111 and the door of the dishwasher 24 together form an appearance surface of the front surface of the integrated kitchen appliance 100. Further, the cabinet door 111 may adopt color matching and material matching with the overall style of the kitchen, thereby maintaining the uniformity of the kitchen finishing style. In addition, the door body of the dishwasher 24 can achieve the effect of unifying the style of the cabinet door 111 in a customized manner, so as to further coordinate with the decoration style of the kitchen.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the integrated sink 20 further includes a water tap 221 detachably mounted on the sink 22, and since the presence of the water tap 221 increases the overall height of the integrated sink 20, thereby increasing the difficulty of the integrated sink 20 entering the accommodating cavity 13 of the first cabinet 11, the water tap 221 may be mounted after the integrated sink 20 enters the accommodating cavity 13, thereby reducing the difficulty of mounting the integrated kitchen appliance 100.
It should be noted that the integrated water tank 20 is disposed in the receiving cavity 13 of the cabinet 10, including a case where the integrated water tank 20 is disposed on the bottom plate of the first body 11, and a case where the dust collecting water tank 20 is directly disposed on the ground. In the latter case, the first cabinet 11 is not provided with a bottom plate, and at this time, a skirting board capable of shielding the height adjusting device 23 may be provided on the front surface of the first cabinet 11.
