As shown in fig. 3 to 8, the front panel 122 of the anvil plate installation box 120 is further provided with an avoiding opening 121, the avoiding opening 121 is located below the decorative door panel 320, and the avoiding opening 121 may be, for example, a rectangular through hole, and a length direction of the rectangular through hole extends in a vertical direction. Anvil assembly 300 is hinged to anvil mounting box 120 by a hinge assembly 400, hinge assembly 400 including a first hinge 410, a second hinge 420, and a pin 430 for hinging first hinge 410 and second hinge 420. The first hinge 410 is located at the front side of the anvil mounting box 120, one end of the first hinge 410 is fixed to the front panel 122 of the anvil mounting box 120, and the other end of the first hinge 410 is hinged to the shaft pin 430. Illustratively, the first connector 410 includes a connecting plate, a supporting block and a hinge cylinder, the connecting plate is attached to and fixed to the front panel 122 of the cutting board mounting box 120, the supporting block is located at the front side of the connecting plate and fixed to the connecting plate, the hinge cylinder is sleeved on the pivot pin, and the hinge cylinder is located at the top end of the supporting block and fixed to the supporting block.
One end of the second hinge 420 is fixed to the back of the decorative door panel 320, and the second hinge 420 is connected to the decorative door panel 320 at a position near the bottom end of the decorative door panel 320, and for example, one end of the second hinge 420 may be fixed to the back of the decorative door panel 320 by a fastener. The other end of the second hinge member 420 is hinged to the shaft pin 430, and the second hinge member 420 is inserted into the escape opening 121. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, when the decorative door 320 is in a horizontal position, the second hinge member 420 is located above the decorative door 320, i.e., away from the sink body 200, and the second hinge member 420 is not prone to rusting due to water.
Specifically, the second hinge 420 includes a first portion 421, a second portion 422, and a third portion 423; the first part 421 is fixedly connected with the back of the decorative door panel 320, the third part 423 is hinged with the shaft pin 430, the second part 422 is positioned between the first part 421 and the third part 423 and is fixedly connected with the first part 421 and the third part 423, and the second part 422 is arranged in the avoiding opening 121 in a penetrating way and is provided with a bending section. In other words, the second hinge member 420 may be a hook-shaped structure, one end of which is fixed to the decorative door 320, and the other end of which passes through the avoiding opening 121 and is hinged to the shaft pin 430. Illustratively, the first hinge member 410 and the second hinge member 420 are both made of metal, so as to ensure the strength of the hinge assembly 400 and ensure that the hinge assembly 400 does not deform after being turned over for multiple times.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present embodiment provides a hinge assembly 400 having greater structural strength and which does not deform after multiple uses than prior art hinges. Meanwhile, in the hinge assembly 400 provided by the embodiment, when the chopping board 310 is in the use state, the hinge assembly 400 is located above the chopping board 310, i.e., away from one side of the sink body 200, and the hinge assembly 400 is not easy to be stained with water and rusted.
It will be readily appreciated that the number of hinge assemblies 400 between anvil assembly 300 and anvil mounting box 120 is non-limiting, i.e., decorative door panel 320 is hinged to anvil mounting box 120 by a plurality of second hinges 420. The plurality of second hinges 420 are disposed at intervals along a width direction of the decorative door panel 320, wherein the width direction of the decorative door panel 320 is parallel to a length direction of the integrated sink. Illustratively, the anvil assembly 300 is hinged to the anvil mounting box 120 by two second hinges 420, and the two second hinges 420 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the decorative door panel 320 near the bottom end.
As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the decorative door panel 320 is hinged to the anvil mounting box 120 by a plurality of second hinges 420, so as to ensure that the decorative door panel 320 does not shift during the turning process, i.e. the decorative door panel 320 can only rotate around the same horizontal straight line.
As shown in figures 3 and 5, decorative door panel 320 has a handle 322 disposed on a front surface thereof, and preferably, handle 322 is disposed proximate a top end of decorative door panel 320, such that a user can turn anvil assembly 300 with minimal effort while holding handle 322. It is easy to understand that the handle 322 is disposed on the front surface of the decorative door panel 320, and when the cutting board 310 is needed, the user can hold the handle 322 to turn over the decorative door panel 320, so that the decorative door panel 320 is turned over from the storage position to the horizontal position, which is convenient for the user to operate.
In one possible implementation, the top of the decorative door panel 320 is recessed rearward to form a handle 322, and the recessed portion of the decorative door panel 320 is illustratively oblong in cross-sectional shape, and the length direction of the oblong is parallel to the length direction of the integrated water tank. The cross-sectional size of the concave part is not limited in this embodiment, and can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs. Handle 322 is positioned above anvil 310 so that handle 322 does not interfere with anvil 310.
Those skilled in the art can understand that the decorative door panel 320 is recessed backward to form the handle 322, so as to prevent the handle 322 from protruding from the front surface of the decorative door panel 320, and further improve the aesthetic property of the appearance of the integrated sink and enhance the user experience.
It should be mentioned that the integrated water tank provided in this embodiment may be provided with a plurality of cutting board assemblies 300, as shown in fig. 1-3, two cutting board assemblies 300 are connected to the cutting board installation box 120, and the two cutting board assemblies 300 are arranged on the cutting board installation box 120 side by side along the horizontal direction. A user can use anvil 310 of one of anvil assemblies 300 to cut raw food and use anvil 310 of the other anvil assembly 300 to cut cooked food. Fig. 1 to 3 show that the integrated sink is further provided with a faucet 500 and a switch 510 for controlling the faucet 500 to be opened and closed. Faucet 500 and switch 510 are positioned between two anvil assemblies 300 and faucet 500 is fixedly attached to anvil mounting box 120, with switch 510 positioned above faucet 500 and also fixedly attached to anvil mounting box 120. It will be readily appreciated that positioning switch 510 above faucet 500 ensures that switch 510 does not interfere with anvil assembly 300 during opening and closing of faucet 500. The specific structure of the faucet 500 is not limited in this embodiment, and those skilled in the art can set the faucet according to actual needs, or alternatively, the faucet 500 existing in the market can be used.
In the integrated water tank provided by the embodiment, the chopping board installation box 120 is arranged at the top of the tank body 110, the chopping board installation box 120 is located at the rear side of the water tank body 200, the chopping board 310 is fixed on the back of the decorative door panel 320, the decorative door panel 320 is hinged to the chopping board installation box 120, and then the decorative door panel 320 can rotate relative to the chopping board installation box 120, and when the chopping board 310 needs to be used, the chopping board assembly 300 can be turned over to enable the chopping board 310 to be flat; after the anvil 310 is used, the anvil 310 can be reversed to position the decorative door panel 320 in the storage position and secured to the anvil mounting box 120. The chopping block 310 is convenient to use and store. When the chopping board 310 is stored, the chopping board 310 does not need to be placed at other indoor positions, so that the storage space at other indoor positions is saved.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the utility model, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the utility model.

1. An integrated sink, comprising:
the top surface of the cabinet body comprises a water tank mounting area and a box body mounting area, and the box body mounting area is positioned at the rear side of the water tank mounting area;
the chopping board mounting box is arranged at the top of the box body mounting area and is fixedly connected with the cabinet body, and a door frame is arranged on the front panel of the chopping board mounting box;
a sink body mounted within the sink mounting area;
the cutting board component comprises a cutting board and a decorative door plate, and the cutting board is fixed on the back of the decorative door plate; the decorative door plate is arranged at the doorframe of the cutting board installation box in an openable and closable manner, and the bottom end of the decorative door plate is hinged with the cutting board installation box; the decorative door panel can be turned over between a horizontal position and a storage position; when the decorative door plate is located at the containing position, the decorative door plate is fixed with the door frame of the chopping board installation box, and when the decorative door plate is located at the horizontal position, the decorative door plate is abutted to the water tank body.
2. The integrated sink of claim 1, wherein at least a portion of the anvil plate protrudes from a back side of the decorative door panel;
the decorative door plate is also provided with a first buckling part, the chopping board installation box is also provided with a second buckling part matched with the first buckling part, when the decorative door plate is positioned at the accommodating position, the part of the chopping board protruding out of the decorative door plate is accommodated in the chopping board installation box, and the first buckling part and the second buckling part are clamped and fixed; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the decorative door plate is a metal door plate, the edge of the door frame is provided with a magnet, when the decorative door plate is located at the storage position, the part of the chopping board protruding out of the decorative door plate is stored in the chopping board installation box, and the decorative door plate and the magnet are fixed in a magnetic attraction manner.

the cutting board assembly is hinged with the cutting board installation box through a hinge assembly, and the hinge assembly comprises a first hinge piece, a second hinge piece and a shaft pin for hinging the first hinge piece and the second hinge piece;
one end of the first hinge element is fixed with the front panel of the cutting board mounting box, and the other end of the first hinge element is hinged with the shaft pin;
one end of the second hinge piece is fixed with the back of the decorative door panel, and the connecting position of the second hinge piece and the decorative door panel is close to the bottom end of the decorative door panel; the other end of the second hinge part is hinged with the shaft pin, and the second hinge part is arranged in the avoiding opening in a penetrating mode.

The integrated sink of claim 4, wherein the second hinge comprises a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion; the first part is fixedly connected with the back of the decorative door panel, the third part is hinged with the shaft pin, the second part is positioned between the first part and the third part and is fixedly connected with the first part and the third part, and the second part is arranged in the avoiding opening in a penetrating way and is provided with a bending section.
6. The integrated sink according to claim 5, wherein the decorative door panel is hinged to the cutting board mounting box by a plurality of second hinges, the plurality of second hinges being spaced apart along a width of the decorative door panel.
7. The integrated sink according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein a front surface of the decorative door panel is provided with a handle.
8. The integrated sink of claim 7, wherein a top of the decorative door panel is recessed rearward to form the handle, the handle being positioned above the anvil plate.
9. The integrated sink according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the integrated sink further comprises a faucet and a switch for controlling the faucet to open and close;
the chopping board mounting box is provided with two chopping board assemblies in parallel along the horizontal direction; the water faucet and the switch are arranged between the two cutting board assemblies, the water faucet is fixedly connected with the cutting board installation box, and the switch is located above the water faucet.
10. The integrated sink according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein a support plate and adjustable feet are provided at a bottom of the cabinet, the support plate is provided at a front side of the cabinet, and the adjustable feet are provided at a rear side of the cabinet.
