【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a photographic film package in which a sheet-like photographic film is housed freely in and out of a light-shielding envelopeMethod and apparatus for manufacturing light-shielding envelopesIt is about.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a professional photo film, a photo film package in which a relatively large size (for example, 12.5 × 10 cm) sheet-shaped photo film is housed in a light-shielding envelope has been proposed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-356039. The light-shielding envelope is formed with an insertion opening through which the photographic film is taken in and out, and since this insertion opening is usually closed by a light-shielding clip, it is not exposed to external light.
[0003]
This photographic film package is used by being loaded on a film holder mounted behind the camera. When loading, operate the lock lever of the film holder and set it to the unlocked position. Thereafter, the photographic film package is inserted into the film holder with the light-shielding clip first, and then the lock lever is set to the lock position to lock the light-shielding clip. When the light-shielding envelope alone is pulled out of the camera halfway in this state, the engagement between the light-shielding clip and the light-shielding envelope is released, the photographic film is set in the exposure opening of the camera, and photographing is possible. After the photographing is completed, when the light-shielding envelope is pushed into the film holder, the photographed photo film is inserted into the light-shielding envelope. When the photo film is completely inserted into the light-shielding envelope, the insertion opening is closed by the light-shielding clip, and the photo film is light-tightly stored in the light-shielding envelope. Thereafter, when the lock lever is set to the unlock position and the light-shielding envelope is pulled out together with the photo film, the photo film package is taken out of the film holder.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since such a photographic film package is disposable, a light-shielding envelope is made of black paper mixed with carbon and having a thickness of about 240 μm, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. In addition, the light-shielding envelope is formed by laminating the upper sheet and the lower sheet, and then bonding both side edges with side seal tape and bonding the front end with an adhesive. A side seal tape is required, which increases the manufacturing cost. In addition, two side seal tape sticking apparatuses are required, and the equipment cost is also increased. In addition, since the edges on both sides are joined by the side seal tape after the two light-shielding sheets are accurately overlapped, the suitability for high-speed processing is reduced, and mass production cannot be performed efficiently.
[0005]
In the production line of the light-shielding envelope, it is preferable to use a strip-shaped light-shielding strip for mass production. Since the main member of the light-shielding strip is made of paper, when environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity change, the light-shielding strip is affected by expansion and contraction, so that a wiper material, a stopper material, a hand-holding material, etc. Cannot be attached with high accuracy. Further, when the light-shielding strip after bonding is cut as a light-shielding envelope for each bag, a similar problem occurs, and the cut position is shifted. If the cutting position is shifted, the display portion printed on the stopper material or the light-shielding strip is shifted, resulting in a defective product.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and has as its object to provide a photographic film package in which manufacturing costs are kept low. Further, according to the present invention, even if the light-shielding strip expands or contracts due to a change in temperature or humidity, a sub-member such as a stopper material can be stuck to a fixed regular position, and furthermore, the display unit or the stopper material is printed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a light-shielding envelope for a photographic film package, which can be cut for each bag so that the light-shielding envelope comes to a predetermined regular position of the light-shielding envelope.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above objectives,The method for manufacturing a light-shielding envelope for a photo film according to the present invention is a method for manufacturing a light-shielding envelope for storing a photo-film unit having a sheet-shaped photo film and a light-shielding clip in a light-tight manner. Sub-member attaching station for attaching, bent piece forming station for forming a bent piece by cutting into a light shielding strip, bent piece folding station for folding the bent piece along the center line of the light shielding strip A joining station for joining the folded pieces in a bag shape, a separating station for separating each bag after joining, and an adjoining station for intermittently feeding the light-shielding strip to each of these stations at a constant pitch. An intermittent feeder arranged upstream of the light-shielding strip. Are formed at the constant pitch, and using a detection signal of a mark detection device that detects the positioning mark at the sub-member application station and the separation station, each bag after the sub-member is attached and bonded is used. Performing the separation, when attaching the sub-member, adjacent to the sub-member sticking station, the mark detection device is arranged upstream of the sub-member sticking station to detect the positioning mark, Adjacent to the sub-member application station, downstream of the sub-member application station, the light-shielding strip is forcibly bent by an expansion / contraction correction device, and the position of the light-shielding strip is determined based on a mark detection signal from the mark detection device. Identify and adjust the amount of deflection of the expansion / contraction correction device so that the light-shielding strip is positioned at the sub-member application station. Characterized by an integer.
[0008]

For the strip-shaped light-shielding strip, a sub-member attaching station for applying a sub-member, a bent piece forming station for forming a bent piece by cutting into the light-shielding strip, and A folding piece folding station for folding the folded pieces, a joining station for joining the folded pieces into bags, a separating station for separating each bag after joining, and a light-shielding strip at each of these stations. Placed adjacent to and upstream of the release station for intermittent feed at a constant pitch An intermittent feeder, a mark detection device disposed adjacent to the sub-member application station and upstream of the sub-member application station, and detecting the positioning mark; On the downstream side of the application station, the light-shielding strip is forcibly bent, the position of the light-shielding strip is specified based on a mark detection signal from the mark detection device, and the light-shielding strip is positioned at the sub-member application station. And a stretching correction device for finely adjusting the amount of deflection of the stretching correction device.

A fold line and a notch reaching the fold line are formed in the band-shaped light-shielding strip, and the bent piece is defined by the fold line and the cut. The folded piece is folded along the fold line and overlaps the light-shielding strip. Then, the bent piece and the light shielding strip are joined in a bag shape by the joining member. Next, the light-shielding envelope is formed by cutting each bag. The cutting of each light-shielding envelope for each bag and the attachment of sub-members such as a wiper material, a stopper material, and a hand-holding material to the light-shielding strip are performed based on a detection signal of the positioning mark. The positioning mark is formed on a light-shielding envelope display portion formed on the light-shielding strip in advance. As described above, since the cutting and the attachment of the sub-member are performed for each bag based on the positioning mark, even if the light-shielding strip expands and contracts due to a change in temperature and humidity, it is not so large within the length range of one bag. The light-shielding envelope can be manufactured accurately without being affected.

【The invention's effect】
The folded portion of the folded light-shielding sheet is used as one side edge, and the other side edge and the leading edge are joined to form a light-shielding envelope. Therefore, compared to a case where two light-shielding sheets are stacked and joined together. Thus, a light-shielding envelope can be easily manufactured. Moreover, since the number of joints is reduced by the bent portion, complicated devices such as a side seal tape attaching device can be reduced, equipment costs can be reduced, high-speed processing suitability is improved, and light-shielding envelopes are improved. Mass production can be efficiently performed on the production line.
[0067]
Since a fold is formed along the center line of the light-shielding strip with respect to the strip-shaped light-shielding strip to divide the light-shielding strip into two sheet members, it is possible to accurately and linearly fold a strong light-shielding strip. . Further, a cut is formed in one sheet member up to the fold at an interval corresponding to one bag of light-shielding envelope, and a portion of the sheet member surrounded by the cut and the fold is formed as a bent piece. Can be easily and accurately folded. Moreover, since the bent pieces are divided by the cuts, it is possible to fold the bent pieces at a stroke in one station, and the number of stations is reduced, so that the entire length of the production line can be shortened.
[0068]
Also, positioning marks are formed on the light-shielding strip at a predetermined pitch, and after joining the respective edges by the joining member, intermittent feeding for one pitch is performed with reference to the cutting station based on the detection signal of the positioning marks. Since the light-shielding strip is cut into a light-shielding envelope, even if the light-shielding strip expands or contracts due to a change in temperature or humidity, the light-shielding strip can be accurately positioned at a regular position without being affected by the expansion or contraction. Can be separated for each bag. Similarly, the light-shielding strip serving as the light-shielding envelope is positioned based on the detection signal of the positioning mark, and the sub-member is attached at this position. The auxiliary member such as the stopper member can be accurately attached to the regular position of the light shielding strip without being affected by the above.
[0069]
Further, the amount of misalignment between the positioning mark detected by the mark detecting device and the mark detecting device is obtained, and the intermittent feed amount is changed so as to eliminate this amount of misalignment. It can be performed with high accuracy.
[0070]
Further, a light-shielding strip expansion / contraction correction device is provided between the folding line forming device and the sub-member attaching device, and the light-shielding strip is bent by the expansion / contraction correction device, and the amount of the deflection is controlled according to the expansion / contraction amount of the light-shielding strip. Therefore, when intermittently feeding the light-shielding strip to each station using an intermittent feeder such as a gripper feed device, the amount of expansion and contraction of the light-shielding strip due to a temperature change or the like is accumulated at a station apart from the intermittent feeder, resulting in a position error. Is generated, this can be easily corrected. Therefore, it is possible to remove the influence of the expansion and contraction of the light-shielding strip and accurately attach the sub-member to a predetermined position of the light-shielding strip.
