め本願の打刻装置に係る発明は、ワークの打刻部裏面を
受け部にて支持した状態で表面側を打刻ヘッドにより打
撃するよう構成した打刻装置において、この装置の基部
をなすベースに対して移動自在に支持されたスライダの
一端部に前記打刻ヘッドを進退動自在に支持させ、かつ
他端部で打撃時における前記打刻ヘッドの突出位置近傍
部に受け部を一体に設けることにより、スライダ、打刻
ヘッド及び受け部を一体化した打刻ユニットを構成する
とともに、この打刻ユニットを打撃方向と平行に移動さ
せて受け部をワークの打刻部裏面へ当接させるようにし
た。 【0005】さらに、前記スライダとベースの間に、前
記スライダを打撃方向へ移動させるためのエアシリンダ
と、打撃方向と逆方向へ移動付勢する弾性部材とを設
け、この弾性部材の弾力に抗して前記エアシリンダによ
り前記スライダを打撃方向へ移動させて、前記ワークの
打刻部裏面に前記受け部を間隙をもって位置させ、その
後、前記エアシリンダを戻すことにより、前記弾性部材
の復元力にて前記受け部をワークの打刻部裏面へ密着さ
せるようにしたことを特徴とする。 【0006】 【発明の効果】第1の発明によれば、受け部を打刻ヘッ
ドと一体の打刻ユニットとし、ベースに対してスライド
自在としたので、受け部をワークの打刻部裏側に入れて

するするとともに、この弾性部材の弾力によってさらに
密着度を高く維持できる。しかも、弾性部材により打刻
