In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the pressure maintaining assembly 32 includes a fixing plate 321, a first roller 322, a fixing block 323 and a second roller 324, wherein the fixing plate 321 is disposed between the carrier 2 and the sliding base 311 and slidably connected to the base 1; the first roller shaft 322 is disposed at one side of the fixing plate 321 facing the sliding seat 311, and the first roller shaft 322 is rotatably disposed with a first roller 3221 corresponding to the first slope surface 3121; the fixing block 323 is arranged on one side of the fixing plate 321 facing the sliding seat 311, and is spaced from the first roller shaft 322; the second roller shaft 324 is disposed at an end of the fixing block 323 away from the fixing plate 321, and is parallel to the fixing plate 321, and the second roller 3241 is rotatably disposed on the second roller shaft 324 corresponding to the second slope 3141.
In the present embodiment, the fixing plate 321 is used to fixedly mount the first roller shaft 322, the fixing block 323, and the second roller shaft 324, and the fixing plate 321 may be, but is not limited to, a fixing plate, a mounting table, a support table, a fixing plane, and the like. In order to facilitate the first roller 3221 of the first roller shaft 322 and the second roller 3241 of the second roller shaft 324 to simultaneously abut against the first slope surface 3121 and the second slope surface 3141 of the sliding table assembly 31, the first roller shaft 322 and the second roller shaft 324 are located on the same side of the fixing plate 321.
By slidably connecting the fixing block 323 with the base 1, the fixing block 323 can slide relative to the base 1 when the second roller 3241 slides along the second slope 3141; meanwhile, when the first roller 3221 slides along the first inclined surface 3121, the fixed block 323 generates a certain displacement with respect to the base 1 in a direction perpendicular to the base 1.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the connection plate 313 is provided with an avoiding hole 3131 corresponding to the first roller shaft 322, and a first roller 3221 is disposed at an end of the first roller shaft 322 passing through the avoiding hole.
It can be understood that, by providing the avoiding hole 3131 in the connection plate 313, the avoiding position of the first roller shaft 322 and the first roller 3221 is conveniently achieved by using the avoiding hole 3131, so that the connection plate 313 is prevented from interfering with the first roller shaft 322 and the first roller 3221 during the movement. Optionally, the avoiding hole 3131 is a strip-shaped hole or a waist-shaped hole. The extending direction of the avoiding hole 3131 is the same as the extending direction of the first slope surface 3121.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the base 1 is provided with a second slide rail 112, the second slide rail 112 is located between the first slide rail 111 and the carrier 2 and is perpendicular to the first slide rail 111, and the fixing plate 321 is in sliding fit with the second slide rail 112.
In this embodiment, the second slide rail 112 is disposed on the base 1, so that the fixing plate 321 is slidably engaged with the second slide rail 112, and the fixing plate 321 and the base 1 can slide relatively. It can be understood that the fixing plate 321 is provided with a sliding chute corresponding to the second sliding rail 112, so that the second sliding rail 112 is limited in the sliding chute of the fixing plate 321, and is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the sliding chute, and when the second sliding rail 112 is used for guiding the sliding of the fixing plate 321, for example, the second sliding rail 112 can be used for realizing stable positioning assembly of the fixing plate 321, and the sliding stability of the fixing plate 321 is improved.
It can be understood that the second slide rail 112 is perpendicular to the first slide rail 111, so that the moving direction of the fixing plate 321 is different from the moving direction of the slide seat 311, thereby reducing the assembly space, and facilitating the cooperation between the first slope surface 3121 and the second slope surface 3141 of the sliding table assembly 31 and the first roller 3221 and the second roller 3241 of the pressure maintaining assembly 32.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the pressure maintaining assembly 32 further includes two first springs 325 and two second springs 326 disposed at two opposite sides of the fixing plate 321, each first spring 325 and one second spring 326 are disposed vertically, one end of each first spring 325 is connected to the fixing plate 321, and the other end is connected to the base 1; one end of each second spring 326 is connected to the fixing plate 321, and the other end is connected to the base 1.
In the present embodiment, by providing the first spring 325 and the second spring 326, the fixing plate 321 of the pressure maintaining assembly 32 is elastically deformed by the first spring 325 and the second spring 326, so that the pressure of the pressure head 33 on the earphone 4 can be maintained by the elastic deformation of the first spring 325 and the second spring 326.
It is understood that, in order to improve the balanced holding pressure, two first springs 325 are respectively disposed at opposite sides of the fixed plate 321, and two second springs 326 are respectively disposed at opposite sides of the fixed plate 321. In the present embodiment, the extending and retracting directions of the two first springs 325 are the same as the vertical moving direction of the fixing plate 321, so that the two first springs 325 can provide the fixing plate 321 with pressure maintaining force in the vertical direction. The two second springs 326 are extended and contracted in the same direction as the fixed plate 321 is moved forward and backward, so that the fixed plate 321 can be kept pressed forward and backward by the two first springs 325.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the pressure maintaining assembly 32 further includes two adjusting blocks 327 and two adjusting pins 328, each adjusting block 327 defines an adjusting hole 3271, each adjusting block 327 is connected to a first spring 325, and each adjusting pin 328 passes through the adjusting hole 3271 and is connected to the fixing plate 321.
It can be understood that, by providing the adjusting block 327 and the adjusting pin 328, the amount of expansion and contraction of the first spring 325 can be adjusted by using the adjusting block 327 and the adjusting pin 328, so as to conveniently adjust the pressure maintaining force of the pressure head 33.
Of course, in other embodiments, the pressure maintaining assembly 32 further includes an adjusting block 327 and an adjusting pin 328 connected to the second spring 326, so that the amount of expansion and contraction of the second spring 326 can be adjusted by the adjusting block 327 and the adjusting pin 328, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the pressure maintaining force of the pressure head 33.
In this embodiment, the adjusting hole 3271 of the adjusting block 327 is a strip-shaped hole or a waist-shaped hole, so that the adjusting pin 328 can slide along the adjusting hole 3271 of the adjusting block 327, thereby conveniently adjusting the position of the adjusting block 327 on the fixing plate 321. Of course, in order to improve the connection stability of the adjusting block 327, a screw structure is further disposed on the fixing plate 321, such that the adjusting block 327 is in threaded connection with the screw structure, thereby facilitating the movement of the adjusting block 327 relative to the fixing plate 321 by rotating the screw structure, which is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a recess 331 is formed at an end of the pressure head 33 away from the pressure maintaining member 32, a cushion is disposed in the recess 331, and the recess 331 is used for maintaining the pressure of the earphone 4. It will be appreciated that by providing a recess 331 at one end of the ram 33, the recess 331 is contoured to the area of the earpiece 4 where pressure is to be maintained. By providing a cushion within recess 331, it is advantageous to protect the metal charging head of headset 4.
In the embodiment, the first spring 325 is used to cooperate with the first roller 3221 and the first slope surface 3121, so that the fixing plate 321 of the pressure maintaining assembly 32 drives the pressure head 33 to raise the height of the pressure head 33 on the carrier 2; by the cooperation of the second spring 326 and the second roller 3241 and the second slope 3141, the fixing plate 321 of the pressure maintaining assembly 32 drives the pressure head 33 to withdraw from the pressure maintaining of the carrier 2, so as to ensure that the pressure head 33 does not damage the earphone 4 when the carrier 2 is assembled to the base 1.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the base 1 includes a bottom plate 11, a fixing table 12 and a positioning plate 13, the fixing table 12 is disposed on the bottom plate 11 and located on a side of the pressure maintaining assembly 32 facing away from the sliding table assembly 31, the positioning plate 13 is disposed on a side of the fixing table 12 facing away from the bottom plate 11, positioning seats 131 are disposed on two opposite sides of the positioning plate 13, and the carrier 2 is connected to the positioning seats 131 through positioning pins 14.
It can be understood that the bottom plate 11, the fixing platform 12 and the positioning plate 13 may be an integrally formed structure, so as to improve the structural strength of the base 1 and facilitate simplifying the processing process of the base 1. Of course, in other embodiments, the bottom plate 11, the fixing base 12 and the positioning plate 13 may be provided separately, and are not limited herein.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, the carrier 2 includes a mounting seat 21, a mounting block 22 and a cover plate 23, wherein the mounting seat 21 is provided with a mounting groove 211 and two positioning holes 212, the two positioning holes 212 are located at two opposite sides of the mounting groove 211, and the mounting groove 211 is used for placing the earphone 4; the mounting block 22 is arranged on the mounting seat 21 and is arranged adjacent to the mounting groove 211, and the mounting block 22 is used for fixing the earphone 4; the cover plate 23 is movably arranged on the mounting base 21 and is adjacent to the mounting groove 211, the cover plate 23 and the mounting block 22 are arranged at intervals, and the cover plate 23 is used for fixing the earphone 4.
It can be understood that the installation and the limitation of the earphone 4 are realized by utilizing the installation block 22 and the cover plate 23 to be matched with the installation groove 211, and the earphone 4 is prevented from shaking in the pressure maintaining process, so that the pressure maintaining effect is reduced.
In the embodiment, the positioning holes 212 are formed in the mounting base 21, and the positioning seats 131 are formed on two opposite sides of the positioning plate 13, so that the carrier 2 is connected with the positioning seats 131 of the base 1 through the positioning pins 14, thereby implementing the mounting and positioning of the carrier 2. It can be appreciated that the carrier 2 can be easily detached from the base 1 by the positioning pin 14, so that the earphone 4 can be easily mounted and limited in the mounting groove 211 of the carrier 2.
In the present embodiment, the mounting block 22 is used to press the edge of the earphone shell of the earphone 4, and the cover plate 23 is used to fix the tube wall of the earphone 4, so as to ensure that the earphone 4 does not shake on the carrier 2.
In this embodiment, the earphone 4 is first placed in the mounting groove 211 of the mounting seat 21 of the carrier 2, the edge of the earphone shell of the earphone 4 is pressed by the mounting block 22, and the tube wall of the earphone 4 is fixed by the cover plate 23, so as to ensure that the earphone 4 does not shake on the carrier 2. The sliding seat 311 of the sliding table assembly 31 is pushed by a hand to slide along the first sliding rail 111, that is, the first slope surface 3121 and the second slope surface 3141 slide along the first sliding rail 111, at this time, the first roller 3221 and the second roller 3241 of the pressure maintaining assembly 32 roll and slide relative to the first slope surface 3121 and the second slope surface 3141, so that the fixing plate 321 of the pressure maintaining assembly 32 drives the pressure head 33 to move up and move forward at the same time, thereby facilitating the assembly of the carrier 2 on the positioning plate 13 of the base 1 through the positioning pin 14; then, the acting force of the hand is released, the sliding table assembly 31 enables the first spring 325 and the second spring 326 to be stressed and deformed due to the previous sliding, at the moment, the sliding table assembly 31 automatically returns through the resetting of the first spring 325 and the second spring 326, and the fixing plate 321 drives the pressure head 33 to be stressed by the direction acting force, so that the product is pressed by the downward pulling force generated by the deformation of the first spring 325 and the second spring 326.

Claims (8)

1. A pressure maintaining device for a pressure maintaining earphone, the pressure maintaining device comprising:
the base is provided with a first sliding rail;
the carrier is arranged on the base and provided with a mounting groove for fixing the earphone; and
the pressure maintaining structure comprises a sliding table assembly, a pressure maintaining assembly and a pressure head, wherein the sliding table assembly is slidably arranged on the base, the pressure maintaining assembly is movably arranged between the carrier and the sliding table assembly, the sliding table assembly comprises a sliding seat, a first guide block, a connecting plate and a second guide block, the first guide block, the connecting plate and the second guide block are arranged on the sliding seat, the sliding seat is in sliding fit with the first sliding rail, a first slope surface is arranged on one side, back to the sliding seat, of the first guide block, the connecting plate and the sliding seat are arranged at an included angle, and are arranged at intervals with the first guide block, a second slope surface is arranged on one side, back to the connecting plate, of the second guide block, a first roller and a second roller are rotatably arranged on one side, facing the sliding table assembly, of the pressure maintaining assembly, the first roller is abutted to the first slope surface, and the second roller is abutted to the second slope surface, the pressure head is arranged at one end of the pressure maintaining component, which is far away from the base, and is used for maintaining the pressure of the earphone;
the slide drives the first guide block and the second guide block to slide back and forth along the first slide rail, the first roller slides along the first slope surface, the second roller slides along the second slope surface, so that when the pressure maintaining assembly moves up or down relative to the base, the pressure maintaining assembly moves forward or backward relative to the base, and the pressure maintaining assembly drives the pressure head to be close to or far away from the earphone.
2. The dwell apparatus of claim 1, wherein the second ramp surface is disposed perpendicular to the first ramp surface;
and/or the inclination direction of the first slope surface is the same as that of the second slope surface;
and/or the thickness of the first guide block is gradually increased, and the thickness of the second guide block is gradually increased;
and/or the first roller and the second roller are arranged oppositely and vertically.
3. The dwelling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the dwelling assembly comprises:
the fixed plate is arranged between the carrier and the sliding seat and is in sliding connection with the base;
the first roller shaft is arranged on one side, facing the sliding seat, of the fixing plate, and the first roller is rotatably arranged on the first roller shaft corresponding to the first slope surface;
the fixed block is arranged on one side, facing the sliding seat, of the fixed plate and is arranged at an interval with the first roller shaft; and
the second roller shaft is arranged at one end, far away from the fixed plate, of the fixed block and arranged in parallel with the fixed plate, and the second roller shaft is rotatably provided with the second roller wheel corresponding to the second slope surface.
4. The pressure maintaining apparatus of claim 3, wherein the connecting plate is provided with an avoiding hole corresponding to the first roller shaft, and one end of the first roller shaft penetrating through the avoiding hole is provided with the first roller;
and/or, the base is provided with a second slide rail, the second slide rail is positioned between the first slide rail and the carrier and is vertically arranged with the first slide rail, and the fixed plate is in sliding fit with the second slide rail.
5. The pressure maintaining apparatus of claim 3, wherein the pressure maintaining assembly further comprises two first springs and two second springs disposed at opposite sides of the fixed plate, each of the first springs being disposed perpendicular to one of the second springs, one end of each of the first springs being connected to the fixed plate, and the other end thereof being connected to the base; one end of each second spring is connected with the fixing plate, and the other end of each second spring is connected with the base.
6. The dwelling apparatus of claim 3, wherein the dwelling assembly further comprises two adjusting blocks and two adjusting pins, each adjusting block defines an adjusting hole, each adjusting block is connected to one of the first springs, and each adjusting pin passes through the adjusting hole and is connected to the fixing plate.
7. The pressure maintaining apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein an end of the ram remote from the pressure maintaining assembly is provided with a recess in which a cushion pad is provided, the recess being for pressure maintaining an earphone;
and/or, the base includes bottom plate, fixed station and locating plate, the fixed station is located the bottom plate, and is located pressurize subassembly dorsad one side of slip table subassembly, the locating plate is located the fixed station dorsad one side of bottom plate, the relative both sides of locating plate are provided with the positioning seat, the carrier pass through the locating pin with the positioning seat is connected.
8. The dwell apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the carrier comprises:
the mounting seat is provided with a mounting groove and two positioning holes, the two positioning holes are positioned on two opposite sides of the mounting groove, and the mounting groove is used for placing an earphone;
the mounting block is arranged on the mounting seat and is arranged close to the mounting groove, and the mounting block is used for fixing the earphone; and
the cover plate is movably arranged on the mounting seat and is adjacent to the mounting groove, the cover plate and the mounting block are arranged at intervals, and the cover plate is used for fixing the earphone.
