本発明は、各種材料をプレス加工する際に使用される、タレットパンチプレス機やパンチプレス機などで代表されるプレス加工用パンチに関するものである。

従来におけるパンチプレス金型は、パンチとダイの組合せにより構成され、そのプレス加工用パンチの構造は、例えば特開平9−103829号公報に開示されている。すなわち、パンチボディに形成された係合溝に、パンチチップに形成された前記係合溝に対応する係合部を挿入して係合せしめることにより固定して所定のパンチを構成していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記した従来の構成によるプレス加工用パンチでは、X方向すなわち挿入係合する方向とは垂直方向には位置が決定されるが、Y方向すなわち挿入係合方向には摺動などにより位置決定されず、プレス加工機への装着精度やダイとの相対関係などにより、高精度のプレス加工が困難であるという課題を有していた。

本発明は前記した従来の課題を解決しようとするものであり、パンチ位置の調整が容易であり、プレス加工精度が向上するプレス加工用パンチを提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記した課題を解決するために、本発明によるプレス加工用パンチは、パンチボディ先端に突設した取付片の切込部に、先端に所定の加工を行うための加工部を設けたパンチチップの他端を挿入し、前記取付片の両側に設けた切欠部に装着した押え板を介して固定ボルトにより、前記切込部の深さ方向と直交してパンチチップとパンチボディを固着する構成としたものである。

本発明によれば、パンチチップとパンチボディを高精度かつ強固に組立結合することができ、プレス加工精度が向上したプレス加工用パンチの影響が可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の請求項1に記載の発明は、先端に軸方向の切込部をもつ取付片を突設し、その取付片の一方の側面に第1の切欠部を設けると共に上記取付片の他方の側面に第2の切欠部を設けたパンチボディと、このパンチボディの取付片に設けた切込部内に装着され、先端に所定の加工を行うための加工部を設けたパンチチップと、上記パンチボディの第1の切欠部に装着した第1の押え板と、上記パンチボディの第2の切欠部に装着された第2の押え板と、上記パンチボディの第1の切欠部および第2の切欠部に装着した上記第1、第2の押え板を固定部材により固定することにより上記パンチチップを上記パンチボディの取付片の切込部内に装着した状態で上記第1、第2の押え板間に挟持するように構成したプレス加工用パンチとしたものであり、パンチチップとパンチボディの位置決めおよび固着が確実にできるという作用を有する。
