Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a decorative sheet used for surface decoration of various interior materials such as furniture and fittings. 2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, a transparent or translucent plastic film printed thereon has been widely used as a surface decorative material for furniture, fittings and the like. The printing in this case is generally a method of sequentially printing solid prints for the purpose of pattern printing, concealment and background color on the film surface, and the decorative sheet manufactured in this manner is made of a wood-based material such as plywood or particle board. The solid printed surface is bonded to the base material via an adhesive and is used as a decorative board. [0003] Further, a decorative sheet having a structure in which a so-called colored film into which a pigment is kneaded at the time of forming a plastic film is used as a base of the decorative sheet, a pattern is printed on the surface thereof, and a clear film is further provided thereon is also widely used. Has been done. [0004] However, in the decorative sheet as described above, in the case of the former decorative sheet, the solid printed layer and the adhesive layer are in contact with each other when they are bonded to the base material. There is a problem that the solid printing layer sometimes dissolves unacceptably due to an organic solvent or the like contained therein, and as a result, the ink of the solid printing layer is destroyed and the bonding strength of the bonding surface is reduced. are doing. In the case of the latter decorative sheet, the above-mentioned problems do not occur, but since the film is colored in advance for the purpose of concealing the background color and hiding of the pattern, the film is printed like the former decorative sheet. However, when compared with the method of applying a background color, the range of the colored color is inevitably limited from the viewpoint of economy, and as a result, there is a problem that the width of the design to be expressed becomes narrow. An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, in which a transparent or translucent plastic film is used to widen the range of design expression, and furthermore, the printing layer is formed of a substrate. An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet in which the adhesive sheet is not brought into contact with the adhesive at the time of lamination, thereby preventing a decrease in interlayer adhesive strength. In order to achieve the above object, the decorative sheet of the present invention comprises a transparent or translucent first plastic film, a colored opaque solid ink layer mainly composed of a two-component polyurethane resin, a printed pattern layer, a transparent or translucent layer. A decorative sheet in which a translucent second plastic film is sequentially laminated, wherein the second plastic film has an uneven pattern on its surface, and a normal colored ink is applied to a concave portion of the uneven pattern. It is characterized by The present invention will be described below in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. As is clear from FIG. 1, the decorative sheet 6 of the present invention has a colored opaque solid ink layer 2 and a printed pattern layer 3 sequentially on a transparent or translucent first plastic film 1 as a base material. A transparent or translucent second plastic film 4 is provided on the layer surface, and a concave portion 5 on which a colored ink is applied is formed on the surface of the plastic film 4. As the transparent or translucent first plastic film 1 as a base material, a film of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polycarbonate, polyamide or the like can be used. Transparent or translucent first plastic film 1
Is not particularly limited, but is generally 0.08 to 0.12 m / m from the viewpoint of economy, practicality, and printability.
It is about. On the surface of the transparent or translucent first plastic film 1, a colored opaque solid ink layer 2 is applied using a colored opaque ink by a known printing method such as a gravure printing method or a screen printing method. Here, the colored opaque solid ink layer 2 conceals the surface color of the object to which the decorative sheet 6 of the present invention is affixed due to its opacity, and has a function as a background color of the printed pattern layer 3. In order to strengthen the adhesive strength between the transparent or translucent second plastic film 4 provided on the printed pattern layer 3 and the transparent or translucent first plastic film 1, the colored opaque solid ink layer 2 is formed of two. It is composed of a reaction product mainly composed of a liquid type polyurethane resin. This two-pack polyurethane resin is
It is obtained by mixing and reacting an organic polyisocyanate as an auxiliary with a polyester-based polyol as a main component, and the compounding amount of the organic polyisocyanate is defined as a content in the total amount of the two-pack polyurethane resin. Tests have shown that 3% by weight is the ratio at which the adhesive strength is the strongest. Specifically, if the ratio is reduced to less than 3% by weight, the desired curing action gradually weakens, However, when the proportion exceeds 3% by weight and the proportion is increased, the curing effect gradually increases, and similarly, the adhesive strength gradually decreases. Adhesive strength decreases remarkably quickly as compared with less than 1. In practice, the degree of failure in adhesive strength is smaller when manufactured with less than 3% by weight. The colored opaque ink is made opaque by using an inorganic pigment as a coloring agent. The coating amount of the colored opaque solid ink layer 2 is 8 g / m 2 (wet) to 12 g / m 2.
(Wet) degree is preferable. The printing pattern layer 3 formed on the colored opaque solid ink layer 2 is formed by a known printing method such as a gravure printing method. As the transparent or translucent second plastic film, the same as the transparent or translucent first plastic film 1 can be used. The thickness is preferably about 0.06 to 0.1 m / m from the viewpoint of economy and practicality. A concave portion is provided on the surface of the transparent or semi-transparent second plastic film 4 with an embossing plate having a convex portion in order to further impart a high design characteristic. Filled with colored ink
The concave portion 5 to which the coloring ink is applied is formed. In the decorative sheet according to the present invention having the above-described structure, a colored opaque solid ink layer 2 and a printed pattern layer 3 are sequentially provided on a transparent or translucent first plastic film 1, and then on the printed surface. A transparent or semi-transparent second plastic film 4 is laminated on the plastic film 4 and bonded together by a heat laminating method. Simultaneously, a concave portion is provided on the surface of the plastic film 4, and then the concave portion is filled with a coloring ink by wiping, and coloring is performed. It is obtained by forming a concave portion 5 to which ink is applied. The present invention will be described more specifically below with reference to examples. One side of a translucent polyvinyl chloride film (21PHR, manufactured by Bando Kagaku Co., Ltd.) having a thickness of 0.08 m / m is coated with a two-component polyurethane resin (3% by weight of organic polyisocyanate) using a gravure printing machine. ) Is mainly printed on a solid printing plate having a depth of 60 μm with a solid opaque ink (manufactured by Toyo Ink Mfg. Co., Ltd.), and a vinyl chloride-acrylic coloring ink (Toyo Ink Mfg. Co., Ltd.) Oak pattern was printed using Next, the printing surface and the thickness of the film are set to 0.1.
06m / m translucent polyvinyl chloride film (23P
HR, manufactured by Bando Chemical Co., Ltd.) and passed through an embossing roll having a convex portion (plate surface temperature: 60 ° C.) and a press roll at a heating temperature of the film of 170 ° C. and a feeding speed of 15 m / min. After forming a concave portion on the surface of the polyvinyl chloride film of 23PHR, the concave portion is further filled with a wiping ink (one-component urethane-based coloring ink, manufactured by Toyo Ink Mfg. Co., Ltd.) by wiping treatment, The target product, a decorative sheet, was obtained. The obtained decorative sheet has a lamination strength of 1
When measured by the peel strength in the 80 ° C peeling test,
Peel strength 3.0kgf / 25m that is practically acceptable
m. As described in detail above, according to the decorative sheet of the present invention, since the printed layer is located inside the sheet, such a printed layer is affected by an adhesive or the like in the production of a decorative board. Because of this, the two-component urethane resin is used for the solid ink layer, which is also intended to expand the range of design expression, so that the peel strength between the laminations is high. The effect is excellent.
