Description of the Related Art Woven fabrics having a multi-layered structure for papermaking include warp single weft double woven fabrics, warp double weft double woven fabrics in which two upper and lower woven fabrics are joined by binding yarns, and the like. Are known. With increasing papermaking speed, triple woven fabrics have come to be used. When the papermaking speed was increased, wavy wrinkles were found in the papermaking fabric, and it was difficult to completely prevent wrinkles from occurring without making the papermaking fabric triple. The occurrence of wrinkles causes a serious problem that the paper becomes thin and thin. A triple woven fabric is, for example, Japanese Patent Publication 6-495.
No. 3 discloses a single weft consisting of three layers of upper weft, middle weft, and lower weft having a large diameter and a high density.
Cross pitch P 1 with lower weft and cross pitch P 2 with upper weft
Is set to P 1 = 2P 2 to 4P 2 , and a papermaking fabric in which a long crimp is formed on the running surface is shown. This woven fabric has excellent abrasion resistance. However, the looseness of the lower weft has become a problem. Since the running surface is formed by the long crimp of the lower weft, it has a large wear volume and exhibits excellent wear resistance against wear caused by contact. However, since the lower weft is woven only with one warp and the weaving force is weak, the lower weft is loose. Since the lower weft has rattling and is formed by a long crimp, when it is dehydrated by a foil or the like at a high speed, it is subjected to shocking abrasion such that it is vibrated violently. When the lower weft is violently vibrated, it becomes fibrillated and cracked or cut. There is also a problem that turbulent flow is generated due to the vibration, and this turbulent flow affects the wet paper web formation to generate marks on the paper.

成しても、ガタつきが発生しない。[0006] The structure of the woven fabric is a complete design, and each warp is woven twice from the papermaking surface at equal intervals, with two adjacent wefts as one set. Therefore, a knuckle in which two adjacent upper wefts are woven together is formed at two equal intervals on each paper-making surface of the warp with the complete design of the warp. Since the position at which two adjacent sets of wefts are woven is shifted by one or more wefts from the position at which the adjacent warp yarns are woven, the knuckles are not continuously arranged in the weft direction. Each warp has a complete design and weaves two lower wefts from the running surface. The weaving position is the same lower weft as the other warp paired with the two adjacent warp threads from the running surface. Weave. After all, the lower weft has a complete design with a pair of warps that sandwich two warps.
Since it is woven twice, a long crimp of the lower weft is formed on the running surface. The middle weft passes above and below the middle weft when the warp weaves the upper weft and the lower weft, and is woven by this.
Further, since the lower weft is woven with two warps forming a pair, weaving is strong and the knuckle is stable, and even if a long crimp is formed, rattling does not occur.

A defective BD profile, which is the distribution of the amount, and thick or thin paper do not occur. When wavy wrinkles occur, more paper material collects in the concave portions of the wrinkles than in the convex portions of the wrinkles, so the paper of the concave portions naturally becomes thick and heavy, and the paper of the convex portions becomes thin and light. And BD according to wrinkles
A defect will occur.

Since the lower weft is strongly woven with a pair of warps, the lower weft has a good crimping property and can be bent strongly, so that a lower weft with a large wire diameter can be used and wear resistance, Both bending rigidity can be improved.
Moreover, since the lower weft is strongly woven in the fabric structure,
There is no movement of the lower weft and the holding property is good. Therefore, even when worn by a suction box, foil, etc. when running on a high-speed machine, the lower weft does not move and is not offset, and the lower weft becomes fibrillated due to repeated bending and impact. There is nothing to do.

When the upper weft is woven with the warp, the yarn bends downward and a dent is formed between adjacent wefts, but when an auxiliary weft is placed here, the dent is compensated to smooth the papermaking surface and improve the smoothness of the paper. . Since the auxiliary weft has a smaller wire diameter than the weft, it does not substantially change the water quality or the fabric structure. It is also possible to arrange the auxiliary middle weft under the auxiliary upper weft, and if the rigidity in the weft direction is more important than the water resistance, increase the rigidity of the middle weft and use a structure that sacrifices the water resistance. Sometimes auxiliary middle wefts are very effective.

The warp yarn used in the present invention is preferably a polyester monofilament yarn because of its high rigidity and low elongation. As the weft, nylon monofilament or polyester monofilament is preferably used, but these monofilaments may be used in combination. As an auxiliary weft,
Nylon monofilament and polyester monofilament are used. If heat resistance is required, polyphenylene sulfide monofilament is also suitable.

1, 2 and 3 are design diagrams showing the complete design of the present invention. In the design diagram, a cross indicates a portion where the warp threads intersect with each other on the upper side of the upper weft, and indicates a position where the upper weft is woven from the paper-making side. A circle mark indicates a portion where the warp crosses under the lower weft, and the position where the lower weft is woven from the running surface side. The unmarked portion indicates a portion where the warp is arranged between the upper weft and the middle weft or between the middle weft and the lower weft. In the present invention, it is not particularly limited as to which one of them is arranged, and therefore it may be arranged in any one. A specific example will be shown later with a cross-sectional view taken along the warp. The warp is a number without a dash, the weft is a number with a dash, the wefts arranged in the upper, middle, and lower layers are the same number, and the auxiliary weft is a number with a double dash.

この他の変形もある。FIG. 2 is a design diagram showing the complete design of another embodiment. Similar to the embodiment of FIG. 1, 16 warps, 16 upper / middle / lower wefts, and 16 auxiliary wefts form a complete design. The warp 1 is woven from the running surface side under the two lower wefts, that is, the lower weft 1'and the lower weft 3 ', and the upper wefts 9', 1
1'and the upper wefts 25 ', 27' are passed over and woven from the paper-making side. Regarding the auxiliary wefts, also in this embodiment, the auxiliary wefts 10 ″ and 26 ″, which are arranged between the upper wefts woven from the paper making surface side, are simultaneously woven from the paper making surface side. Further, the warp 1 is paired with a warp 4 which sandwiches two adjacent warps 2 and 3 and weaves a lower weft 3'from the running surface side, and a long crimp of the lower weft 3'is laid on the running surface side. Is being formed. Further, the warp 1 is paired with the warp 14 which is obtained by sandwiching two adjacent warp yarns 15 and 16 in the design drawing continuing to the left side, and the lower weft 1'is woven from the running face side to the lower weft 1 on the running face side. It forms a'long crimp. As for the other warp yarns, 11 warp yarns are displaced by 11 and are sequentially arranged as warp yarns 2 to 16. In the same manner as the warp yarn 1, two adjacent warp yarns are paired and the lower weft yarns are woven from the running surface side. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the warp 1 in order to explain the arrangement of the warp and the weft, which is not limited to this, but where the weft on the paper making side and the weft on the running side of the warp are not woven in FIG. And Fig. 6
Indicates. Comparing the cross-sectional view of FIG. 5 with the cross-sectional view of FIG. 6, FIG. 5 shows that the warp passes more often between the middle wefts and the warp is bent more. There is an advantage that the tensile strength of the woven joint is strong when the woven joints are made to be endless. On the other hand, FIG. 6 has the advantage that the bending rigidity in the weft direction is strong because the warp passes less frequently between the middle wefts and the middle wefts bend less.
There are other variations.

の配置がわかる。FIG. 3 is a design diagram showing the complete design of another embodiment. It is the same as the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 except that the method of weaving the auxiliary weft is different. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the auxiliary weft disposed between two continuous upper wefts woven from the paper-making surface side is woven from the paper-making surface side, whereas in the present embodiment, the auxiliary weft is interwoven. Instead, the auxiliary wefts located on the opposite side of the auxiliary wefts, that is, the auxiliary wefts arranged between the woven upper wefts and the non-woven upper wefts are woven from the paper-making side. For example, in the portion where the upper wefts 9 ′ and 11 ′ are woven, the auxiliary wefts 10 ″ are not woven in but the auxiliary wefts 8 ″ and 12 ″ are woven. FIG. 7 shows the woven fabric of FIG. Fig. 8 is a sectional view of the warp yarn 1 cut by cutting the auxiliary weft yarns 10 "and 26" from Fig. 7.
You can see the arrangement.

機等には有効である。As described above, according to the present invention, in a papermaking woven fabric having a warp single weft triple structure, a lower weft is woven from a running surface side by a pair of adjacent warp threads, and a lower weft is laid down to the running surface side. It forms a long crimp of weft. Since the wefts are arranged in three layers, the bending rigidity in the weft direction is large, and since the lower weft is formed with a long crimp, wear resistance is good. In addition, 1 which sandwiched two adjacent warp yarns
Since the lower weft is strongly woven with a pair of warps, the lower weft has a good crimping property and can be bent strongly, so it is possible to use a lower weft with a large wire diameter, and further improve both wear resistance and bending rigidity. In addition, the lower weft does not rattle or move, the holding property is effective, and fibrillation or turbulence does not occur.
Incidentally, it is possible to dispose the auxiliary middle weft under the auxiliary upper weft, which is effective for a paper machine or the like in which the rigidity in the weft direction is more important than the water-based property.
