Description
Field of invention
The present invention relates to a triwoven fabric. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for weaving triwoven fabrics, commonly called "quilted fabrics", directly in a weaving machine, and to triwoven fabrics woven by the method.
Background of the Invention
Tri-woven fabrics, called quilted fabrics, are widely used for winter fabrics, including quilts. Tri-woven fabrics were made by overlaying two layers of fabric with each other and putting materials such as cotton or polyester short fibers in the middle and then weaving them. In addition, the tri-woven fabric was prepared by laying three layers of fabric over each other. Tri-woven fabrics have good warmth because the fabric overlaps each other and wrinkles are formed, and the space is formed inside by the wrinkles. Therefore, quilted fabrics are used for bedding and winter clothing that require warmth. For example, it is suitably used for garments for cold weather and cold weather.
However, in order to manufacture quilted fabrics until now, the fabrics were first woven in a weaving machine, and then the two or three layers of the fabrics were piled up using a sewing machine. The conventional weaving method of the tri-woven fabric has many disadvantages from various viewpoints. First of all, manufacturing costs are increased because they go through several manufacturing processes, and there is a drawback that the products are not diverse. Conventional tri-woven fabric is a state that is almost impossible to weave a tri-woven fabric having a variety of appearances or structures because the surface fabric and the back fabric is superimposed on each other using a sewing machine. In addition, since the surface fabric and the back fabric overlap each other and lie in the same position, it is difficult to have a good thermal insulation structure.
The present inventors can directly weaving by using a weaving machine to compensate for the difficulty of manufacturing a conventional tri-woven fabric or defects of the product as described above, and can diversify the product by weaving a fabric having a variety of structures, the conventional 3 It is now possible to develop a method of weaving a triwoven fabric having a better thermal insulation effect than a woven fabric.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a triwoven fabric which can shorten the weaving process and further reduce the manufacturing cost by directly weaving the triwoven fabric using a weaving machine.
Another object of the present invention is to produce a tri-woven fabric having a variety of structures by different from the quilted structure of the surface fabric and the quilted structure of the back fabric in weaving the tri-woven fabric.
It is still another object of the present invention to manufacture a triwoven fabric having a better thermal effect than a conventional triwoven fabric by changing the quilted structure.
The above and other objects of the present invention can be achieved by the present invention described below.

Quilting of the surface bonding yarn serves to assist the role, the backside yarn forms an inclination of the backside fabric (3), the backside yarns serve to quilt the backside fabric (3) and the intermediate fabric (2) , The back side joint survey serves to assist the quilting role of the back side joint yarn, the intermediate yarn forms the slope of the intermediate fabric (2), the surface fabric (1), the intermediate fabric (2), and the back fabric The whole order is arranged so that (3) is pressed together It consists of. By changing the order of the healds, the triwoven fabric having the desired structure can be woven in the weaving machine. Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail the contents of the present invention.
Until now, the tri-woven fabric was prepared by overlapping the fabric in two or three layers with each other selectively inserting a material such as cotton or polyester short fibers into the upper and lower fabrics to be bonded to each other using a sewing machine. Therefore, the tri-woven fabric woven according to the conventional method is the upper and lower fabrics overlap each other, as a result of the structure of the fabric is monotonous and the heat insulation effect is not good. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a conventional triwoven fabric. Of course, the conventional quilting fabric has a difficulty in weaving the fabric in the weaving machine, and then re-quilting using a sewing machine.
In the present invention, weaving a tri-woven fabric directly using a weaving machine, and has also developed a method for producing a tri-woven fabric that can have a variety of structures. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a triwoven fabric woven in accordance with the method of the present invention. This triwoven fabric consists of a surface fabric (1), an intermediate fabric (2), and a back fabric (3), wherein the surface fabric is laid together with the intermediate fabric, and the back fabric is laid together with the intermediate fabric. The quilted width is larger than the quilted width of the backing fabric. In other words, the backside fabric has a more tightly laid structure than the surface fabric.
FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line AA ′ of the triwoven fabric of FIG. 1. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the quilted wires 4 do not overlap each other because the quilted widths of the surface fabric and the backside fabric are different from each other. Since the quilted wires 4 do not overlap with each other, they have a better thermal insulation effect. The conventional tri-woven fabric shown in FIG. 3 cannot expect a better heat insulation effect than the structure of the present invention of FIG. 2 because the quilted wires 4 overlap each other and air is filled in the remaining space.
FIG. 4 is a food electrogram for weaving the triwoven fabrics shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. The esophagus of FIG. 4 shows the tissue from heald 1 to 14. "X" in the figure means that the warp is woven over the weft. Of the slopes 1 to 14, the surface yarns are 1, 3, 5, and 7, the backside yarns are 2, 4, 6, and 8, the middle yarns are 9 and 10, and 12 is the backside yarn yarn. No. 1 is surface splicing yarn, No. 11 is backside convoluted irradiation, and no.13 is surface splicing irradiation.
5 is an organization chart of the triwoven fabric of FIG. In order to weave the triwoven fabric of FIG. 1, 120 inclinations constitute one unit, which is arranged in the organization chart of FIG. The order of seed light in FIG. 5 is shown in Table 1 below.
The seedlings of Table 1 are 120 in total, and the surface yarn: backside yarn: intermediate yarn is 4: 4: 2, and when the backside yarn is used twice, the surface yarn is used once. Therefore, it can be seen that the quilted width of the surface fabric 1 is twice as wide as the quilted width of the back fabric 3.
6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a triwoven fabric of another embodiment woven in accordance with the method of the present invention. In the quilted fabric of FIG. 6, the quilted width of the surface fabric 1 and the quilted width of the back fabric 3 are the same, but the quilted wires 4 do not overlap each other and have a zigzag shape. By having such a structure, a heat insulation effect can be heightened.
FIG. 7 is a food electrogram for weaving the triple woven fabric shown in FIG. The esophagus of FIG. 7 shows the tissue from heald 1 to 14.
8 is an organization chart of the triwoven fabric of FIG. In order to weave the triple woven fabric of FIG. 6, the inclination of 56 sheets constitutes one unit, as shown in the organization chart of FIG. The order of seed light in FIG. 8 is shown in Table 2 below.
The healds of Table 2 are 56 in total, and the surface yarn: the backside yarn: the intermediate yarn is 4: 4: 2, and the surface stitching yarn is used once when the backside yarn is used once. Therefore, the quilted width of the surface fabric 1 is equal to the quilted width of the back fabric 3.
9 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a tri-woven fabric of another embodiment woven in accordance with the method of the present invention, where (a) is a schematic surface view and (b) is a schematic back view. The triwoven fabric according to FIG. 9 has a structure that is laid in the weft direction as well as the warp direction. The surface fabric has a wider spacing and the backside fabric has a narrower spacing. This structure may change depending on the product. FIG. 10 is the electroconductivity of the triwoven fabric of FIG. The esophagus diagram of FIG. 10 shows the tissues of healds 1 to 14 and the organization of 60 wefts. Three weaving yarns are shown, two stitching yarns from below are stitching yarns for quilting the back fabric, and the other stitching yarn is stitching yarn for quilting the surface fabric. Therefore, the weaving width in the weft direction is twice as large as the surface fabric than the back fabric. The order of heald for weaving the triwoven fabric according to FIGS. 9 and 10 is the same as described in Table 1. In other words, weaving triwoven fabrics with 120 inclined units. In this embodiment, the surface stitching yarn is used once when the surface yarn: the backside yarn: the intermediate yarn is 4: 4: 2, and the backside yarn is used twice. Therefore, it can be seen that the quilted width of the surface fabric 1 is twice as wide as the quilted width of the back fabric 3.
In manufacturing the tri-woven fabric according to the present invention it is possible to weave a variety of materials by different materials. For example, the intermediate fabric may be wool, the surface fabric and the back fabric may be polyester or cotton yarn, and synthetic or natural fibers of other materials may be used.
In the present invention, by varying the ratio of surface yarn: backside yarn: intermediate yarn and different ratios of surface stitching yarn and backside yarn, we can weave a triwoven fabric having a desired structure. It can be easily carried out by those skilled in the art.
The present invention can shorten the weaving process and further reduce the manufacturing cost by weaving the tri-woven fabric directly by using a weaving machine, and has a variety of structures by varying the quilted structure of the surface fabric and the backed fabric of the back fabric.
