2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a stretch fabric 1 with gathers of this kind comprises a thin outer fabric 2 and a stretchable back fabric 3 containing rubber threads.
Is generally woven with the same weaving width by a needle loom, and the binding yarn 4 for tightly joining the front and back fabrics is not used extremely locally at the fabric width direction, and the binding point in the vertical direction is used. The intervals were relatively short. Therefore, the gathers 5 generated in the front fabric 2 due to the contraction of the back fabric 3 were such that wrinkles or horizontal streaks were formed in the horizontal direction.

FIG. 6 shows an example of a conventional stretch fabric with gathers, in which the total number of binding yarns is large, and the binding point 4a is formed at both the center and the end of the fabric without being locally concentrated in the width direction of the fabric. It is densely distributed in the warp yarn direction. Therefore, the product looks like wrinkles / streaks 6 in the width direction as shown in FIG.

However, the use of a thin lace fabric sewn on a rubber-containing fabric has the drawback that the cost is high and the quality is not constant. In addition, gathers that have wrinkles or streaks in the horizontal direction have poor decorativeness and uniformity, and require a variety of clothes. Is required.

According to the present invention, the front and back fabrics are simultaneously woven by a needle loom, and a plurality of binding yarns for tightly bonding the front and back fabrics are used to form large gathers having excellent decorativeness on the front fabric.
Furthermore, by the difference of the weaving width and the weaving structure and the thread
It is an object of the present invention to obtain a stretch narrow fabric with gathers at a low cost and uniformly high in decorativeness.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the above-mentioned object is achieved by providing a stretch fabric with gathers having the following features in a stretch fabric with narrow width rubber. The width of the front fabric 2 is wider than the width of the back fabric 3 (preferably 1.2 to 1.5 times).
A bonded double woven fabric 7 in which two woven fabrics are superposed and woven together, and are simultaneously tightly bonded with a plurality of binding yarns 4 to form one woven fabric. A large elasticity covering ring rubber thread 9d is used for a part of the warp yarn 9b of the back fabric 3, and a large elasticity is provided in the warp direction by using a wooly thread 9c for the remainder. The outer fabric 2 has a flat warp / weft flat that is thinner than the back fabric 3.
Tissue (pure flat tissue or similar tissue) . Some of the plurality of binding yarns 4 tightly bond the front and back fabrics in the vertical direction at one location in the width direction of the front fabric 2, and the other binding yarns 4 are vertically bonded at other locations in the width direction of the front fabric 2. The tightly bonded front and back fabric in the direction.

[0008] According to a second aspect of the present invention, the above-mentioned object is achieved by providing a stretch fabric with gathers having the following features in a stretch fabric with narrow rubber. The width of the front fabric 2 is smaller than the width of the back fabric 3 (preferably 0.5 to 0.7 times), and the two fabrics are stacked and woven together. The double woven fabric 7 should be a woven fabric. A part of the warp yarn 9b of the backing fabric 3 is made of a highly elastic covering rubber thread 9d, and the rest is made of a wooly thread 9c to have a large elasticity in the warp direction. The surface fabric 2 has a flat design (pure flat design or flat design) of warp and weft thinner than the back fabric 3.
Organization similar to this) .

[0009] A bonded double woven fabric having different widths of the front and back fabrics or having a center offset can be manufactured by simultaneously weaving the front and back fabrics with a needle loom. Becomes Vera needles provided on the outer side of the warp ear yarn on the side opposite to the needle are provided at different positions on the front and back fabrics. The reed width and position of the warp yarn are different between the front and back fabrics. Since the movement of the weft insertion needle is structurally the same for the front and back fabrics, a weft slack preventing device having different capabilities is provided for the front and back fabrics. For the opening movement of the binding yarn, it is more convenient to adopt an electronically controlled dobby machine, Jacquard machine or the like so as to be able to cope with various binding methods.

By making the front fabric 2 wider than the back fabric 3 (Claim 1), the size of the gathers 5 is simply increased as compared with the prior art, which is a favorable condition for improving decorativeness. Even when the front fabric is made narrower than the back fabric (claim 2), the size of the gather and the decorativeness can be improved by a method of tightly bonding the front and back fabrics with a plurality of binding yarns.
