【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、掘削機や杭打機等
の基礎工事用施工機の作業装置に関する。

【従来の技術】この種の基礎工事用施工機は、オーガ駆
動装置やハンマ等の作業装置をリーダに昇降可能に設け
ている。例えば、特公平6−78617号公報に示され
る施工機は、リーダの軸線方向にラックを設け、該ラッ
クに歯合するピニオンと、該ピニオンを駆動する駆動装
置とからなる昇降装置を作業装置に一体に設け、駆動装
置によってピニオンを駆動して作業装置を昇降してい
る。また、リーダの上部から垂下されるワイヤロープに
て作業装置を吊下して昇降する基礎工事用施工機もあ
る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところが、昇降装置を
一体に設けた作業装置は、ラックの付いたリーダでしか
使用できず、また、ワイヤロープにて吊下する作業装置
は、ラックの付いたリーダでは使用できなかった。
【0004】そこで本発明は、ラックの付いたリーダ
と、ワイヤロープにて吊下するリーダの両方で使用する
ことができる基礎工事用施工機の作業装置を提供するこ
とを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記した目的を達成する
ため、本発明は、基礎工事用施工機のリーダに昇降可能
に設けられる作業装置において、該作業装置の上部に連
結ピンを備え、該連結ピンにより、ラックを軸線方向に
固設してなるリーダの前記ラックに歯合するピニオンを
備えた昇降装置と、上部からワイヤロープを垂下してな
るリーダの前記ワイヤロープが巻回されるシーブブロッ
クとのいずれかを、前記作業装置の上部に連結すること
を特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明を掘削機の作業装置
であるオーガ駆動装置に適用した一実施形態例を図面に
基づいて説明する。
【0007】オーガ駆動装置1は、駆動用モータ2を有
し、リーダに固設されたガイドパイプ3を抱持するガイ
ドギブ4,4を両側に、ガイドパイプ3を転動するガイ
ドローラ5を下部にそれぞれ設けている。該オーガ駆動
装置1は、昇降装置6と、シーブブロック7とを、交換
可能に連結する連結ピン8,8を上部に備えている。
【0008】昇降装置6は、リーダに固設されたラック
9に歯合するピニオン10,10と、該ピニオン10,
10を駆動する昇降用油圧モータ11と、減速機構12
とを備えている。シーブブロック7は、リーダの上部か
ら垂下されるワイヤロープ13が巻回される。
【0009】このように構成することにより、オーガ駆
動装置1の上部に昇降装置6を連結すれば、ラック9を
固設したリーダを有する掘削機に使用でき、オーガ駆動
装置1の上部にシーブブロック7を連結すれば、リーダ
上部からワイヤロープ13を垂下したリーダを有する掘
削機に使用できる。また、オーガ駆動装置1と昇降装置
6又はシーブブロック7との交換作業が容易であるか
ら、ユーザーレベルで対応できる。さらに、昇降装置6
自体を小形化できるからオーガ駆動装置1の全長を短く
できる。

ガ駆動装置に適用したもので説明したが、ハンマ、ホッ
パー、振れ止め装置等の作業装置に本発明を適用するこ

【発明の効果】以上説明したように、本発明の基礎工事
用施工機の作業装置は、リーダの軸線方向に設けたラッ
クに歯合するピニオンを備えた昇降装置と、リーダの上
部から垂下されるワイヤロープが巻回されるシーブブロ
ックとを、ピンにより交換可能に連結するので、作業装
置に昇降装置を連結すれば、ラックを固設したリーダを
有する掘削機に使用でき、作業装置にシーブブロックを
連結すれば、上部からワイヤロープを垂下したリーダを
有する掘削機に使用できる。また、交換作業が容易であ
