This frosted glass plate with an oil film is made of a general non-woven fabric (rayon), cotton absorbent cotton, a general ultra-fine fiber non-woven fabric having a flat wiping surface and a polygonal cross-section ultra-fine fiber wiping cloth (protrusion surface area 60%) provided with a projection on the wiping surface of the present invention. The experiment was done by wiping once for each round trip. The ground glass plate was used because it is easy to confirm the residual degree of colored rapeseed oil in the recesses on the surface. As a result, as shown in Table 1, in all the comparative examples (conventional examples), residual rapeseed oil was confirmed, but almost no color remained in the wiping cloth of the present invention.
