Detailed Description
(1) Brief description of the embodiments
At least the following matters will be apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
A skin care sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention has a thickness of 45g/m 2 Above and 70g/m 2 The sheet layer having a weight per unit area described below is impregnated with a liquid in an amount of 400 wt% or more and 600 wt% or less, and the skin care sheet is contained in a packaging bag in a folded state in which the sheet layer is folded with a folding line as a base point. The fold line has a starting fold line which becomes a base point for initial development when the sheet layer is developed from the folded state. The sheet in the folded state includes: transverse to said starting fold line; a longitudinal direction orthogonal to the transverse direction; and a 1 st region and a 2 nd region which are arranged with the start folding line therebetween and are stacked on each other. The 1 st region has a 1 st longitudinal end edge located on the opposite side of the starting folding line as the longitudinal end edge and a 1 st lateral end edge located on one side in the lateral direction. The 2 nd region has a 2 nd longitudinal end edge located on the opposite side of the start folding line as the longitudinal end edge and a 2 nd lateral end edge located on the one side in the lateral direction. The 1 st longitudinal end edge and the 2 nd longitudinal end edge are offset in the longitudinal direction. The 1 st lateral end edge and the 2 nd lateral end edge are offset in the lateral direction. According to this aspect, since the 1 st longitudinal end edge of the 1 st region and the 2 nd longitudinal end edge of the 2 nd region are shifted in the longitudinal direction, the user can easily peel the 1 st region and the 2 nd region by grasping the shifted portions, and can unfold the sheet layer with the start folding line as a base point. Also, since the 1 st lateral end edge of the 1 st region and the 2 nd lateral end edge of the 2 nd region are in the lateral directionTherefore, the user can easily peel the 1 st region and the 2 nd region by grasping the offset portion, and unfold the sheet layer with the start folding line as a base point. A skin care sheet impregnated with a large amount of liquid of 400-600 wt% can be easily unfolded even when the surface tension between sheet layers is high, and the operability during unfolding can be improved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the sheet has a surface extending in a planar direction and a back surface opposite to the surface. An uneven structure is formed on at least one of the front surface and the back surface. According to this aspect, the uneven structure is formed on the front surface or the back surface of the sheet layer, or the uneven structure is formed on both the front surface and the back surface of the sheet layer. The surface tension of the surface in contact with the concave-convex structure is reduced, and the resistance during deployment is reduced. Thus, it is easier for the user to unfold the sheets.
According to a preferred embodiment, the uneven structure is formed on at least one of a surface of the 1 st region facing the 2 nd region and a surface of the 2 nd region facing the 1 st region. According to this aspect, when the sheet is developed from the starting folding line, the 1 st region and the 2 nd region are easily peeled off, the sheet layer can be easily developed, and the operability at the time of development can be improved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the uneven structure is formed on only one of the front surface and the back surface. The surface area of the surface having the uneven structure is likely to increase when the surface contacts the skin by the uneven structure, and the effect of supplying liquid or wiping dirt can be improved by bringing the surface having the uneven structure into contact with the skin. In this case, since the uneven structure is disposed only on one surface, the user can grasp the surface on which the uneven structure to be in contact with the skin is formed by the tactile sensation.
Preferably, the concave portion of the uneven structure is a low basis weight portion having a lower basis weight than the convex portion. According to this aspect, since the sheet layer has portions having different weights per unit area, the sheet layer has a shade due to the difference in weights per unit area. When the skin care sheet is wiped to remove the stain, the stain is easily noticeable by the shade of the surroundings. In addition, the range of the stain adhering to the sheet layer can be easily grasped by the density, and the unused range can be easily grasped.
Preferably, the sheet layer in the folded state is folded with the start folding line as a base point, and is folded with the longitudinal folding line along the longitudinal direction as a base point. According to this aspect, since the sheet layers are folded in the 1 st region and the sheet layers are folded in the 2 nd region, the stacked sheet layers are easily displaced from each other, the grip portion of the sheet layers is formed by a plurality of regions, and the sheet layers are more easily unfolded by the user.
According to a preferred embodiment, the distance between the 1 st longitudinal end edge and the 2 nd longitudinal end edge in the longitudinal direction is 5mm to 10 mm. According to this embodiment, since the interval between the 1 st longitudinal end edge and the 2 nd longitudinal end edge is 5mm or more, the sheet layer-displaced portion can be easily grasped with fingers. In general, when the sheet is folded, a liquid is supplied from the starting folding line side constituting the folding line, and the liquid spreads in the planar direction to permeate the liquid into the entire sheet in the folded state. In this case, if the distance between the 1 st and 2 nd longitudinal edges is too long, the liquid may not permeate into the entire portion extending out of the 1 st and 2 nd regions, and uneven impregnation may occur. However, since the interval between the 1 st longitudinal end edge and the 2 nd longitudinal end edge is 10mm or less, the impregnation unevenness of the liquid can be suppressed.
The sheet package according to one embodiment includes a skin care sheet and a packaging bag for packaging the skin care sheet. The packaging bag has an opening region for forming an opening for taking and placing the skin care sheet. The opening region is provided at one end side in the longitudinal direction of the packaging bag. The 1 st longitudinal end edge and the 2 nd longitudinal end edge of the skin care sheet are disposed on the opening region side. According to this aspect, when the opening seal is formed in the opening region, the user can insert a finger from the opening seal and take out the sheet by grasping at least one of the 1 st longitudinal end edge and the 2 nd longitudinal end edge. After this taking-out operation, the sheet layer unfolding operation can be easily performed.
(2) Skin care sheet and overall schematic structure of sheet package according to embodiment
Hereinafter, a skin care sheet and a sheet package according to an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description of the drawings, the same or similar reference numerals are given to the same or similar parts. Note that the drawings are schematic diagrams, and the ratio of the dimensions and the like are different from those in reality. Therefore, specific dimensions and the like should be determined with reference to the following description. In addition, the drawings may include portions having different dimensional relationships or ratios from each other.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a sheet package 100 according to the embodiment. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the skin care sheet 1 according to the embodiment. Fig. 3 is a plan view of the skin care sheet 1. Fig. 4 isbase:Sub>A sectional view taken along linebase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A of fig. 3, and fig. 5 is an enlarged schematic view of part B of fig. 4. The sheet package 100 has a skin care sheet 1 and a package bag 90 for packaging the skin care sheet 1. The packaging bag 90 may contain one skin care sheet 1 or a plurality of skin care sheets 1. In the present embodiment, one skin care sheet 1 is contained in the packaging bag 90. The skin care sheet 1 is sealed in the packaging bag 90 before use, and deterioration before use is suppressed.
The skin care sheet 1 is a sheet to be used in contact with the skin of a user, and may be a sheet for the face or a sheet for the body. The skin care sheet 1 is a wet sheet impregnated with a liquid in an amount of 400 wt% to 600 wt%. The liquid may be any liquid supplied to the body, such as a cleanser, a moisturizer, a lotion, alcohol, or a disinfectant. The present embodiment is a cleansing sheet impregnated with a cleansing agent. The weight is not the weight of the liquid in the packaging bag 90, but the weight of the liquid held in the skin care sheet 1. The weight% can be calculated by the following method. One skin care sheet 1 was taken out from the packaging bag 90, and the weight of the entire skin care sheet 1 was measured. The weight of the skin care sheet 1 was a. Subsequently, the skin care sheet 1 was dried to an absolutely dry state, and the weight of the skin care sheet after drying was measured. The weight of the skin care sheet was B. The weight% is calculated by (A-B)/B. The absolutely dry state is a state in which all the chemical solution (including nonvolatile components) is dried and only the nonwoven fabric remains.
The skin care sheet 1 had a thickness of 45g/m 2 Above and 70g/m 2 The following sheet 2 with a weight per unit area. The sheet layer 2 may be composed of a substrate (e.g., nonwoven fabric, gauze, cotton sheet, tissue) formed of a fibrous material into a sheet shape. According to 45g/m 2 Above and 70g/m 2 The sheet layer 2 having the following weight per unit area is less likely to be broken when contacting the skin, and retains a certain amount of liquid to continuously supply the liquid to the skin. The sheet layer 2 is stored in the packaging bag 90 in a folded state in which it is folded with the fold line as a base point. The skin care sheet 1 in a folded state is a skin care sheet in a state of being taken out from the packaging bag 90, and is folded with one or more folding lines as base points.
The folding line has a start folding line FL1 which becomes a base point of initial development when the sheet layer 2 is developed from the folded state. The skin care sheet 1 is taken out from the packaging bag 90 by the user and then used as it is or unfolded for use. The start folding line FL1 is a folding line that becomes a base point when the sheet layer 2 is first unfolded, in other words, a folding line in the last folding step when the sheet layer 2 is folded. As shown in fig. 2, the sheet 2 in a folded state has a transverse direction CD along the starting folding line FL1 and a longitudinal direction LD orthogonal to the transverse direction CD. The transverse direction CD and the longitudinal direction LD extend in the planar direction and are orthogonal to each other. In addition, the present invention is a concept that extends in a certain direction, including not only a configuration parallel to the certain direction but also a configuration in which an angle with respect to the certain direction is less than 15 degrees.
The sheet layer 2 in a folded state has a 1 st region 10 and a 2 nd region 20 which are arranged with a start folding line FL1 interposed therebetween and stacked on each other. The 1 st region 10 may have: a 1 st vertical end edge 11 located on the opposite side of the starting broken line FL1 as an end edge of the vertical direction LD; a 1 st starting edge 13 located on the starting bend line side as an end edge of the longitudinal direction LD; a 1 st transverse edge 12 located on one side in the transverse direction CD; and a 1 st other edge 14 on the other side in the cross direction CD. The 1 st region is a region surrounded by the 1 st longitudinal end edge 11, the 1 st lateral end edge 12, the 1 st start edge 13, and the 1 st other end edge 14. The 1 st longitudinal end edge 11 and the 1 st start edge 13 extend in the cross direction CD. The 1 st lateral end edge 12 and the 1 st other end edge 14 extend in the longitudinal direction LD. The 1 st starting edge 13 may coincide with the starting fold line FL1. The 2 nd region 20 may have: a 2 nd vertical end edge 21 located on the opposite side of the starting folding line FL1 as an end edge of the vertical direction LD; a 2 nd start edge 23 located on the start fold line side as an end edge of the longitudinal direction LD; the 2 nd transverse end edge 22 on one side in the transverse direction CD; and a second 2 nd end edge 24 on the other side in the cross direction CD. The 2 nd region 20 is a region surrounded by a 2 nd longitudinal end edge 21, a 2 nd lateral end edge 22, a 2 nd start edge 23, and a 2 nd other end edge 24. The 2 nd longitudinal end edge 21 and the 2 nd start edge 23 extend in the cross direction CD. The 2 nd transverse end edge 22 and the 2 nd other end edge 24 extend in the longitudinal direction LD. The 2 nd starting edge 23 may coincide with the starting fold line FL1.
The 1 st longitudinal end edge 11 and the 2 nd longitudinal end edge 21 are offset in the longitudinal direction LD. That is, the length of the longitudinal direction LD of the 1 st region 10 does not coincide with the length of the longitudinal direction LD of the 2 nd region 20. Since the 1 st longitudinal end edge 11 of the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd longitudinal end edge 21 of the 2 nd region 20 are displaced in the longitudinal direction LD, the user can easily peel the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd region 20 by grasping the displaced portion, and can unfold the sheet layer 2 with the start folding line FL1 as a base point. In addition, the 1 st transverse end edge 12 and the 2 nd transverse end edge 22 are offset in the cross direction CD. The user can easily peel the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd region 20 by grasping the shifted portions of the 1 st lateral end edge and the 2 nd lateral end edge, and can unfold the sheet layer 2 with the start folding line FL1 as a base point. Preferably, the 1 st other end edge 14 and the 2 nd other end edge 24 may also be offset in the cross direction CD. The user can easily peel the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd region 20 by grasping the offset portion on the 1 st other end edge 14 and the 2 nd other end edge 24 side, and can unfold the sheet layer 2 with the starting folding line FL2 as a base point. In addition, the edges of the 1 st area 10 and the 2 nd area 20 in the case where a plurality of sheet layers are stacked are defined by the outermost edges of the stacked sheet layers. According to this embodiment, in the skin care sheet 1 impregnated with a large amount of liquid of 400 wt% or more and 600 wt% or less, even when the surface tension between the sheet layers 2 is high, the sheet can be easily developed, and the workability at the time of development can be improved. Further, since the sheet layer 2 can be easily unfolded, the sheet layer 2 can be folded and compactly stored.
The sheet 2 has a surface 81 extending in a planar direction and a back surface 82 opposite to the surface 81. The front surface 81 and the back surface 82 are the surfaces of the sheet 2 in the developed state. The uneven structure 85 may be formed on at least one of the front surface 81 and the back surface 82. The uneven structure 85 is not irregular unevenness formed by the presence or absence of fibers, but refers to regularly formed unevenness. The convex portions and concave portions constituting the uneven structure 85 have different thicknesses and can be formed by embossed portions or low basis weight portions. According to this embodiment, the uneven structure 85 is formed on the front surface 81 or the back surface 82 of the sheet 2, or the uneven structure 85 is formed on both the front surface 81 and the back surface 82 of the sheet 2. The surface tension of the surface in contact with the uneven structure 85 decreases, and the resistance during deployment decreases. Thus, it is easier for the user to unfold the sheet. The height of the concavo-convex structure is not particularly limited. However, the difference in thickness between the concave portions and the convex portions is preferably 200 μm or more, the difference in thickness between the concave portions and the convex portions may be half or less of the thickness of the convex portions, and the width of the convex portions may be 2.0mm or more.
Hereinafter, the skin care sheet according to the comparative example and the skin care sheet according to the embodiment, which do not have the uneven structure, were used, and the time until the skin care sheet in the folded state was unfolded was measured. The skin care sheet according to the comparative example and the skin care sheet according to the embodiment were folded in the same manner. The test subjects 5 developed each sheet 3 times and measured the time until development. The measurement results are shown in Table 1. As shown in table 1, it is understood that the presence or absence of the uneven structure causes a large variation in development time. According to the skin care sheet having the uneven structure, the unfolding operation can be smoothly performed, and the unfolding operation can be rapidly performed.
TABLE 1
Figure DEST_PATH_GDA0003913255940000091
(unit: second)
As shown in fig. 4, the concave-convex structure 85 is formed on at least one of the 1 st facing surface 15 facing the 2 nd region 20 in the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd facing surface 25 facing the 1 st region 10 in the 2 nd region 20. The uneven structure 85 of the present embodiment is formed on both the 1 st facing surface 15 and the 2 nd facing surface 25. According to this embodiment, when the sheet is developed with the starting folding line FL1 as a base point, the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd region 20 are easily peeled off, the sheet layer 2 can be easily developed, and the operability at the time of development can be improved.
The uneven structure 85 may be provided on at least one of the near-front-back surface 6 (see fig. 4) and the 1 st opposing surface 15 on the back side of the near-front surface 5 located closest to the front side of the sheet 2. After examining the usage pattern, the applicant found that most users hold and spread the sheet layer 2 in a state where the index finger is in contact with the 1 st opposing surface 15 and the thumb is in contact with the proximal surface 5, or in a state where the thumb is in contact with the proximal surface 5 and the index finger is in contact with the proximal surface 6 on the back side of the proximal surface 5 when opening the package with the start folding line FL1 as the base point. In the state where the sheet layer 2 is held in this way, when the sheet layer 2 is unfolded, the index finger contacts the surface on which the uneven structure 85 is formed, and the thumb contacts the opposite surface. Further, the sheet layer 2 may be used by the user after being temporarily unfolded and then folded. In this case, generally, the user folds the surface on which the thumb is positioned, with the surface on the front side being positioned on the inner side. Therefore, in the folded state, the surface on which the concave-convex structure 85 is formed is disposed outside the sheet. The user can unconsciously bring the surface on which the concave-convex structure 85 is formed into contact with the skin and use the skin care sheet. The surface area of the surface having the uneven structure 85 is likely to increase when the surface contacts the skin by the uneven structure 85, and the effect of supplying liquid and the effect of wiping off dirt can be improved by bringing the surface having the uneven structure into contact with the skin.
The uneven structure 85 may be formed only on one of the front surface 81 and the back surface 82 of the sheet layer 2. The surface area of the surface having the uneven structure 85 is likely to increase when the surface contacts the skin by the uneven structure 85, and the effect of supplying liquid and the effect of wiping off dirt can be improved by bringing the surface having the uneven structure 85 into contact with the skin. In this case, since the uneven structure 85 is disposed only on one surface, the user can grasp the surface on which the uneven structure 85 to be in contact with the skin is formed by the tactile sensation.
The concave portions of the uneven structure 85 may be low-basis-weight portions having a lower basis weight than the convex portions. Since the sheet layer 2 has portions with different weights per unit area, the sheet layer 2 has a shade due to the difference in weights per unit area. When the skin care sheet 1 is wiped off, the stain is easily noticeable by the shade of the surroundings. Further, the range of the stain adhering to the sheet layer 2 can be easily grasped by the shade, and the unused range can be easily grasped.
The sheet layer 2 in the folded state may be folded with the starting folding line FL1 as a base point and with the longitudinal folding lines FL11, FL12 in the longitudinal direction as a base point. The sheet layer 2 of the present embodiment is folded with a plurality of folding lines as base points, in addition to the start folding line FL1. More specifically, the sheet layer 2 is folded from the unfolded state with the 1 st longitudinal folding line FL11 and the 2 nd longitudinal folding line FL12 extending in the longitudinal direction LD as base points, and then folded with the start folding line FL1 as a base point. Thus, the sheet 2 in a folded state is laminated into 6 layers. According to this configuration, since the sheet layer 2 is folded in the 1 st region 10 and the sheet layer 2 is folded in the 2 nd region 20, the stacked sheet layers are easily displaced from each other, the grip portion of the sheet layer 2 is formed by a plurality of regions, and the user can easily unfold the sheet layer 2. Further, since the sheet layers 2 are folded in both the vertical direction LD and the horizontal direction CD, the sheet layers can be compactly stored.
In the skin care sheet 1 of the present embodiment, the 3 layers have substantially the same length in the transverse direction CD in a state of being folded with the 1 st vertical folding line FL11 and the 2 nd vertical folding line FL12 as base points. However, it is preferable that the length of the lateral direction CD of the layer closest to the front side (the region extending from the 2 nd longitudinal folding line FL12 toward the outer side of the lateral direction CD) among the 6 layers may be smaller than the length of the lateral direction CD of the region between the 1 st longitudinal folding line FL11 and the 2 nd longitudinal folding line FL 12. In the sheet layers 2 laminated in the 1 st area 10, since the lengths in the transverse direction CD are different, it is easy to grasp 1 of the sheet layers 2 laminated in the 1 st area 10 and to spread the sheet layers 2.
The longitudinal distance G1 (see fig. 3) between the 1 st longitudinal end edge 11 and the 2 nd longitudinal end edge 21 may be 5mm to 10 mm. By setting the gap G1 between the 1 st longitudinal end edge 11 and the 2 nd longitudinal end edge 21 to 5mm or more, the sheet layer 2 can be easily grasped by fingers at the displaced portion. In general, when the sheet layer 2 is folded, a liquid is supplied from the side of the starting folding line FL1, and the liquid spreads in the planar direction, thereby penetrating the entire sheet layer 2 in the folded state. At this time, if the gap G1 between the 1 st vertical end edge 11 and the 2 nd vertical end edge 21 is too long, the liquid may not permeate into the entire portion extending out of the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd region 20, and uneven impregnation may occur. However, since the gap G1 between the 1 st vertical end edge 11 and the 2 nd vertical end edge 21 is 10mm or less, the variation in impregnation with the liquid can be suppressed. In order to facilitate the unfolding of the sheet layer 2 from the folded state, the distance G2 (see fig. 3) in the transverse direction CD between the 1 st lateral end edge 12 and the 2 nd lateral end edge 22 may be 5mm or more.
As shown in fig. 1, the packaging bag 90 has an opening region R10 in which an opening for taking and placing the skin care sheet can be formed. The unsealing region R10 is a region where an opening is formed by a cut, an easy-to-tear line, and a mark portion showing a position cut by scissors or the like. The opening region R10 is provided at one end side in the longitudinal direction of the packaging bag 90. In the present embodiment, the end of the sheet layer 2 opposite to the starting folding line FL1 in the longitudinal direction LD is a region where the opening is formed by the notches 95 formed on both sides of the packaging bag 90 in the transverse direction CD. The 1 st and 2 nd longitudinal edges 11, 21 of the skin care sheet are disposed on the opening region R10 side. According to this embodiment, when the opening seal is formed in the opening region R10, the user can insert a finger through the opening seal and take out the sheet layer 2 by grasping at least one of the 1 st longitudinal end edge 11 and the 2 nd longitudinal end edge 21. After this removal operation, the sheet 2 can be easily unfolded.
Next, a skin care sheet 1 according to a modification will be described with reference to fig. 6. In the following description, the same reference numerals are used for the same components as those of the above-described embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted. Fig. 6 shows the sheet layers 2A to 2F of the skin care sheet according to modification examples 1 to 6 in the unfolded state and in the folded state. The sheet layer 2A shown in modification 1 and the sheet layer 2B according to modification 2 are folded in the folded state with only the start folding line FL1 as a base point. The sheet layer 2C according to modification 3 is folded with a longitudinal folding line extending in the longitudinal direction LD as a base point before being folded with the start folding line FL1 extending in the transverse direction CD as a base point. The sheet layer 2D according to modification 4 is folded with a lateral fold line extending in the cross direction CD as a base point, the same as the starting fold line FL1. According to this configuration, since all the folding lines are along the same direction, the user can easily grasp the unfolding direction. The sheet layer 2E according to modification 5 is folded from the sheet layer 2D according to modification 4 with a vertical folding line extending in the longitudinal direction as a base point. The sheet 2F according to modification 6 is not rectangular but circular in the expanded state. In the circular sheet, the 1 st longitudinal end edge 11 and the 2 nd longitudinal end edge are different in the folded state, and therefore the sheet can be easily unfolded from the folded state.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification. The present invention can be implemented as a modification and a change without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the description of the present invention is for illustrative purposes and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way.
In addition, japanese patent application No. 2020-219524, filed on 12/28/2020, is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
