Detailed Description
(1) Summary of the embodiments
At least the following matters will be apparent from the description of the present specification and drawings.
One embodiment relates to a skin care sheet of 45g/m 2 Above and 70g/m 2 The sheet layer having a weight per unit area below is impregnated with a liquid in an amount of 400 to 600 wt%, and the skin care sheet is contained in a package bag in a folded state in which the sheet layer is folded around a folding line as a base point. The folding line is arranged onA start folding line which becomes a base point for initial unfolding when the sheet is unfolded from the folded state. The sheet in the folded state includes: along the transversal direction of the starting fold line; a longitudinal direction orthogonal to the transverse direction; and a 1 st area and a 2 nd area which are arranged to be laminated with each other with the start folding line interposed therebetween. The 1 st region has a 1 st longitudinal end edge located on the opposite side of the start folding line and a 1 st lateral end edge located on one side of the lateral direction as the longitudinal end edges. The 2 nd region has a 2 nd longitudinal end edge located on the opposite side of the start folding line and a 2 nd lateral end edge located on the one side in the lateral direction as the longitudinal end edges. The 1 st longitudinal edge and the 2 nd longitudinal edge are offset in the longitudinal direction. The 1 st transverse end edge and the 2 nd transverse end edge are offset in the transverse direction. According to this aspect, since the 1 st longitudinal edge of the 1 st region and the 2 nd longitudinal edge of the 2 nd region are offset in the longitudinal direction, the user can easily peel the 1 st region and the 2 nd region by grasping the offset portion, and the sheet can be unfolded with the start folding line as the base point. Similarly, since the 1 st lateral edge of the 1 st region and the 2 nd lateral edge of the 2 nd region are laterally offset, the user can easily peel the 1 st region and the 2 nd region by grasping the offset portion, and the sheet is unfolded with the start folding line as the base point. In a skin care sheet impregnated with a large amount of liquid of 400 to 600 wt%, even when the surface tension between the sheets is high, the sheet can be easily developed, and the operability at the time of development can be improved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the sheet has a surface extending in a planar direction and a back surface opposite to the surface. At least one of the front surface and the back surface has a concave-convex structure. According to this aspect, the uneven structure is formed on the front surface or the back surface of the sheet, or the uneven structure is formed on both the front surface and the back surface of the sheet. The surface tension of the surface in contact with the concave-convex structure is reduced, and the resistance at the time of deployment is reduced. Thus, the user more easily unfolds the sheet.
According to a preferred embodiment, the concave-convex structure is formed on at least one of a surface of the 1 st region facing the 2 nd region and a surface of the 2 nd region facing the 1 st region. According to this aspect, when the sheet is unfolded with the start folding line as the base point, the 1 st region and the 2 nd region are easily peeled off, and the sheet can be easily unfolded, and the operability at the time of unfolding can be improved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the concave-convex structure is formed on only one of the front surface and the back surface. The surface area of the surface having the concave-convex structure is easily increased when the surface is in contact with the skin by the concave-convex structure, and the supply effect of the liquid or the effect of wiping off dirt can be improved by making the surface having the concave-convex structure contact with the skin. In this case, the concave-convex structure is disposed on only one surface, so that the user can grasp the surface on which the concave-convex structure to be in contact with the skin is formed by the touch.
According to a preferred embodiment, the concave portion of the concave-convex structure is a low-unit-area weight portion having a lower unit-area weight than the convex portion. According to this aspect, since the portions having different weights per unit area are formed on the sheet, the shade due to the difference in weight per unit area is formed on the sheet. When the skin care sheet is rubbed off the stain, the stain is easily noticeable by the shade around the skin. In addition, the extent of the adhering dirt on the sheet can be easily grasped by the shade, and the unused extent can be easily grasped.
According to a preferred embodiment, the sheet in the folded state is folded with the start folding line as a base point, and is folded with a longitudinal folding line along the longitudinal direction as a base point. According to this aspect, since the sheet is folded in the 1 st region and the sheet is folded in the 2 nd region, the stacked sheets are easily displaced from each other, the grip portion of the sheet is formed by a plurality of regions, and the user can easily unfold the sheet.
According to a preferred embodiment, the distance between the 1 st longitudinal edge and the 2 nd longitudinal edge in the longitudinal direction is 5mm or more and 10mm or less. According to this aspect, since the distance between the 1 st longitudinal edge and the 2 nd longitudinal edge is 5mm or more, the portion of the sheet layer that is separated by the mistake is easily grasped by the finger. In general, when the sheet is impregnated with a liquid, the liquid is supplied from the start folding line side constituting the folding line in a state where the sheet is folded, and the liquid spreads in the planar direction, so that the liquid is impregnated into the entire sheet in the folded state. In this case, if the distance between the 1 st longitudinal edge and the 2 nd longitudinal edge is too long, the liquid may not penetrate the whole of the portion extending out of the 1 st and 2 nd regions, and there is a possibility that uneven impregnation may occur. However, since the distance between the 1 st longitudinal edge and the 2 nd longitudinal edge is 10mm or less, uneven liquid impregnation can be suppressed.
The sheet package according to one embodiment includes a skin care sheet and a packaging bag for packaging the skin care sheet. The package bag has an opening region capable of forming an opening seal for taking and placing the skin care sheet. The opening area is provided at one end side of the package bag in the longitudinal direction. The 1 st longitudinal edge and the 2 nd longitudinal edge of the skin care sheet are disposed on the unsealing area side. According to this aspect, when the opening is formed in the opening area, the user can insert a finger from the opening and grasp at least one of the 1 st longitudinal edge and the 2 nd longitudinal edge to take out the sheet. After this take-out operation, the sheet-unwinding operation can be easily performed.
(2) The overall outline structure of the skin care sheet and sheet package according to the embodiment
Hereinafter, a skin care sheet and a sheet package according to an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. In the description of the drawings below, the same or similar parts are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals. It should be noted, however, that the drawings are schematic diagrams, and the ratio of the dimensions and the like are different from those of actual ones. Therefore, specific dimensions and the like should be determined with reference to the following description. In addition, the drawings may include portions having different dimensional relationships or ratios from each other.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a sheet package 100 according to an embodiment. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the skin care sheet 1 according to the embodiment. Fig. 3 is a plan view of the skin care sheet 1. Fig. 4 is a sectional view A-A shown in fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a schematic view of a portion B of fig. 4 enlarged. The sheet package 100 has a sheet 1 for skin care and a package bag 90 for packaging the sheet 1 for skin care. The package bag 90 may house one skin care sheet 1 or a plurality of skin care sheets 1. In the present embodiment, a single skin care sheet 1 is contained in a package bag 90. The skin care sheet 1 is sealed in the package bag 90 before use, and deterioration before use is suppressed.
The skin care sheet 1 is a sheet to be used in contact with the skin of a user, and may be a sheet for the face or the body. The skin care sheet 1 is a wet sheet impregnated with a liquid of 400 to 600 wt%. The liquid may be any liquid that is supplied to the body such as a cleaning agent, a moisturizing liquid, a cosmetic liquid, alcohol, and a disinfectant. The present embodiment is a cleansing sheet impregnated with a cleansing agent. The weight is not the weight of the liquid in the package bag 90, but the weight of the liquid held in the skin care sheet 1. The wt% can be calculated by the following method. The skin care sheet 1 was taken out from the packaging bag 90, and the weight of the whole skin care sheet 1 was measured. The weight of the skin care sheet 1 was set to a. Subsequently, the skin care sheet 1 was dried to an absolute dry state, and the weight of the dried skin care sheet monomer was measured. The weight of the skin care sheet was set to B. The weight% is calculated by (A-B)/B. The absolute dry state is a state in which all the chemical liquid (including the nonvolatile components) is dried and only the nonwoven fabric remains.
The skin care sheet 1 had a weight of 45g/m 2 Above and 70g/m 2 The following weight per unit area of the sheet 2. The sheet layer 2 may be composed of a substrate (e.g., nonwoven fabric, gauze, cotton sheet, tissue) formed of a fibrous material into a sheet shape. According to 45g/m 2 Above and 70g/m 2 The sheet layer 2 having a weight per unit area below is hardly broken when it contacts the skin, and maintains a certain amount of liquid to continuously supply the liquid to the skin. The sheet 2 is stored in the package 90 in a folded state where the sheet is folded around the folding line as a base point. The skin care sheet 1 in the folded state is a skin care sheet in a state taken out from the package bag 90 and is folded around one or a plurality of folding lines as a base point.
The folding line has a start folding line FL1 which becomes a base point for initial unfolding when the sheet 2 is unfolded from the folded state. The skin care sheet 1 is taken out of the package bag 90 by a user and then used as it is or after being spread out. The start folding line FL1 is a folding line that becomes a base point when the sheet 2 is first unfolded, in other words, a folding line in the final folding step when the sheet 2 is folded. As shown in fig. 2, the sheet 2 in the folded state has a cross direction CD along the start folding line FL1 and a longitudinal direction LD orthogonal to the cross direction CD. The lateral direction CD and the longitudinal direction LD extend in the planar direction, orthogonal to each other. In the present invention, the form extending in a certain direction includes not only a configuration parallel to the direction but also a configuration having an angle of less than 15 degrees with respect to the direction.
The sheet 2 in the folded state has the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd region 20 which are arranged to be laminated with each other across the start folding line FL1. Zone 1, zone 10, may have: a 1 st longitudinal end edge 11 located on the opposite side of the start folding line FL1 as an end edge of the longitudinal direction LD; a 1 st start edge 13 located on the start fold line side as an end edge of the longitudinal direction LD; a 1 st lateral end edge 12 located on one side of the lateral direction CD; and the 1 st other end edge 14 on the other side of the cross direction CD. The 1 st region is a region surrounded by the 1 st longitudinal end edge 11, the 1 st lateral end edge 12, the 1 st start edge 13, and the 1 st other end edge 14. The 1 st longitudinal end edge 11 and the 1 st start edge 13 extend in the cross direction CD. The 1 st lateral end edge 12 and the 1 st other end edge 14 extend in the longitudinal direction LD. The 1 st start edge 13 may coincide with the start folding line FL1. Zone 2 20 may have: a 2 nd longitudinal end edge 21 located on the opposite side of the start folding line FL1 as an end edge of the longitudinal direction LD; a 2 nd start edge 23 located on the start fold line side as an end edge of the longitudinal direction LD; a 2 nd lateral end edge 22 located on one side of the lateral direction CD; and the 2 nd other end edge 24 on the other side of the cross direction CD. The 2 nd region 20 is a region surrounded by a 2 nd longitudinal end edge 21, a 2 nd lateral end edge 22, a 2 nd start edge 23, and a 2 nd other end edge 24. The 2 nd longitudinal end edge 21 and the 2 nd start edge 23 extend in the cross direction CD. The 2 nd lateral end edge 22 and the 2 nd other end edge 24 extend in the longitudinal direction LD. The 2 nd start edge 23 may coincide with the start folding line FL1.
The 1 st longitudinal edge 11 and the 2 nd longitudinal edge 21 are offset in the longitudinal direction LD. That is, the length of the longitudinal direction LD of the 1 st region 10 does not coincide with the length of the longitudinal direction LD of the 2 nd region 20. Since the 1 st longitudinal edge 11 of the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd longitudinal edge 21 of the 2 nd region 20 are offset in the longitudinal direction LD, the user can easily peel the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd region 20 by grasping the offset portion, and can spread the sheet 2 with the start folding line FL1 as the base point. In addition, the 1 st lateral end edge 12 and the 2 nd lateral end edge 22 are offset in the lateral direction CD. The user can easily peel the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd region 20 by grasping the offset portions of the 1 st lateral edge and the 2 nd lateral edge, and can spread the sheet 2 with the start folding line FL1 as the base point. Preferably, the 1 st and 2 nd end edges 14, 24 may also be offset in the cross direction CD. The user can easily peel the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd region 20 by grasping the offset portions on the 1 st and 2 nd end edges 14 and 24 sides, and can spread the sheet 2 with the start folding line FL2 as the base point. The edges in the case where a plurality of sheets are laminated in the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd region 20 are defined by the outermost edges among the laminated sheets. According to this aspect, in the skin care sheet 1 impregnated with a large amount of liquid of 400 to 600 wt%, even when the surface tension of the sheets 2 is high, the sheet can be easily developed, and the operability at the time of development can be improved. Further, since the sheet 2 can be easily unfolded, the sheet 2 can be folded and compactly accommodated.
The sheet 2 has a surface 81 extending in the planar direction and a back surface 82 on the opposite side of the surface 81. The front surface 81 and the back surface 82 are surfaces of the sheet 2 in the developed state. The concave-convex structure 85 may be formed on at least one of the front surface 81 and the back surface 82. The uneven structure 85 is not an irregular uneven structure formed by the presence or absence of fibers, but an uneven structure formed regularly. The convex portions and concave portions constituting the concave-convex structure 85 may be formed of embossed portions or low-unit-area weight portions, with different thicknesses. According to the present embodiment, the concave-convex structure 85 is formed on the front surface 81 or the back surface 82 of the sheet 2, or the concave-convex structure 85 is formed on both the front surface 81 and the back surface 82 of the sheet 2. The surface tension of the surface in contact with the concave-convex structure 85 decreases, and the resistance at the time of development decreases. Thus, the user more easily unfolds the sheet. The height of the concave-convex structure is not particularly limited. However, the difference in thickness between the concave portion and the convex portion is preferably 200 μm or more, the difference in thickness between the concave portion and the convex portion may be half or less of the thickness of the convex portion, and the width of the convex portion may be 2.0mm or more.
The skin care sheet according to the comparative example having no uneven structure and the skin care sheet according to the embodiment were used in the following, and the time until the folded skin care sheet was unfolded was measured. The skin care sheet according to the comparative example and the skin care sheet according to the embodiment are folded in the same manner. The test person 5 developed each sheet 3 times, and the time until development was measured. The measurement results are shown in Table 1. As shown in table 1, it is clear that the presence or absence of the uneven structure causes a wide variation in the development time. According to the skin care sheet having the concave-convex structure, the unfolding operation can be smoothly performed, and the unfolding operation can be rapidly performed.
TABLE 1
(unit: seconds)
As shown in fig. 4, the concave-convex structure 85 is formed on at least one of the 1 st facing surface 15 facing the 2 nd region 20 in the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd facing surface 25 facing the 1 st region 10 in the 2 nd region 20. The concave-convex structure 85 of the present embodiment is formed on both the 1 st facing surface 15 and the 2 nd facing surface 25. According to this embodiment, when the expansion is performed with the start folding line FL1 as the base point, the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd region 20 are easily peeled off, the sheet 2 can be easily expanded, and the operability at the time of expansion can be improved.
The concave-convex structure 85 may be provided on at least one of the front-side back surface 6 (see fig. 4) and the 1 st facing surface 15 of the sheet 2 on the back side of the front-side surface 5 closest to the front side. After the applicant investigated the use form, most users grasp and spread the sheet 2 in a state where the index finger is brought into contact with the 1 st facing surface 15 and the thumb is brought into contact with the near front surface 5, or in a state where the thumb is brought into contact with the near front surface 5 and the index finger is brought into contact with the near front back surface 6 on the back side of the near front surface 5, when unsealing the sealed container with the start folding line FL1 as a base point. When the sheet 2 is unfolded in this manner while the sheet 2 is held, the index finger contacts the surface on which the concave-convex structure 85 is formed, and the thumb contacts the opposite surface. Further, according to the user, the sheet 2 may be folded after being temporarily unfolded for use. In this case, generally, the user folds the surface on which the thumb is positioned in front of the user and the front surface is positioned inside. Thus, in the folded state, the surface on which the concave-convex structure 85 is formed is disposed on the outer side of the sheet. The user can unintentionally bring the surface formed with the concave-convex structure 85 into contact with the skin, and use the skin care sheet. The surface area of the surface having the concave-convex structure 85 is easily increased when the concave-convex structure 85 is in contact with the skin, and the supply effect of the liquid and the effect of wiping off the dirt can be improved by making the surface having the concave-convex structure in contact with the skin.
The concave-convex structure 85 may be formed on only one of the front surface 81 and the back surface 82 of the sheet 2. The surface area of the surface having the concave-convex structure 85 is easily increased when the concave-convex structure 85 is in contact with the skin, and the supply effect of the liquid and the effect of wiping off the dirt can be improved by bringing the surface having the concave-convex structure 85 into contact with the skin. At this time, since the concave-convex structure 85 is disposed on only one surface, the user can grasp the surface on which the concave-convex structure 85 to be in contact with the skin is formed by the touch feeling.
The concave portions of the concave-convex structure 85 may be low-unit-area weight portions having a lower unit-area weight than the convex portions. Since the sheet 2 has portions having different weights per unit area, the sheet 2 has a shade due to the difference in weight per unit area. When the skin care sheet 1 is rubbed off the stain, the stain is easily noticeable by the shade around the stain. Further, the extent of the adhering dirt on the sheet 2 can be easily grasped by the shade, and the unused extent can be easily grasped.
The sheet 2 in the folded state may be folded about the start folding line FL1 as a base point and folded about the longitudinal folding lines FL11, FL12 along the longitudinal direction as base points. The sheet 2 of the present embodiment is folded with a plurality of folding lines as the base points in addition to the start folding line FL1. More specifically, the sheet 2 is folded from the unfolded state about the 1 st longitudinal folding line FL11 and the 2 nd longitudinal folding line FL12 extending in the longitudinal direction LD as the base points, and is then folded about the start folding line FL1 as the base point. Thus, the sheet 2 in the folded state is laminated into 6 layers. According to this structure, since the sheet 2 is folded in the 1 st region 10 and the sheet 2 is folded in the 2 nd region 20, the stacked sheets are easily displaced from each other, the grip portion of the sheet 2 is formed by a plurality of regions, and the user can easily unfold the sheet 2. Further, since the sheet 2 is folded in both the longitudinal direction LD and the lateral direction CD, the sheet can be compactly accommodated.
In the skin care sheet 1 of the present embodiment, the lengths of the transverse directions CD of the 3 layers are substantially the same in a state where the 1 st longitudinal folding line FL11 and the 2 nd longitudinal folding line FL12 are folded as the base points. However, it is preferable that the length of the lateral direction CD of the layer closest to the front side (the region extending outward from the 2 nd longitudinal folding line FL 12) among the 6 layers be smaller than the length of the lateral direction CD of the region between the 1 st longitudinal folding line FL11 and the 2 nd longitudinal folding line FL 12. In the laminated sheet 2 in the 1 st region 10, since the lengths of the CD are different, it is easy to grasp 1 layer out of the laminated sheet 2 in the 1 st region 10, and it is easier to spread the sheet 2.
The distance G1 (see fig. 3) between the 1 st longitudinal edge 11 and the 2 nd longitudinal edge 21 in the longitudinal direction may be 5mm or more and 10mm or less. By setting the distance G1 between the 1 st longitudinal edge 11 and the 2 nd longitudinal edge 21 to 5mm or more, the offset portion of the sheet 2 is easily grasped by the fingers. In general, when the sheet 2 is impregnated with a liquid, the liquid is supplied from the side of the start folding line FL1 in a state where the sheet 2 is folded, and the liquid spreads in the planar direction, so that the liquid is impregnated into the entire sheet 2 in the folded state. At this time, if the gap G1 between the 1 st longitudinal edge 11 and the 2 nd longitudinal edge 21 is too long, the liquid may not penetrate into the whole of the portions extending from the 1 st region 10 and the 2 nd region 20, and there is a possibility that uneven impregnation may occur. However, since the gap G1 between the 1 st longitudinal edge 11 and the 2 nd longitudinal edge 21 is 10mm or less, uneven liquid impregnation can be suppressed. In order to facilitate the unfolding of the sheet 2 from the folded state, the distance G2 (see fig. 3) between the 1 st lateral edge 12 and the 2 nd lateral edge 22 in the lateral direction CD may be 5mm or more.
As shown in fig. 1, the package bag 90 has an opening region R10 in which an opening seal for taking and placing the skin care sheet can be formed. The unsealing area R10 is an area where the unsealing is formed by a slit, a tear line, and a mark portion showing a position where the unsealing is performed by scissors or the like. The opening region R10 is provided at one end side in the longitudinal direction of the package bag 90. In the present embodiment, the end of the sheet 2 opposite to the start folding line FL1 in the longitudinal direction LD is a region where an opening seal is formed by the cuts 95 formed on both sides of the lateral direction CD of the package bag 90. The 1 st longitudinal edge 11 and the 2 nd longitudinal edge 21 of the skin care sheet are disposed on the unsealing area R10 side. According to this embodiment, when the opening seal is formed in the opening region R10, the user can insert a finger from the opening, grasp at least one of the 1 st longitudinal edge 11 and the 2 nd longitudinal edge 21, and take out the sheet 2. After this removal operation, the sheet 2 can be easily unfolded.
Next, a skin care sheet 1 according to a modification will be described with reference to fig. 6. In the following description, the same reference numerals are used for the same components as those of the above-described embodiments, and the description thereof is omitted. Fig. 6 shows the unfolded state and the folded state of the sheet layers 2A to 2F of the skin care sheet according to modification 1 to modification 6. The sheet 2A shown in modification 1 and the sheet 2B according to modification 2 are folded in the folded state only with the start folding line FL1 as the base point. The sheet 2C according to modification 3 is folded about a longitudinal folding line extending in the longitudinal direction LD before being folded about the starting folding line FL1 extending in the transverse direction CD. The sheet layer 2D according to modification 4 is folded with the same transverse fold line extending in the transverse direction CD as the start fold line FL1 as the base point. According to this configuration, since all the folding lines are along the same direction, the user can easily grasp the direction of deployment. The sheet 2E according to modification 5 is folded around a longitudinal folding line extending in the longitudinal direction as a base point in addition to the sheet 2D according to modification 4. The sheet 2F according to modification 6 is not rectangular but circular in the developed state. In this circular sheet, the 1 st longitudinal edge 11 and the 2 nd longitudinal edge are different in the folded state, so that the sheet can be easily unfolded from the folded state.
The present invention has been described in detail using the above embodiments, but it should be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification. The present invention can be implemented as modifications and variations without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the description of the present invention is intended for illustrative purposes and is not intended to be limiting.
Further, the entire contents of Japanese patent application No. 2020-219524 filed on 12/28/2020 are incorporated herein by reference.
