れる凍結工法において、造成された凍土の解凍収縮によ
る周辺構築物への影響を防止するため、所要凍土の解凍
及び解凍された凍土に解凍収縮防止材を注入する方法に
関するものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】地盤改良を目的とする凍結工法において
は、凍土の造成中及び造成後の周辺の側壁などの構造物
の沈下を防止するための一方法として、部分的に凍土を
解凍し、解凍収縮防止用の充填材を注入することが行わ
れている。而して、この方法においては、凍土解凍用の
加熱管と充填材注入管とは別個に設置されていたが、こ
れでは所要の管の数が多く、施工設置管及び構造物例え
ばシ−ルドトンネルに設ける貫通孔の数が多くなるの
で、作業が煩雑となり、工事費も高く付くため、前記管
及び貫通孔の削減と作業の簡易化が望まれている。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、上述のよう
な従来技術に鑑み、凍結工法において、従来の凍土解凍
用の加熱管と解凍土への解凍収縮防止材を充填するため
の注入管の設置本数及び構造物への加熱管,注入管挿入
用の貫通孔数を減少させると共に、管の設置作業、解凍
・注入作業及び管の撤去作業を容易にする方法を提供す
ることを、課題とするものである。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決すること
を目的としてなされた本発明凍結地盤の解凍及び解凍収
縮を防止する方法の構成は、地中に埋設した凍結管に冷
媒を流通させて凍土を造成する凍結工法において、造成
された凍土に、該凍土を強制的に解凍するための加熱管
と解凍された凍土に解凍収縮防止材を注入するための注
入管とを収装し一体化した外管を埋設して、前記加熱管
に温水を通し外管内を循環させることにより外管外周の
凍土を解凍し、解凍された凍土内に前記注入管から解凍
収縮防止材を注入することを特徴とするものである。 【0005】 【作用】本発明方法によれば、造成された凍土の必要箇
所に、該凍土を強制的に解凍するための加熱管と、解凍
土に解凍収縮防止材を注入するための注入管とを収装し
て一体化した外管をボ−リング設置し、前記凍土の解凍
及び解凍土への解凍収縮防止材の注入を行うようにした
から、前記外管を複数個ボ−リング設置することによ
り、連続的にしかも簡易に前記作業を行うことが出来
る。 【0006】 【実施例】次に、本発明の実施の一例を図により説明す
る。図1は本発明方法の実施に使用する管の一例の縦断
正面図、図2は図1の平面図、図3は凍土を解凍してい
る状態の断面図、図4は解凍土に解凍収縮防止材を注入
している状態の断面図である。 【0007】図1,2において、1は外管、1aは下端部
にボ−リング用の刃先11を設けた下部外管で、これら外
管1と下部外管1aは接続リング2を介して接続されてい
る。3は送水管、31は該送水管3の先端部に装着した逆
止弁で、送水管3は逆止弁31を下部外管1aに設けた底板
12から突出させて外管1に挿入してあり、送水管3に水
を圧送すれば、水は逆止弁31により逆流を防止され底板
12の外部に排出されるようになっている。また、4は解
凍収縮防止材を解凍土に注入するための注入管、41は前
記接続リング2に固定された継手、42は接続リング2に
設けられた注入孔で、継手41には解凍収縮防止材の通路
43が注入孔42に連通させて設けられており、注入管4に
解凍収縮防止材を送り込めば、該解凍収縮防止材は該管
内を通り、通路43を通って注入孔42から排出されるよう
になっている。一方、5は温水を外管1,1a内に送り込
む加熱管で、この加熱管5に温水を送り込めば、温水は
外管1,1a内に充満してそれら管を加熱し、外管1の上
部に設けた排出管6から排出されるようになっている。
尚、13は外管1の上部に取付けた蓋板で、送水管3,注
入管4及び加熱管5の上部を一体化し支持するものであ
る。7は地盤に造成された凍土、8はシ−ルド機により
該凍土7を掘削して構築したシ−ルドトンネルのセグメ
ントである。尚、9は地盤を凍結するための凍結管であ
る。 【0008】本発明方法は上記の管を用いて実施するも
ので、前記セグメント8の貫通部に予め設置されたスリ
−ブ管(図示せず)に外管1を通してから、送水管3に
水を送り込みながら、ボ−リング刃先11により凍土7を
ボ−リングし、外管1が凍土7の所定深さまで埋設され
たらボ−リング作業を停止する。 【0009】上記のようにしてボ−リングが終ったら、
送水管3への送水を停止し、加熱管5に温水を供給し、
外管1,1a内を循環させてそれら管の外周の凍土7を解
凍する。温水の循環は、温水が外管1,1aに充満したら
排出管6から排出されることにより行われる。この温水
の循環による凍土7の解凍状態は、予め対象となる解凍
部に測温管(図示せず)を埋設しておき、該測温管に設
置された温度計により知ることが出来る。 【0010】上記の解凍作業により凍土7の所定範囲が
解凍されて解凍部11になったら、注入管4に解凍収縮防
止材を圧送すれば、解凍収縮防止材は注入孔42から解凍
部10内に噴出されて解凍収縮防止材注入部11が形成さ
れ、解凍部10の沈下防止のための土質の改良がなされる
のである。 【0011】尚、上記の作業において、ボ−リング時に
おいては、外管1に加熱管5を装備しない状態でボ−リ
ング作業を行い、該作業が終了したら、一旦、外管1を
抜去して加熱管5を装備した後、再び外管1を凍土8内
に埋設し、解凍作業,注入作業を行うようにしてもよ
く、また、注入作業において、必要があれば、送水管3
からも解凍収縮防止材を噴出するようにしてもよい。更
に、解凍作業と注入作業を同時に行うようにしてもよ
い。 【0012】 【発明の効果】本発明は上述のとおりであって、本発明
方法によれば、造成された凍土の必要箇所に、該凍土を
強制的に解凍するための加熱管と解凍された解凍部に解
凍収縮防止材を注入するための注入管とを収装して一体
化した外管をボ−リング設置し、前記凍土の解凍及び解
凍部への解凍収縮防止材の注入を行うようにしたから、
前記外管を複数個ボ−リング設置することにより、連続
的に前記作業を行うことが出来て該作業を簡易化するこ
とが出来ると共に、使用する管の数を従来方法に比し、
著しく節減出来て、工事費の大幅な削減を図ることが可
能となる。 【0013】また、本発明において使用する管は、凍土
解凍用の加熱管と解凍部に解凍収縮防止材を注入する注
入管とを、先端部にボ−リング用刃先を具えた外管に収
装して一体化したから、構成が簡潔で、容易に形成する
ことが出来、この管を使用することにより、ボ−リン
グ,凍土の解凍,解凍部への解凍収縮防止材の注入作業
を連続的に行うことが出来るので、上記のような効果を
得ることが出来る。
