Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a telescope for expanding and contracting with movement of a table of a machine tool, for protecting a sliding surface of the table from chips, dust and the like. It is about the cover. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, as a telescopic cover 71, a plurality of metal cover pieces 72 are laminated. The cover piece 72 at one end is fixed to a table (not shown), and the cover piece 72 at the other end is fixed to a machine body (not shown). When the table is moved, each cover piece 72 moves leftward while sliding on the cover piece 72 in contact with the table, and the cover 71 is extended (see FIG. 5 ). When the table is moved to the opposite side, each cover piece 72 moves rightward while sliding on the cover piece 72 in contact with itself, and the cover 71 is contracted (see FIG. 6). [0004] However, the telescopic cover 71 has the following problems. (1) When the cover 71 expands and contracts, the cover pieces 72 come into metallic contact with each other, so that the cover piece 72 is easily damaged and the contact sound is unpleasant. (2) In order to solve the above-mentioned problem (1), it is conceivable to provide a buffer member such as rubber at a contact portion of the cover piece 72. In this case, a member such as a bolt for fixing the buffer member is used. Increases, leading to an increase in cost. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and a first object of the present invention is to provide a telescopic cover capable of preventing damage due to contact between cover pieces and generating noise at the time of contact. To provide. A second object of the present invention is to provide a telescopic cover capable of attaching a buffer member to a cover piece without using a separate bolt or the like. [0008] In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, in a telescopic cover comprising a plurality of cover pieces, the cover piece includes a cover piece which is adjacent when the cover is expanded and contracted. A cushioning member made of a rubber material for mitigating an impact generated between the first portion receiving the adjacent cover piece when the cover is extended and the second portion receiving the adjacent cover piece when the cover contracts. A first part and a second part are integrally formed via a connecting part, the connecting part has a dovetail shape, and the cover piece has a dovetail groove for fitting the connecting part. The gist is that it was formed. According to the first aspect of the present invention, the shock at the time of contact between the cover pieces is reduced by the cushioning member. Thereby, generation of a contact sound and impact at the time of contact between the cover pieces are suppressed. When the cover is extended, the first portion of the cushioning member is
Thus, the impact at the time of contact between the cover pieces is reduced.
Also, when the cover is contracted, the second part of the cushioning member covers the cover.
The impact at the time of contact between the pieces is reduced. In addition,
The first part and the second part of the collision member are formed integrally.
Therefore, the number of parts and the assembly process are reduced,
Reduction is achieved. Further, the buffer member from becoming a rubber material, relaxes to absorb the shock at the time of contact between the cover piece.
Thereby, generation of a contact sound and impact at the time of contact between the cover pieces are reliably suppressed. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the cover 1 is configured by laminating a plurality of (two in the figure) cover pieces A1 and A2 so as to be relatively movable. Cover piece A1,
The slide body 2 constituting A2 has a slide surface 3 and a support surface 4 formed by bending a metal plate. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the fixed body 5 is formed in an inverted concave shape. The support surface 4 of the slide body 2 is connected to the front surface of the fixed body 5 by welding. The connecting piece 7 to which the seal member 6 is attached is fixedly attached to the tip of the slide surface 3. The seal member 6 is in contact with the slide surface 3. A pair of dovetail grooves 8 are provided on the upper surface of the fixed body 5 in a pair on the left and right. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the stopper 9 as a buffer member is made of a rubber material, and is formed by injection molding. A connecting portion 10 serving as a dovetail that fits into the dovetail groove 8 connects between an extension side regulating portion 11 as a first portion and a contraction side regulating portion 12 as a second portion. When the cover 1 is extended from the contracted state of the cover 1 (see FIG. 1), the extending operation is performed by the connecting piece (the connecting piece 7 of the cover piece A2) being extended by the extension side regulating portion 11 of the stopper 9 of the cover piece A1. Is regulated by contact with Since the extension-side restricting portion 11 is made of a rubber material, even if the connecting piece 7 comes into strong contact with the extension-side restricting portion 11, the impact at that time is absorbed by the stopper 9 to suppress the contact noise and to cover each cover piece A1, A2
Deformation and damage can be reliably prevented. When the cover 1 is contracted from the extended state of the cover 1 (see FIG. 2), the sealing member 6 slides on the upper surface of the slide surface 3 as the cover pieces A1 and A2 contract and move. Thereby, the slide surface 3 of the cover pieces A1 and A2
Dust and the like adhering to the cover are wiped off, and each cover piece A1, A2
Dust and the like are prevented from entering between the slide surfaces 3 of the first and second slide surfaces. The contraction movement of the cover pieces A1 and A2 is regulated by the contact of the support surface of the slide body 2 (for example, the support surface 4 of the cover piece A1) with the contraction side regulation portion 12 of the stopper 9 connected to the cover piece A2. You. At this time, even if the support surface 4 makes strong contact with the contraction side regulating portion 12, the shock at the time of contact is absorbed by the contraction side regulating portion 12 because the contraction side regulating portion 12 is made of a rubber material. As a result, contact noise can be suppressed, and deformation and damage of the cover pieces A1 and A2 can be reliably prevented. In this embodiment, the cover pieces A1, A2
A dovetail groove 8 was formed in the fixed body 5 and a connecting portion 10 fitted in the dovetail groove 8 was formed in the stopper 9. Thereby, attachment of the stopper 9 to the cover pieces A1 and A2 can be performed easily and reliably without using another member such as a bolt. Further, since the extension side regulating portion 11 and the contraction side regulating portion 12 are integrally formed via the connecting portion 10, the number of parts and the assembling process do not increase . [0020] [0021] [0022] [0023] [0024] In definition rubber ... This specification, rubber, an elastomer material comprising a synthetic rubber such as rubber. As described above in detail, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the shock at the time of contact between the cover pieces can be reduced by the cushioning member. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the generation of a contact sound and an impact when the cover pieces come into contact with each other, and it is possible to improve the durability of the cover. When the cover is extended, the cushioning member
The impact at the time of contact between the cover pieces at the first part is moderate
Be summed up. Also, when the cover is contracted, the second portion of the cushioning member is
Thus, the impact at the time of contact between the cover pieces is reduced.
Further, the first portion and the second portion of the cushioning member are integrally formed.
The number of parts and the assembly process can be reduced,
Cost can be reduced. Further, the buffer member from becoming a rubber material, relaxes to absorb the shock at the time of contact between the cover piece.
Thereby, generation of contact noise and impact at the time of contact between the cover pieces can be reliably suppressed. [0029]
