くは粉末状のN−ラウロイルグタルミン酸のナトリウム
塩及び/又はカリウム塩を主成分とする粉末洗浄剤組成
物に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】N−長鎖アシルアミノ酸及びその塩は、
アミノ酸系アニオン界面活性剤として「アミソフト」
(登録商標)の商品名で市販されているものもあるが、
これらの化合物におけるN−長鎖アシル基には、ヤシ油
脂肪酸、ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、ステアリン酸、硬
化牛脂とヤシ油との混合脂肪酸等に由来するアシル基が
含まれ、アミノ酸には、L−グルタミン酸等が含まれ、
そして、塩には、ナトリウム、カリウムなどのアルカリ
金属塩、モノエタノールアミン塩などの有機アミン塩、
及び塩基性アミノ酸塩が含まれることは既に知られてい
る。また、アミノ酸が酸性アミノ酸である「アミソフ
ト」は、皮膚と同じ弱酸性で、きわめて刺激性が少ない
など皮膚に対する安全性が高く、石けん、シャンプーな
どの香粧品のほか、絹、毛織物等の工業用洗剤に使用さ

粉末状のN−ラウロイルグルタミン酸のナトリウム塩及
びカリウム塩は、例えば、その溶液の噴霧乾燥によって
製造され、洗顔パウダー、入浴剤等の粉末洗浄剤の原材
料としてよく使用されているが、これらの塩について
は、粉末洗浄剤を調製する際の粉立(コナダチ)が大き
く、またこの粉末洗浄剤を実際に使用する際にも粉立が
大きくかつ水への分散性及び水への溶解性が必ずしも良
くない、といったことが問題となっている。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、粉立性の抑
制されたかつ分散性及び溶解性の改善されたN−ラウロ
イルグルタミン酸のナトリウム塩及びカリウム塩の粉末
を提供すること、延いてはこのような粉末を主成分とす
る取扱い物性の改善された粉末洗浄剤を提供することを
目的とする。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明者は、上記課題を
解決すべく鋭意研究の結果、N−ラウロイルグルタミン
酸のナトリウム塩及びカリウム塩の粉末に見られる粉立
性と分散性及び溶解性の悪さとは過度の乾燥に起因する
こと、従って、N−ラウロイルグルタミン酸のナトリウ
ム塩及びカリウム塩の粉末の水分含量を調整すれば、こ
のような粉末を主成分とする粉末洗浄剤の前述した調製
時及び使用時の問題点が解消されることを見出し、この
ような知見に基いて本発明を完成した。 【0006】すなわち、本発明は、水分含量が約3.5 〜
約10重量%である粉末状のN−ラウロイルグルタミン酸
のナトリウム塩及び/又はカリウム塩を含有する粉末洗
浄剤組成物に関する。 【0007】以下、本発明を逐次説明する。 【0008】過度の乾燥により水分含量が過度に小さく
なった、粉立性の強いかつ分散性及び溶解性の悪い、例
えば、市販のN−ラウロイル−L−グルタミン酸のナト
リウム塩の粉末の水分含量は通常1重量%強であるが、
この水分含量を約3.5 〜約10重量%に調整する(調湿工

解するが、この時に問題となる水への分散性及び溶解性
は、少量の水を手の平にとり、これに洗浄剤の粉末を加
えてみることによって簡便に検査することができるが、
より正確に測定するには水に対する溶解速度(溶解時
間)を測定することによることができる。因みに、N−
ラウロイルグルタミン酸のナトリウム塩及びカリウム塩
の粉末の、過度に乾燥したものは、これを水に溶解すべ
く水に加えても、いわゆるダマを形成して水への分散性
が悪く、延いては溶解性が悪い。 【0012】本発明の粉末洗浄剤組成物の組成は、所定
の水分含量の粉末状のN−ラウロイルグルタミン酸ナト
リウム塩及び/又はカリウム塩を必須の原材料として使
用する他には特別の制限はなく、粉末洗浄剤に通常使用
される洗顔パウダー、シャンプーなどの洗浄剤の原材
料、にごり湯などの入浴剤の原材料等を適宜所望により
使用できることはもちろんである。 【0013】なお、本発明における粉末洗浄剤には、洗
顔パウダー、粉末ヘアシャンプー、粉末歯みがき、台所
クレンザーなどの粉末洗浄剤の他に粉末入浴剤なども含
まれる。本発明の粉末洗浄剤は、このように広義のもの
である。 【0014】 【実施例】以下、本発明を実施例により更に説明する。 【0015】実施例1(水分含量と取扱い物性) 市販のN−ラウロイル−L−グルタミン酸ナトリウム及
びカリウムのサンプルを4種採取し、これらのサンプル
の水分含量を調整し、水分含量と粉立性(飛散性)、分
散性及び溶解性との関係を検査した。結果を第1表 (a)
