により、杭周固定液の品質管理を正確にすると共に、均

おける杭周固定液の充填方法に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来杭周固定液を充填するには、杭孔掘
削から後掘削ヘッドの先端から杭周固定液を吐出させな
がら杭孔内の泥水と混合する方法がとられていた(特開
昭63−27616号)。 【0003】 【発明により解決すべき課題】前記によれば、杭孔を掘
削することが要件となるので、プレボーリング系の杭工
法にしか用いることができない問題点があった。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】然るにこの発明は、杭周
固定液を杭孔の上部から充填するようにしたので、プレ
ボーリング工法のみならず、打撃貫入工法又は中掘り工
法も使用することができるようになり前記従来の問題点
を解決したのである。 【0005】即ちこの発明は、杭の設置予定位置の上部
に、杭孔を内側に含む杭周固定液用の液溜筒を設け、該
液溜筒の内側で杭を下降させると共に、該液溜筒内へ、
杭周固定液を供給し、前記杭の外壁と杭孔の内壁との間
に杭周固定液を充填する方法において、前記杭周固定液
の液面を常時一定に制御し、前記杭周固定液の充填圧力
を一定にして、杭の貫入深さに関係なく杭周固定液の品
質を保ちつつ、前記杭を貫入することを特徴とした杭設
置時における杭周固定液の充填方法である。 【0006】前記における鋼管は、円形でも角形でも使
用することができる。 【0007】前記液溜筒内における杭周固定液の液面高
さを一定に保つことによって、液圧が一定となり均等条
件で充填することができる。前記液溜筒は通常地上1m
位に立上らせるが、地表を若干掘削し、地上と地中とに
液溜を設けることもできる。 【0008】 【作用】この発明によれば、杭打予定地に、杭周固定液
の液溜筒を設置してこれに杭周固定液を入れ、ついで杭
を貫入するので、杭の貫入につれて、地表側から杭周固
定液を充填することができる。 【0009】 【実施例1】コンクリート杭1の設置予定位置2へ鋼管
を直立設置して液溜筒3を地表4上へ立設する。前記液
溜筒3内へ杭周固定液5を注入した後、液溜筒3の内側
へコンクリート杭1を入れ、打撃貫入させる。この場合
に、コンクリート杭1の外壁と杭孔6の内壁との間へ杭
周固定液5が順次充填される。 【0010】前記杭周固定液5は液溜筒3内へ供給され
ているので、充填に際しても同一品質であり、コンクリ
ート杭1の貫入深さに関係なく品質の変化はない。然し
