2. Description of the Related Art There has been a remarkable spread of mobile phones (including so-called PHS) in recent years. At the same time, it is required to be smaller and thinner. On the other hand, conventionally, when connecting a microphone to a board or the like, a lead wire from the microphone is directly soldered to the board. However, it requires a build-up of solder and a space for arranging lead wires, which is not suitable for downsizing. Further, the number of man-hours for soldering is required, and the assembly is troublesome, which increases the manufacturing cost. Furthermore, it is difficult to automate the assembly because it involves soldering work.

On the other hand, there is one in which a microphone and a substrate are connected using a conductive rubber. However, a conductive rubber is relatively poor in elasticity and it is difficult to manufacture one having a high dimensional accuracy. Therefore, the contact pressure may be insufficient when the layout is small. In addition, conductive rubber is expensive. As described above, the problem that it is difficult to secure a sufficient contact pressure when the connection structure is downsized also exists in the connection between the speaker and the substrate.

As a means for solving the above problems, the aspect of the invention according to claim 1 is as follows.
A contact plate made of a leaf spring having first and second contacts protruding toward opposite sides, and a connector body defining an accommodation space for accommodating an intermediate portion between the both contacts are provided on upper and lower surfaces of the connector body. Each contact is exposed from the groove formed respectively, and the pressing force received from the corresponding connection object by the first and second contacts in a state of being sandwiched between the pair of connection objects is balanced with each other through the intermediate portion. to, thereby enabling floating in the pressing direction of each contact in the middle portion accommodating space of the contact plate <br/> Ah is, the contact plate is folded at one end of an elongated metal plate in a convex shape

Bend in a convex shape and project in the direction opposite to the first contact.
The second contact is formed, and further the first and second contacts are formed.
Form a main body that protrudes laterally in the middle of the point
And extends from the second contact in the opposite direction to the main body
The contact plate as a whole has a star shape.
However, the first and second contacts are generally in a plan view of the connector body.
Provided is an insulation displacement connector characterized by being arranged so as to overlap .

In this aspect, since the intermediate portion of the contact plate is free, the stroke amount of each contact when sandwiched between the pair of connection objects is the contact plate from the first contact to the second contact. Can absorb between overall heights. Therefore, it is possible to secure a sufficient contact pressure at each contact even with a thin type having a low height, and to achieve a substantial reduction in thickness. In addition, a laborious soldering work is unnecessary, and the manufacturing cost is low because the contact plate is housed in the housing space of the connector body.

In this aspect, when the concentric contacts are formed on the surface of the connection target, no matter which position the disk-shaped connector main body is in the circumferential direction with respect to the connection target, each contact corresponds to the corresponding contact. Can be contacted with. Therefore, the attachment to the connection target becomes very easy. According to a third aspect of the present invention, a disc-shaped connection target having a pair of inner and outer contacts arranged concentrically on the surface, the press-connecting connector according to claim 2 superposed on the connection target, and the press-connecting connector. And a resilient cover that integrally covers the peripheral surface of the connection target and fixes the two together.

Although not shown, the set unit U is pressed against the substrate 26 by the cover of the device. When the unit U is set on the board 26 in this manner, the assembling to the device is completed, and the assembling of the unit U to the device becomes very easy. In the unconnected state as shown in FIG. 4, the intermediate portions 13 of the contact plates 9 and 10 are accommodated in the accommodation spaces 7 and 8.
Although it may be allowed to move in the pressing direction of each contact 11, 12 inside, as shown in FIG. 8, the pressure contact connector 1 is sandwiched between the microphone 2 and the substrate 26, and the main body portion 14 of the intermediate portion 13 is bent. It is only necessary to achieve a state in which the intermediate portion 13 is allowed to move in the pressing direction of the contacts 11 and 12 in the accommodation spaces 7 and 8 in the state of strengthening. As a result, the pressing force received from the corresponding microphone 2 and the substrate 26 by the first and second contacts 11 and 12 in the state where the press-connecting connector 1 is sandwiched between the microphone 2 to be connected and the substrate 26 is an intermediate portion. It will be in equilibrium with each other via 13.

As a result, the stroke amount of each of the contacts 11 and 12 when the press contact connector 1 is sandwiched between a pair of connection objects is determined by the contact plate 9 from the first contact 11 to the second contact 12.
(Or 10) It can absorb between the total height H (see FIG. 4). Therefore, it is possible to secure a sufficient contact pressure at each of the contacts 11 and 12 even if the height is low and the contact is thin, and it is possible to achieve a substantial reduction in thickness. No need for laborious soldering work, and
Since the contact plates 9 and 10 are housed between the case 5 and the lower case 6 of the connector body 4, the manufacturing cost is low.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the stroke amount of each contact when sandwiched between a pair of connection objects by setting the intermediate portion of the contact plate in a free state is changed from the first contact to the second contact. Can be absorbed between the entire height of the contact plate up to the contact point. Therefore, it is possible to secure a sufficient contact pressure at each contact even with a thin type having a low height, and to achieve a substantial reduction in thickness. Moreover, this can be realized at low cost with a simple structure in which the contact plate is housed in the housing space of the connector body.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, when the concentric contacts are formed on the surface of the object to be connected, each contact is provided regardless of the position of the connector body of the disk plate in the circumferential direction with respect to the object to be connected. Can be brought into contact with the corresponding contacts. Therefore, the attachment to the connection target becomes very easy. According to the third aspect of the present invention, after the connection target and the press-connecting connector, which do not need to be aligned in the circumferential direction of each other, are superposed on each other, the elastic cover can be covered to easily form a unit, and the assembling work is very simple. Is. Also,
Since the unit only needs to be set on the board, the assembly of the unit to the device becomes very easy.

1. A connector body, comprising: a contact plate made of a leaf spring having first and second contact points projecting to opposite sides; and a connector body for defining an accommodating space for accommodating an intermediate portion between the contact points. Each contact is exposed from the grooves formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the contact, and the pressing force received from the corresponding connection target by the first and second contacts is sandwiched between the pair of connection targets via the intermediate portion. as balance each other Te, tare allows floating in the middle portion accommodating space of the contact plate in the pressing direction of each contact is, the contact plate is bent at one end of an elongated metal plate in a convex shape
The first contact is formed and the other end of the metal plate is convex.
The second contact that is bent in the direction of the arrow and protrudes in the direction opposite to the first contact
Of the first and second contacts.
Forming a main part that protrudes laterally in the space between
A portion extending from the second contact in a direction opposite to the main body
And thus the contact plate as a whole has a star shape, and the first and second contacts are substantially overlapped in a plan view of the connector body.
The crimping connector is characterized in that it is arranged as follows.
