Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an open bathing method and, more particularly, to a method for treating peritoneal dialysis patients and the like.
The outlet of the teller is effective for chlorinated isocyanuric acid compounds.
Contact with bath water in which solid drug
It is an open bathing method to be a symbol. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when bathing a peritoneal dialysis patient or the like, a so-called cover bath or shower bath is used in which a catheter outlet or wound is covered with gauze and further covered with a waterproof tape or the like. Have been In such a bath, there are many cases in which various bacteria proliferate at the catheter outlet or wound and cause itching, rash, etc., and the catheter outlet or wound is constantly sterilized or disinfected with an iodine preparation or the like. Because of wiping and care, the skin often becomes rough. [0003] In the case of bathing with a cover, not only the catheter outlet or the wound becomes unsanitary, but also a refreshing feeling due to bathing cannot be obtained. It is extremely troublesome, and there is a long-felt need for open bathing that is easy to care without covering the catheter outlet or wound with gauze or the like. [0004] As a sanitary agent for bathing of this kind, sodium hypochlorite, high-grade ash powder and the like can be used. However, all of these are highly alkaline agents, so their cleaning and sterilizing power is weak, and the skin is softened and corroded. It is not suitable for open bathing for peritoneal dialysis patients and the like . [0005] OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION It is an object of this invention, as peritoneal dialysis patients and the like can be bathe with confidence, hygienically maintain the bathwater for use in open bathing, and the catheter outlet or wound An object of the present invention is to provide a sanitary management method for open bathing water that does not irritate the department. The inventors of the present invention have made intensive studies in view of such circumstances, and as a result, have found that chlorinated isocyanuric acid-based solid drugs can be used in bath water used as open bathing. It has been found that the intended purpose can be achieved by contact, and the present invention has been completed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In carrying out the method of the present invention, the concentration of active chlorine is 0.1 to 10.0 mg / L, preferably, depending on the degree of contamination of bath water to be treated. 0.4 ~
The chlorinated isocyanuric acid compound is supplied so as to be in the range of 3.0 mg / L. In order to supply the chemical to the bath water, any of direct charging and indirect charging by a supply machine is possible. Although the treatment can be carried out at the temperature of a normal bath water, the preferable bath temperature is in the range of 37 to 40 ° C. in consideration of little irritation to the catheter outlet or wound and the stability of active chlorine. The injection of the drug in hot water should be done within a few minutes before bathing. The chlorinated isocyanuric acid compounds used in the present invention include trichloroisocyanuric acid, sodium dichloroisocyanurate, potassium dichloroisocyanurate and the like, and these can be used alone or in combination of two or more. . Also, if necessary, a binder,
Additives such as excipients and solubilizers can be blended and used as preparations such as tablets, pills and coarse granules. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described specifically with reference to examples. [Example 1] Bath water used for open bathing [Water volume 20
0 L, water temperature 40 ° C., pH 7.2], 500 mg of sodium dichloroisocyanurate, and before and 3
At 0 seconds, the number of general bacteria and the number of coliforms were measured to confirm the practical efficacy of the drug. The results obtained were as shown in Table 1. [Table 1] Example 2 1 g of sodium dichloroisocyanurate was added to a bath water (water volume: 200 L, water temperature: 41 ° C., pH: 7.1) used for open bathing. Staphylococcus aureus was measured to confirm the practical efficacy of the drug. The results obtained were as shown in Table 2. [Table 2] Example 3 500 mg of trichloroisocyanuric acid was added to a bath water (water volume: 200 L, water temperature: 42 ° C., pH 7.0) used for open bathing, and the number of general bacteria and yellow color before and 30 seconds after the addition. Staphylococci were measured to confirm the practical efficacy of the drug. The results obtained were as shown in Table 3. [Table 3] Example 4 Sodium dichloroisocyanurate was charged into a bath water (water volume: 200 L, water temperature: 40 ° C.) used for open bathing, and pH was measured before and 30 seconds after the charging. The results obtained were as shown in Table 4. [Table 4] [0017] The chlorinated isocyanuric acid-based compound used in the present invention, according to the present invention, in order to clean sterilization force is strong and does not affect the water quality of the bath water, hygiene of bathwater that peritoneal dialysis patients or the like is available
According to the open bathing method used as an agent,
Keep it fresh and puncture the catheter exit or wound.
An excellent effect of not giving intenseness can be achieved.
