By the way, as a measure against the oil crisis that occurred in 1979, the subsequent buildings have a heat insulating structure. As the heat insulating structure, there are mainly an “inner heat insulating structure” in which heat is applied to the inside of a concrete frame of a building and an “outer heat insulating structure” to insulate outside of the concrete frame of a building.

The inner heat insulating structure is the mainstream structure in Japan and has the advantage of being easy to construct, but on the other hand, the outer side of the concrete skeleton is affected by temperature changes in summer and winter. Since it directly receives expansion, expansion and contraction, it causes deterioration and cracks in the body and causes rain leaks, which is a major factor in shortening the life of the building itself. Moreover, since the internal heat insulation structure cannot utilize the large heat storage property inherent in concrete, it also has problems of low cooling and heating efficiency and indoor dew condensation.

On the other hand, the external heat insulating structure is the mainstream structure in Europe and the United States, and in particular, since it was legalized in Sweden and Germany since the mid-1970s, it has been adopted for all new buildings after the legalization. This is a superior structure in that the construction is complicated and the cost is higher than that of the inner heat insulating structure, but there is no problem of the inner heat insulating structure described above.

In the case of the external heat insulating structure, there is a problem of a thermal bridge between the exterior material and the building frame. That is, because a metal fixture such as a screw or an anchor for fixing to the building frame is exposed from the exterior material surface, or because the fixture is in contact with the exterior material surface, a thermal bridge to the building body is used. Is the problem. As a technique for preventing the thermal bridge between the fixture and the surface of the exterior material, there is a technique described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-82145.

The heat insulating plate 3 is provided with a through hole 6 for inserting a fixing tool 5 such as a screw for attaching to the outer wall 1. Further, the anchor member 7 shown in FIG. 3 is fixed to the rear surface of the heat insulating plate 3 where the through hole 6 is formed. The fixing member 5 is inserted into the through hole 6 and the anchor member 7, and the fixing member 5 is fixed to the outer wall 1 (when the fixing member 5 is a screw, it is driven into the outer wall 1).
Can be attached to the outer wall 1. Since the entire fixture 5 such as a screw is inserted into the through hole 6 as shown in the drawing, it must have a diameter through which the head of the fixture 5 passes.
In FIG. 2, reference numeral 5A is an anchor which is a member to which the fixture 5 is driven.

The heat insulating plate 3 is not particularly limited as long as it is used as a heat insulating plate of a building, and plate materials having various heat insulating properties can be used, but preferably,
It is a foamable synthetic resin plate, more preferably a polystyrene foam molded plate, and particularly preferably a beaded polystyrene foam molded plate coated with a solvent protective agent and a flameproof / fireproof coating. Examples of solvent protective agents include Aaron Catiocrete manufactured by Toagosei Kagaku Co., Ltd., and flame retardant / fireproof paints include HCA W manufactured by Flame Guard.
L, HCA TR, HCA TR Varnish and the like. If the surface of the heat insulating plate 3 is coated with diatomaceous earth using a water-soluble binder, the heat insulating property is further improved.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the heat insulating plate 3 has a plurality of recessed grooves 8 communicating with the end portion formed on the back surface which is the contact surface side of the outer wall 1 so that the outer wall 1 is in close contact with the outer wall 1. And the heat insulating plate 3 serve as a ventilation path. The groove 8 is not limited to the lattice shape shown in the figure as long as it communicates with the end portion of the heat insulating plate 3, and may be an oblique lattice, or the horizontal direction may be omitted and only the vertical direction may be used.
In the case of application to a general building, the size of the heat insulating plate 3 is preferably a square of about 900 mm square and a thickness of about 50 mm from the viewpoint of productivity and workability. When the heat insulating plate 3 is cut down due to dimensional changes or the like, it is preferable that the surface of the molding film is on the outside.

The anchor member 7 may be fixed to the heat insulating plate 3 by using an adhesive (one-component type, two-component type), a double-sided adhesive tape, or the like. By injection molding with the anchor member 7 arranged therein, the anchor member 7 can be fixed simultaneously with the molding of the heat insulating plate 3. In particular, at this time, if a magnetic material such as iron is used for the anchor member 7, there is an advantage that the anchor member 7 can be stably fixed and arranged at a desired position in the mold. The shape of the anchor member 7 is a substantially cross shape that conforms to a convex block surrounded by the concave groove 8 on the back surface of the heat insulating plate 3 as in this embodiment, but the present invention is not limited to this shape and is a disc shape. However, it may be rectangular. It goes without saying that the through hole 7A formed in the anchor member 7 has a diameter smaller than the head portion of the fixture 5 so that the fixture 5 can be fixed.

After the heat insulating plate 3 is attached to the outer wall 1, the through holes 6 are filled with the filling material 9 and closed. As the filler 9,
Any material may be used as long as it has a low heat transfer property and a strength capable of bearing the load of the exterior plate 4 to be attached in a later step.
Hard rubber (natural or synthetic), hard synthetic resin, etc. may be mentioned, but wood which is easy to obtain and process is preferable.

After the through hole 6 is closed by the filling material 9,
An attachment 10 for attaching the exterior plate 4 is fixed to the filling material 9.
By attaching the fixture 10 to the filler 9 having low heat conductivity, it is possible to prevent the heat of the exterior plate 4 from being transmitted to the outer wall 1.

As the fixture 10, wood screws are preferable when the filler 9 is made of wood. A group of members denoted by 11 in FIG. 2 forms a ventilation path different from the ventilation path formed by the groove 8 of the heat insulating plate 3 with a gap between the exterior plate 4 and the heat insulating plate 3. It is a spacer member for doing. In this embodiment, the spacer member 11 is attached to the filler 9 by the fixture 10 and the exterior plate 4 is attached to the spacer member 11. However, in the present invention, the exterior plate 4 is attached without using the spacer member 11. A mode in which it is attached to the filler 9 so as to cover the surface of the heat insulating plate 3 in a state of being in close contact with the heat insulating plate 3 by 10 is also included.
