With respect to the related art in the above, the inventors consider that there are the following drawbacks: when the existing building outer wall fireproof structure is constructed and installed, the fireproof plate is mostly connected with the building outer wall in a bonding mode, so that the bonding strength between the fireproof plate and the building outer wall is limited, and the fireproof plate is easy to fall off from the building outer wall under the weather conditions of strong wind and the like, so that an improved space exists.

The embodiment of the application discloses building outer wall fire resistive construction. Referring to fig. 1, a ground 6 is horizontally arranged, a vertically arranged wall 5 is built on the ground 6, an outer wall 51 is arranged on the outdoor side of the wall 5, and a fireproof structure is constructed on the outer wall 51 to protect the wall 5 in case of fire.
This kind of outer wall fire resistive construction is including being panel 1 and connecting piece 2 of a plurality of groups, and panel 1 and connecting piece 2 are prefabricated component, and each group's connecting piece 2 and panel 1 are located outer wall 51. Each set of one piece 21 and two pieces 22 is arranged horizontally. A group of the lowermost positioning plates 21 is close to the ground 6, the one 21 is in an angle steel shape, a right-angle notch of the one 21 faces the outer wall 51, a plurality of groups of positioning plates 211 are fixed on the lower end surface of a group of wing plates of the one 21, which is far away from the right-angle notch, each group of positioning plates 211 are tightly abutted against the outer wall 51, and each group of positioning plates 211 are distributed at equal intervals along the length direction of the one 21; the lower vertical end of each set of retaining plates 211 remote from one piece 21 abuts the floor 6.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the two sets of right-angle notches of the two sets of one 21, which are vertically arranged, are vertically aligned, the one 21 at the upper end is close to the upper end face of the wall 5, the positioning plate 211 of each set of one 21 is provided with a hole and is inserted with a bolt 3, and the tapping end of the bolt 3 is fixedly connected with the wall 5.
Each group of two pieces 22 is H-shaped, the height of one group of wing plates of the two pieces 22 close to the wall 5 is greater than that of the other group of wing plates, and the upper end and the lower end of each group of plates 1 are inserted into two groups of right-angle notches which are distributed on the upper and the lower parts of the two pieces 22. The width of the notch between one piece 21 and the wall body 5 is the same as the thickness of the plate 1, and the edge of one piece 21 deviating from the right-angle socket is rounded.
The outer wall 51 is concavely provided with a wall groove 52, the depth of the wall groove 52 is the same as the thickness of the wing plates of the two pieces 22, the shape of the wall groove 52 is matched with the shape of one group of wing plates of the two pieces 22 close to the wall 5, the wing plates of the two pieces 22 close to the wall 5 are in inserted fit with the wall groove 52, one group of wing plates of the two pieces 22 close to the wall 5 are provided with an upper row of open holes and a lower row of open holes in a penetrating way, bolts 3 with attack ends fixedly connected with the wall 5 are inserted into the open holes, the open holes are of a stepped structure, and the heads of the bolts 3 are coplanar with the side wing plates of the two pieces 22.
The implementation principle of a building outer wall fire resistive construction of this application embodiment does:
before construction, the fireproof structure of the building outer wall performs prefabrication of each group of connecting pieces 2 and plates 1 according to the size of the outer wall 51 of the wall body 5, and holes are reserved on each group of one piece 21 and two pieces 22. When the wall body 5 is poured, the wall grooves 52 of each group are reserved through the templates, and the thicknesses of the two templates 22 and the wing plates are the same.
When the fireproof structure of the building outer wall 51 is installed, all groups of connecting pieces 2 are installed, holes are formed in the wall 5, expansion bodies of the bolts 3 are inserted into the holes, one piece 21 is installed, the holes in all groups of positioning plates 211 are opposite to the holes in the wall 5, the bolts 3 are inserted, the bolts 3 are screwed, and the bolts 3 are fixed with the outer wall 51 by one piece 21; and (3) installing each group of the second pieces 22, inserting the bolts 3 on the wing plates of the second pieces 22, and continuously screwing the bolts 3 to fixedly connect the second pieces 22 with the outer wall 51, thereby completing the installation of each group of the connecting pieces 2 on the outer wall 51.
At the moment, each group of plates 1 are inserted between the one piece 21 and the two piece 22 which are distributed from the horizontal opening at one side of the one piece 21 and the two piece 22 to the upper part and the lower part, and each group of plates 1 are assembled into a whole; and sequentially finishing the installation of the plates 1 in each row at different heights. And finally, trowelling the mortar 4, connecting the lower end of the mortar 4 with the ground 6, coplanar the upper end of the mortar 4 with the upper end surface of the wall 5, covering each group of connecting pieces 2 and the plates 1 by the mortar 4, and completing the whole construction process of the fire-proof structure of the external wall 51.
For 1 mounting means of present bonding fixed panel, the use of adhesive has been avoided in this application, and each group's connecting piece 2 is comparatively firm on outer wall 51 simultaneously, and when taking place the strong wind weather, structural strength of panel 1 on outer wall 51 is higher, and panel 1 is difficult for dropping, and then has promoted the bonding strength between fireproof panel 1 and the building outer wall 51, has reduced the probability that fireproof panel 1 takes place to drop from building outer wall 51.
