(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】無端状に配設されて回動する踏段、前記踏
段の両側に直立する欄干、前記欄干部を前記踏段と同一
方向に同一速度で回動するハンドレール、前記踏段や前
記ハンドレールを回動させるための駆動機、そしてこれ
らを制御する制御装置からなる乗客コンベアと、この乗
客コンベアを遠隔で監視する監視装置を備えた乗客コン
ベアの監視システムにおいて、 前記乗客コンベア側に設けられ前記乗客コンベアの稼動
状況を前記監視装置側に出力する手段と、前記監視装置
側に設けられ前記出力された情報を受信する手段と、前記監視装置側に設けられ前記乗客コンベアの再起動の
指令を前記制御装置に送信する手段と、 前記監視装置側
に設けられ前記乗客コンベアの再起動の際、乗客コンベ
アへの立入りを制限させる指令を生成する手段と、前記
乗客コンベア側に設けられ前記指令に応じて乗客コンベ
アへの立入りを制限させる表示を行う表示装置とを備え
たことを特徴とする乗客コンベアの監視システム。
