when the elevator alarm signal analysis and rescue task dispatching device judges that the current fault is a fault which can be cleared remotely, the elevator alarm signal analysis and rescue task dispatching device makes rescue instructions containing information of clearing the fault remotely according to the elevator alarm signal;
when the elevator alarm signal analysis and rescue task allocation device judges that the current fault is the action of a hoistway safety switch and rescue can be implemented through emergency electric operation, a rescue instruction is pushed to a maintenance terminal, and the maintenance terminal manually judges whether remote rescue is implemented or not;
when the elevator alarm signal analysis and rescue task allocation device judges that the current fault can be rescue through maintenance operation, a rescue instruction is pushed to the maintenance terminal, and the maintenance terminal manually judges whether remote rescue is implemented or not;
