First, a work zone is prepared locally. Then
A truck equipped with a boom-type crane will transport various construction materials and equipment to the site, and a boom-type crane will unload them in the work zone. Next, the ground is excavated by a backhoe or the like to dig a groove for burying the pipe. The excavated ditch will be earthed to prevent it from collapsing, and the gas pipe will be suspended in the ditch. Next, the gas pipe is transported to the site by a truck, and the gas pipe is suspended in the groove by using a heavy machine such as a large crane at the site. Then, the gas pipes thus laid in the groove are joined by welding in the groove. Then, after inspecting the welded portion, the earth and sand carried by the dump truck are put into the groove to backfill the groove. Then, after the earth and sand in the groove are leveled, the earth and sand are compacted by a compaction device. When burying gas pipes under the road, pave the surface of the compacted soil.

On the other hand, when the gas pipe is buried under the new road by the excavation method, there is basically no need to consider the influence on the traffic, so that it is not necessary to limit the width and length of the working zone. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, the groove 3 is previously excavated by the excavator 2 over the entire length of the pipe 1, the pipes 1 are welded to each other at the side of the groove 3 and inspected. The pipe 1 was sequentially hung and laid in the groove 3 by the crane 4, and the groove 3 was backfilled after the installation was completed.

However, the former construction method described above has the following problems. As described above, the width of the work zone is preferably one lane in consideration of the influence on traffic, but since the pipe is suspended in the groove by a large crane, it is necessary to provide a work zone across two lanes. there were. Therefore, it was an obstacle to traffic. Since the welding of the pipes is performed in the groove, there is a danger, and the welding work space is limited, so that the welding work efficiency is poor.

On the other hand, the latter construction method described above has the following problems. The welding work of the pipes 1 can be safely performed on the ground, but since the pipes 1 are hung from the side of the groove 3 by the plurality of large cranes 4 in the groove 3, a large number of people are required for the pipe laying work. Moreover, since it is necessary to horizontally and vertically move the pipe 1 by each crane 4, complicated crane operation is required. If a wide work belt that can accommodate heavy equipment cannot be taken, burial work cannot be performed.

Next, a method of laying a pipe in the groove by using the two pipe laying devices described above will be described. First, the groove 3 is excavated over the entire length in the ground where the pipe is buried. Then
The tube holders 13 are placed on the groove 3 with a predetermined space. Next, the tubes 1 are placed in a line along the groove 3 on the tube holder 13. Next, all the pipes 1 are joined by welding on the groove 3 and inspected. When the joining of all the pipes 1 is completed in this way, the two pipe laying devices 5A and 5B are introduced onto the groove 3, and one end of the pipe 1 is placed on each pipe support member 10. In order to mount the pipe 1 on the pipe support member 10, the pipe support member 10 is lowered between the pipe holders 13 by the elevating means 11 to the upper surface level of the groove 3, and then the pipe support member 10 is placed directly below the pipe 1. It is moved up to the traversing means 12. Next, the pipe support member 10 of the preceding pipe laying device 5A is slightly lifted by the elevating means 11. As a result, the pipe 1 is placed on the pipe support member 10, and the pipe holder 13 can be removed.

Next, the pipe laying devices 5A and 5B are moved from one end of the pipe 1 to the other end. Pipe laying equipment 5A, 5B
Even if is moved, since the pipe 1 is mounted on the rotatable pipe support member 10, the pipe 1 is not subjected to excessive force. Then, the pipe holder 13 is sequentially removed from the one end side of the pipe 1 along with the movement of the preceding pipe laying device 5A. The height of the pipe support member 10 of the trailing pipe laying device 5B is equal to that of the leading pipe laying device 5
The height is set lower than the height of the tube support member 10 of A. Thus, when the pipe 1 is placed on the pipe laying table 14 by its own weight, the pipe 1 is not subjected to an excessive bending stress. Since the tube support member 10 moves up and down around the axis 15 of the arm 9 in accordance with the inclination of the tube 1, the bending stress is not applied to the tube 1 from this point as well.

With the movement of the pipe laying devices 5A and 5B, the pipe 1 on the downstream side in the moving direction of the following pipe laying device 5B is gradually lowered by its own weight and placed on the pipe laying base 14 of the groove 3. Placed. At this time, the lateral movement of the arm 9 is adjusted by the traverse means 12 in order to accurately mount the pipe 1 on the pipe laying table 14, that is, in order to adjust the laying position of the pipe 1. The arm 9 may be rotatable in the horizontal plane to adjust the laying position of the pipe 1.

In this way, the preceding pipe laying device 5A
When the pipe has moved to the other end of the pipe 1, the pipe supporting members 10 of the leading and trailing pipe laying devices 5A and 5B are lowered to the bottom of the groove 3, and the other end of the pipe 1 is placed on the pipe laying table 14. The wheels 19 of the carriage 20 may travel on rails laid on both sides of the upper surface of the groove 3 or may be of a crawler type in order to suppress swinging of the carriage 20 in the vertical and horizontal directions as much as possible. Is also good. A plurality of pipe support members 23 are provided at the lower end of the arm 22 at intervals in the axial direction of the pipe 1 about the arm 22, and each of the plurality of pipe support members 23 has the arm 22 as the center. In a vertical plane including the axis of the pipe 1, the shaft 26 can be raised and lowered according to the inclination of the pipe 1. Each of the plurality of tube support members 23 may be formed in a drum shape to stably support the tube 1. The tube support member 23 may be a sliding type other than the tire type. The traverse means 25 is composed of a rail 27 fixed to the carriage 20 in the width direction of the groove 3 and a fixing member 28 of the arm 22 movable along the rail 27.

The pipe laying method by the pipe laying device 18 described above is basically the same as that by the pipe laying device 5. The only difference is the method of supporting the tube 1 by the tube support member 23. That is, when the pipe 1 is supported, the respective pipe support members 23 are brought close to each other by the traverse means 25, and when detached from the pipe 1, the respective pipe support members 23 are traversed means 25.
To separate from each other.

The above-mentioned pipe laying method is a case where the groove 3 is excavated over the entire length in advance and then the pipe 1 is continuously laid, but as shown in FIGS. Excavation, joining of pipes 1 and inspection are performed for each predetermined length, and pipe 1 is lowered to the bottom of groove 3 by pipe laying device 5 or 18.
The pipe 1 may be laid intermittently.

As described above, according to the present invention, the following useful effects are brought about. Since a pipe laying work for burying pipes such as gas pipes and water and sewer pipes underground can be performed from above the groove, a wide work zone is not required. Since a crane for hanging the pipe in the groove is not required, a wide work zone is not required from this point as well, and the pipe laying work can be performed by a small number of people. Since the pipe is vertically lowered in the groove, operations such as positioning of the pipe can be easily performed as compared with the case where the pipe is suspended from the side of the groove by a plurality of cranes.
