The bag 4 having both flexibility and elasticity.
Because the base material of the bag body 4 is expanded by the internal pressure of the hardened material 6 filled and the bag body 4 swells so as to come into close contact with the inner surface 5 of the molding cavity portion 3, the inner surface 5 of the molding cavity portion 3 is expanded. It is possible to mold the construction surface lining block 1 that properly reproduces the fine shape of the above.

It must be said that the split mold 21 has a problem that the boundary 22 of the split mold 21 appears in a streak pattern on the surface of the molded block 1 and that the split mold 21 itself is expensive.

Thus, the upper half block portion 19 is molded in the bag body 4 in the molding cavity portion 3 by simply using the open body (female mold 2) and the bag body 4 without using the split mold 21. Then, the lower half block portion 19 can be molded in the bag body 4 inflated above the upper surface of the opening of the molding cavity portion 3.

When the lower half block portion 19 is formed, the bag body 4 has an extra length end where the upper end of the bag mouth 7 exceeds the upper surface of the opening of the molding cavity 3. The surplus length end is filled with the hardening material 6, and the lower half block portion 19 is molded. When a bag body 4 made of rubber or the like having both flexibility and elasticity is used, the bag body 4 is stretched above the opening surface of the molding cavity 3 and the curing material 6 is stretched.
And the lower half block portion 19 is molded.

In addition to the above structure, as shown in FIG. 3A, before the hardening material 6 is completely hardened, the retractor 14 is inserted from the bag mouth 7, and a part of the retractor 14 is partially cured. It is embedded inside, and the retractor 14 is integrally attached to the embedded portion 10 of the construction surface lining block 1. When the embedded portion 10 for weight addition is not formed, the embedded portion 10 for weight addition is inserted into the back surface of the exposed portion 9 or the lower half block portion 19 and attached.

As the pulling tool 14, a hook metal fitting or a U-shaped metal fitting having one end cut out is used, or a metal rod is made to project, and the metal rod is bent and entwined with the net 15 to pull it through. Further, instead of the net 15, the construction surface lining block 1 may be attached to one rebar through the pulling tool 14.

Further, a net 15 is installed on the uncured construction surface lining block 1, and the pulling tool 14 is looped around the warp threads 15a and the weft threads 15b of the net 15 while the pulling tool 1 is pulled.
After the end of 4 is inserted into the uncured curing material 6 and the curing material 6 is cured, the plurality of construction surface lining blocks 1 integrated with the net 15 are removed from the female mold 2 together with the bag body 4. It is also possible to mold and remove the bag body 4 to form the block unit.

Further, while maintaining the outer shape of the exposed portion of the construction surface lining block, the embedded portion protruding above the female mold is formed to facilitate the weight setting of the block. Further, by freely adjusting the height of the embedded portion, it is possible to sufficiently secure the size of the embedded portion necessary for stable installation. Further, the upper half block portion and the lower half block portion are integrally formed, and the construction surface lining block imitating the shape of natural rock can be easily and reproducibly formed.
