Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the mold releasing work of a hardening agent molding or an execution face lining block from a female die and to facilitate the formation (weight setting) of the burial section of the execution face lining block while maintaining the outer shape of the block. SOLUTION: A flexible bag body 4 is arranged in the molding cavity section 3 of the female die 2, and a hardening agent 6 is filled in the bag body 4. The bag body 4 is inflated by the inner pressure of the hardening agent 6 to be accustomed to the inner surface 5 of the molding cavity section 3. The hardening agent 6 is released from the female die 2 together with the bag body 4 after being hardened, then the bag body 4 is removed to form the hardening agent molding 1 or the execution face lining block 1'.
