Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a frame structure of a folding tent, and more particularly to an improvement of a frame structure of a canopy tent. 2. Description of the Related Art A tent, particularly a canopy tent, as shown in FIG. 4, has been known as a frame structure. This frame structure is provided with square pillars 1, 1... Standing upright with the lower end in contact with the ground surface, and each pillar 1.
Covering the top of the connecting member 4 is a connecting member 4 integrally formed with receiving portions 3.3 for pivotally connecting one end of the supporting rods 2, 2,. [0003] Further, in the middle part of the pillars 1, ..., one end of another supporting rod 2a, which operates in a scissors shape having another direction, is pivotally connected with a screw or a pin. Are fixed to each other, and the supporting rods 2, 2 and 2a, 2a are pivotally supported at their other ends by the intermediate connecting members 5, 5. The movement makes it possible to expand the frame as a whole during use and contract when storing. [0004] From the above-mentioned intermediate connecting members 5,5, central support rods 6,6, toward the center direction of the frame are pivotably attached, and other central support rods 6,6, ... A central support column 7 attached to the end connects two places with a connecting member 8.
・ Support rods 2.2 supported in 8 and operating in a scissors-like manner
, 2a, 2a, and 2a. The canopy awning 9 is attached to the frame structure of the folding tent having the above-described structure with tension by means of end ropes or the like as shown in FIG. 3 in the state of FIG. 4 in which the frame structure is expanded. It will be. However, according to the frame structure of the conventional folding tent, each pillar 1
The receiving member 4 is covered with a top portion of the supporting members 2 and 2a and 2a.
In order to obtain the directionality of a ... and to reduce the weight, the struts 1 ... are made of square pipe material, as shown in FIG.
As shown in the enlarged view, the outer upper surface corner 4b has a cubic right angle. Therefore, the awning 9 stretched to the outer upper surface corner 4b comes into strong contact with the awning 9, and has a drawback that it is worn and damaged by being strongly rubbed at the time of installation work or the like. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional techniques and problems, and it is intended to prevent the awning from being worn or damaged at the upper end of the column and to prolong the life of the awning. It is an object of the present invention to provide a folding tent frame structure capable of obtaining an even denser installation state by being able to elastically receive tension at the time of installation. [0008] In order to achieve this object, a frame structure of a folding tent according to the present invention has a column that is squarely erected on the surface of the ground, and the column has a connecting member. Arrange a supporting rod that operates like a scissors via
Foldable telescoping with vertical bearings to support the central part of the
The connecting member is provided at the top of the column.
The tent was exposed and fitted and fixed.
Curved or tapered top surface to protect corners
The top member is provided with
Has springs interposed, and is resilient to tent tension
It is possible, and the top surface of the top member has elasticity
It is formed of a material and moves in the scissors
The inner surface of the receiving part of the supporting rod to be made is in contact with the side of the supporting rod.
Frame structure of a folding tent with a projection
In the above, the receiving portion is located above the square through hole to the support of the connecting member.
The upper edge is located higher than the surface opening edge.
It is characterized by having. According to the above construction, when the awning is stretched, a concentrated load is applied to the awning at the top of the column, the awning is prevented from being rubbed, and the awning is supported elastically. Therefore, the awning will not be worn and damaged. Next, an embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 and a modified example with reference to FIG.
FIG. 1 is a partially separated perspective view showing a main part of a frame structure of a folding tent embodying the present invention, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a mounted state of a top member, FIG. 6 is a plan view showing a modification,
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a connecting member as a second modified example, and FIG. 8 is a front view showing the same mounting example. The same parts as those in the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description is omitted. In the above-mentioned drawings, reference numeral 11 denotes a connecting member used in the present invention, in which receiving portions 3, 3 having the same meaning as in the prior art are integrally formed. This connecting member 11
The upper end of the column 1 is fitted into the rectangular through hole 12 in the vertical direction.
The upper end 1a and at least the upper surface opening 1b are exposed, and are fixed from the side wall surface by a fixing means such as a screw 13. A top member 14 is fitted into the upper surface opening 1b of the column 1, and the fitted outer wall surface is fixed in the column 1 by a fixing means such as the screw 13 described above. The top surface 14a of the top member 14 is a tapered surface having an arc shape, and the lower end of the tapered surface is connected to the outer corner of the upper surface of the connecting member 11 so that the corner of the connecting member 11 is substantially projected. It is assumed that it has been resolved. Further, the top member 14 has an exterior body 15 fitted to the column 1, and the exterior body 15 is a bottomed cylindrical body. The exterior body 15 has the top surface 14 described above.
An inner body 16 integrally formed with a is inserted from above, and the inner body 16 is open at the bottom, and a coil spring 17 is elastically provided between the bottom surfaces of the outer body 15. The top surface 14 a is formed by the coil spring 17.
Can be resilient in the vertical direction. On the other hand, as shown in FIG.
May be formed on the inner surface of the receiving portion 3 of the support rod 2 integrally formed with the support rod 2 in contact with the side surface of the support rod 2. With this configuration, the contact area with the support rod 2 can be reduced, the surface friction can be reduced, and the pivoting of the support rod 2 can be lightened. In addition, the inner rear end face 19 of the receiving portion 3 is formed in a round shape, and the end portion of the support rod 2 is also formed in a round shape, so that the pivotal movement of the support rod 2 is guided, and the density without gaps is reduced. High configuration. The receiving portions 3.3 having the end surfaces 19 and the projections 18, 18...
The upper edge position can be made higher than the upper surface opening a. In this case, the concave arc surface portion 20 can be formed from the opening edge of the square through hole 12 a to the upper edge of the receiving portion 3. Also, a concave arc surface portion 21 is formed on the lower surface base of the receiving portion 3. As shown in FIG. 8, the connecting member 11a having such a structure is about 1 cm to 1.5 cm from the top of the column 1.
It is fastened to the lowered position by a fastening tool such as a bolt 22, and the upper edge of the receiving portion 3 is positioned at about 5 mm from the top of the column 1. At this time, an elastic holding material such as urethane rubber is used for the top surface 14a of the top member 14. However, the use of the elastic holding material is effective even in the case shown in FIGS. With this configuration, the mounting position of the receiving portion 3 in the conventional connecting member 4 can be changed to the connecting member
Is secured even if the position is lowered, and the correspondence with the support rods 2, 2,... Is improved, and the strength of the receiving portion 3 formed by shifting the position is also ensured by providing the arc surface portions 20, 21. The Rukoto. The frame structure of the folding tent according to the present invention is configured as described above. Therefore, concentrated load and rubbing due to the corners of the connecting member during extension and construction of the awning are eliminated, and the awning is not worn or damaged.
