The tape guide 24 is rotatable in accordance with the attitude angle of the tape 14 which is led out to the object 35 to be bound from a position where the sending / bundling roller 6 and the auxiliary roller 7 sandwich the tape 14. FIG. 16 shows each operation process of the conventional strapping machine.
A, B and C and FIGS. 17A, B and C. In FIG. 17C, after moving the binding object 35 having been strapped from the table 13 to another place, the receiving plate 9 is advanced to the original position, the next binding object 35 is set on the table 13, and the process is started. By pressing the button or automatically starting, the tape 14 is sent out by rotating the sending / bundling roller 6 as shown in FIG. 16A so that the leading end of the tape 14 reaches near the far end of the receiving plate 9 (referred to as sizing). At the same time, the moving clamp 8 (the tape 14 is sandwiched between the clamping members 8a and 8b so as to pass freely) is rotated once to feed the tape 14 onto the table 13 to form a loop.

(2) In the invention according to claim 2, (1)
In, the tape lift mechanism has a pair or a plurality of pairs of tapered surfaces inclined in opposite directions with respect to the receiving plate, and when lifting the tape, the tapered surfaces of each pair are mutually moved in the advancing / retreating direction of the receiving plate. It moves in parallel and presses both sides of the tape simultaneously from the left and right. (3) In the invention according to claim 3, in the above (2), the tape guide is arranged so that each groove of the pair of (cross-section) U-shaped guides faces each other, and the interval between the U-shaped guides is close to each other. The tape lift surface of the tape lift mechanism is attached to the pair of U-shaped guides so as to face each other.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS [1] Regarding the improvement of the processing capacity of the strapping machine, after welding and cutting the tape 14 binding the articles 35, the receiving plate 9 must first be removed in order to remove the bound articles 35. It must be retracted and removed from between the article 35 and the tape 14. Further, in order to set the next item, it is necessary to move the receding receiving plate 9 forward, return it to its original position, and then set the item on the receiving plate 9. In the conventional processing steps, each step is performed in series in the following order: retreat of the receiving plate → removal of bound articles → advancement of the receiving plate → setting of the next item → formation of a loop. Of these, removal of the bound article and setting of the next article are performed manually. Although it depends on the level of proficiency in banding work, it is possible for an ordinary person to take the time to remove a bound item and set the next item in the entire time of banding one item. Account for a certain percentage. In addition, it is not possible to proceed to the next receiving plate advancing step until the article is removed, or to enter the next loop forming step until the next article is set.

Therefore, in the present invention, by providing the tape lift mechanism 100 to enhance the processing capability of the apparatus, even if the removal of the bound articles is not completed, the receiving plate 9
The receiving plate 9 can be advanced and the next loop can be formed even if the removal of the article or the setting of the next article is not completed. In other words, the removal of the article 35 and the advance of the receiving plate 9 (and the formation of the next loop), or the setting of the next article and the formation of the next loop can be performed in parallel.

Conventionally, the tape 14 wound around an article 35
If the receiving plate 9 is advanced, if the receiving plate 9 is moved forward, the tape 14 may be reinserted or the shape of the tape 14 may be deformed. If so, a trouble such as damage to the tape 14 is caused. Therefore, the receiving plate 9 could not be advanced until the bound articles 35 were removed.

(11) As shown in FIG. 12, even if there is still a tied article 35 on the receiving plate 9, the article 35 is being removed, or the next article 35 is being set. When the tape 14 is sent out irrespective of the articles 35, the leading end of the tape 14 passes through the groove of the tape guide 50 and hits the tape stopper 80, and a loop is formed.
Since the same state as described above is obtained, the next banding can be performed.

If the receiving plate 9 and the tape stopper 80 are advanced and the previous item has been removed, the next loop can be formed in parallel with the setting of the next item. in this way,
According to the present invention, the operation such as the formation of the next loop can be performed in parallel with the taking out of the tied article and the setting of the next article, which take a relatively long time, so that the time required for banding can be shortened accordingly.
