Although conventionally used for various purposes, it is considered to be unsuitable as a material for the above-mentioned cosmetic film because it is softer and less rigid than polypropylene, and has been avoided.

If the density of the polyethylene is less than 0.94 g / cm 3 , the resulting film has insufficient rigidity, is not suitable as a cosmetic film, and has a density of 0.97 g / c.
If it exceeds m 3 , the resulting film has sufficient rigidity, but is inferior in impact resistance, and thus is not suitable as a cosmetic film. In addition, the above-mentioned polyethylene may be used by mixing two or more kinds having different densities.

If the amount of the rubber is less than 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of polyethylene, the resulting film will have insufficient impact resistance, and will not be suitable as a cosmetic film. The resulting film has insufficient rigidity and is not suitable as a cosmetic film.

When the ethylene-butene rubber is used in an amount of 30% by weight, particularly preferably 10 to 20% by weight, the above effect is more remarkable.

However, as long as this property is not impaired, olefin-based resins other than the above-mentioned polyethylene, specifically, polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, and ethylene-density whose density is not in the above-described range are used. Ethylene-acrylic copolymer resins such as methyl methacrylate and ethylene-methyl acrylate, and ethylene-propylene copolymer resins may be used in combination.

The amount of calcium carbonate added is 5 to 100 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total of polyethylene and rubber. If the amount of calcium carbonate is less than the above range, it is meaningless to add calcium carbonate. If the amount is more than the above range, the resulting film becomes brittle and the impact strength is significantly reduced. In addition, in order to improve rigidity while suppressing a decrease in impact resistance of the obtained film, the average particle diameter of the calcium carbonate is 0.05 to 2.0.
It is desirable to use one of μm. The calcium carbonate may be surface-treated with stearic acid or the like in order to improve dispersibility.
