Description

The present invention relates to an electric wire that can be easily wired to the inner and outer surfaces of a wall, the upper and lower surfaces of a floor, the front and back surfaces of a ceiling, a pillar surface, etc. by fasteners such as a drawing, a pin, a nail, and a bug pin.

There are generally two types of electric wires, one of which is simply called an electric wire and the other is called a cable.

汎用的な材料として、PVC(ポリ塩化ビニル混合物)がある。
An electric wire generally refers to an electric wire covered with a protective coating which is an insulator for each conductor, as shown in FIG.
A conductor is a copper material or the like, which is formally called an electric conductor, and is a material that contains a movable electric charge and easily conducts electricity, that is, a material having high electric conductivity (conductivity). Generally, an electric annealed copper wire is used as the conductor. Select the cross-sectional area according to the required current value. In addition, tin plating, silver plating, nickel plating, etc. may be applied for the purpose of improving soldering workability and protective plating to prevent copper oxidation. Copper alloy wires are used to improve the strength of conductors as the wires become thinner, but various alloy wires have been developed in consideration of conductivity and strength. Insulator is a general term for substances that do not easily conduct electricity or heat, but in the case of electric wires, it refers to those coated by extruding synthetic resin. As a general-purpose material, there is PVC (polyvinyl chloride mixture). Plasticizers, stabilizers, fillers, pigments, etc. are blended with PVC resin, and depending on the blending, features such as flexible to tough semi-hard type, heat resistance, cold resistance, and oil resistance can be obtained. ..

As shown in FIG. 4, the cable refers to an electric wire in which a plurality of insulated electric wires having an insulating coating of a conducting wire material are coated with a sheath (protective outer coating).
That is, it mainly refers to an electric wire having a sheath (protective outer coating) on each of the insulated electric wires in which the conductor is insulated. Cables are also used for light and communication purposes, not for the purpose of conducting electricity. The sheath refers to the outermost coating of the cable, which further protects the insulator.
The permissible current changes depending on the wire material that makes up the cable and the number of cores.
The softness and strength of the cable will change accordingly, and the environment and application in which it will be used will also change.
Sheath materials include natural rubber, chloroprene rubber (neoprene), and vinyl.

Therefore, especially when wiring the above-mentioned electric wire to a wall, a pillar, a ceiling, etc., a U-shaped holding tool is generally used to straddle the electric wire and insert it into the wall, a pillar, the ceiling, etc. It is a complicated thing to do while doing it.
The present invention provides an electric wire that can be easily wired to a wall, a pillar, a ceiling, or the like by improving a pair of electric wires in which each conductor material is covered with a protective coating.

(1) An electric wire in which a pair of conductor material wires are each covered with an insulating protective coating, wherein an insulating bridge band having a predetermined width is connected and formed between the insulating protective coatings of the respective conductor material wires.
(2) The electric wire according to (1) above, wherein the insulating bridge band is provided with pin piercing holes at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction thereof.

In the electric wire of the present invention, an insulating bridge band having a predetermined width is connected and formed between each insulating protective coating of a pair of conductor material wires, so that when wiring to a wall, ceiling, pillar, etc., a drawing, a guide, a nail, a bug pin, etc. It is possible to wire the fasteners (hereinafter simply referred to as fasteners) safely and easily without short-circuiting the conductor material wires by simply inserting them into the wall, ceiling, or pillar surface via the insulating bridge band. It is a thing.
Further, when the fastener is inserted into the insulating bridge band, it is guided by the pin insertion hole to accurately hold the insertion position of the fastener.
