Description

The present invention relates to a food packaging box for storing various bento and other various foods.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as a food packaging box, a packaging box (folded box) in which an upper end of a tubular body made of a foamed resin formed in a tubular shape of a square or other polygonal cross section is opened and a lower end is closed with a bottom plate is generally known. (For example, see Patent Document 1).

The tubular body of the food packaging box described in Patent Document 1 (hereinafter, referred to as “conventional technology”) has a fold line such as a V-cut on one surface of a plate material made of foamed resin, The plate member is bent along a fold line and both ends of the plate member are fixed by adhesion or the like. According to this conventional technique, it is possible to obtain a food packaging box having a heat retaining property (heat retaining effect).

Utility model registration No. 3155981

According to the prior art, it is possible to obtain a food packaging box having a heat retaining effect as described above. However, in the conventional technique, since the cylindrical main body is made of the plate material made of foamed resin, there is a problem of pollution by plastic, that is, marine pollution and other environmental pollution. Therefore, it is desired to develop a food packaging box that can solve the above problems.

Therefore, for the purpose of solving the above-mentioned problems caused by plastics, a tubular main body is constructed with a composite plate material formed by polymer-bonding chip paper made of waste paper or the like on one (outer) surface of the wooden plate material. A food packaging box (hereinafter referred to as "prior art") was proposed. According to this prior art, the above-mentioned problems caused by plastic are solved, and, as is generally known, a food packaging having characteristics such as a bactericidal action of trees (prohibition of bacterial growth) and an appropriate hygroscopicity. You can get a box (folded box).

However, since the packaging box (folded box) of the prior art is composed of a composite plate material in which the tubular body is formed by polymer-bonding chip paper to one surface of the wooden plate material, it has the following problems. There is.
(1) Since the plate material is easily warped, the shape of the packaging box is deteriorated and there is a problem in the work for producing the box neatly.
(2) Especially, for example, the corners (folded portions) of the box are weak in strength and may be easily damaged.
(3) For example, packaging boxes for food such as lunch boxes are generally stored (packaged) with foods such as cooked rice in order to check and manage hygiene and safety. Use a metal detector (sensor) to inspect whether food contains, for example, metal needles or other metal substances before shipping as a commercial product for the purpose of confirming the sex. , They pass through the inspection line and check the boxes containing food one by one. The above-mentioned inspection is mainly carried out because it is found that a metal needle or the like is inserted into food by mischief or the like. Then, in the above inspection, the product (box with food) to which the sensor has reacted is removed as a defective product and discarded.
The chip paper made of waste paper or the like may be mixed with a metallic substance such as a staple pin or pin scrap. Therefore, in the case of a food packaging box in which a tubular body is made of a composite plate material formed by polymerizing and bonding such chip paper, even if food such as bento is normal, the metal center is There is a possibility that a problem may occur in which the chip waste of the tip paper of the cylindrical body is detected and reacted.
(4) When a composite board is cut into a desired size by a wood processing machine in a packaging box manufacturing operation, if the chip paper contains a metal substance, the processing blade becomes difficult to cut immediately. There is. This point will be further described later.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and solves the problems such as dust pollution caused by conventional plastics, while utilizing the advantages of the prior art wooden board as it is, and the above-mentioned prior arts. Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 to 5 show a food packaging box according to an embodiment (Embodiment 1) of the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, a food packaging box 100 of the present embodiment (Embodiment 1) includes a tubular main body 1 (a tubular body) having an opening 10 at one end (upper end in FIG. 1), and It has a bottom plate 2 provided by closing the other end side (lower end side in FIG. 1) of the main body 1. The main body 1 of the first embodiment is formed in a tubular shape having a quadrangular cross section (generally rectangular in the drawing). The body 1 is formed in a desired size.

The cylindrical main body 1 is a composite plate material formed by polymer-bonding a cardboard 12 made of virgin pulp having a desired thickness to one surface (a surface that is the outside of the body 1) of a wooden board material 11 having a desired thickness. It is composed of 13. The composite plate material 13 is formed in a rectangular shape, and the main body 1 is configured by bending the composite plate material along each folding line and adhering both ends thereof, as described later. The inner side surface of the main body 1 is formed by a surface of a wooden board material of a composite board material. Therefore, the fold line is formed on the composite plate material 13 so that the surface on the wooden plate material 11 side is bent inward.

The type of the wooden plate material 11 is not particularly limited and can be arbitrarily selected and adopted. For example, pine tree, pine tree, pine tree, red pine tree, cinnamon, farkata, spruce and other trees can be adopted. However, it is not limited to the above.

The virgin pulp cardboard 12 is a new pulp cardboard made of wood. This pulp paper has high strength and is used, for example, in milk packs and the like.

The wall thickness of the wooden plate material 11 and the wall thickness of the virgin pulp cardboard forming the composite plate material 13 are not particularly limited, and can be determined as desired. For example, the thickness of the former 11 can be set to about 1.5 to about 3.0 mm, and the thickness of the latter 12 can be set to about 1.0 to about 2.5 mm. In the first embodiment, the thickness of the former 11 and the thickness of the latter 12 are set to about 2.0 mm. However, the above is given as an example and is not limited to the above range. This also applies to each of the embodiments described later.

The bottom plate 2 is made of the wood plate material 11 having a desired wall thickness, cardboard made of virgin pulp, or any other arbitrary material. And in this Embodiment 1, the bottom plate 2 is bonded to the other end of the said main body 1 and the packaging box for foodstuffs is comprised. The outer surface of the tubular body 1 may be provided with a wood grain pattern or any other pattern by printing or the like, if desired.

The food packaging box 100 according to the first embodiment is configured as described above, and this packaging box is used for packaging various bento boxes and other various foods just like the conventional food packaging box. .. Although not shown, a desired top cover may be covered in the same manner as in the conventional case.

Next, an example of a method of manufacturing the food packaging box 100 according to the first embodiment will be described. FIG. 5 discloses an example of a box material plate (raw material plate) of a food packaging box used for manufacturing the tubular main body 1 of the packaging box. The box material plate 3 is made of virgin pulp having the same width and length as the plate material 31 and the desired wall thickness on one surface of the wooden plate material 31 having a desired thickness, a desired width and a desired length. It is composed of a composite plate material obtained by polymerizing and adhering the thick paper 32.

The width and length of the box material plate 3 (raw material plate) are not particularly limited, but those formed to have a width of about 36 cm to 50 cm and a length of about 2 m to 5 m can be used, for example. However, it is not limited to the above range. The thickness of the wooden board material 31 and the thickness of the cardboard 32 made of virgin pulp are not particularly limited. For example, the thickness of the former 31 is about 1.5 mm to about 3.0 mm and the latter 32. The wall thickness of about 1.0 mm to about 2.5 mm can be adopted. In the present embodiment (Embodiment 1), the former 31 and the latter 32 have a wall thickness of about 2.0 mm. However, it is not limited to the above range.

As shown in FIG. 2, folding lines 14 (V cut) are formed on the surface of the box material plate 3 on the wooden plate material 31 side at a predetermined distance from one side of the plate 3 toward the other side in the width direction of the plate 3. Give. Further, the material plate 3 is cut 15 into a length corresponding to the circumferential length of the tubular body 1. Through the above steps, the primary processed plate material 33 is obtained.

The processing operation of the primary processing plate material 33 can be performed by transporting the box material plate 3 along a work line by a known method and passing it through a processing unit (not shown). Both ends of the primary processed plate material 33, that is, the ends of the 15 cuts are obliquely cut. This processing can be performed by cutting (cutting 15) so as to cut the portion of the folding line 14 (V cut) in the portions located at both ends of the primary processing plate material 33. This cutting work can also be carried out by adopting a known method similar to the conventional one. Of the primary processed plate material 33 obtained by the above working steps, a cutting piece 34 formed at the tip (upper end in FIG. 2) and a cutting piece 34 (illustrated in the figure) formed at the lower end of the rearmost part of the primary processed plate material 33. No.) is an unused member and is discarded.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3A, the primary processed plate material 33 obtained in the above process is conveyed along a work line and passed through a cutter portion (not shown), and the primary processed plate material is predetermined by the cutter portion. The composite plate material 13 constituting the tubular main body 1 is obtained by cutting 16 into widths of dimensions. This cutting process can also be carried out by adopting a conventionally known method.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the composite plate material 13 is bent inward along each folding line 14, and both ends (diagonally cut surfaces) of the plate material 13 are adhered 17 to form the tubular body 1. To do. Through the above steps, the tubular main body 1 having the inner wall surface made of the wooden board 11 and the outer wall surface made of the virgin pulp cardboard is manufactured. Then, the bottom plate 2 is adhered to the other end (lower end in FIG. 4) of the main body 1 to manufacture the food packaging box 100 of the present embodiment (Embodiment 1).

The food packaging box of the first embodiment discloses an example in which the bottom plate 2 is bonded to the lower end of the tubular main body 1. However, for example, FIG. 6 of Patent Document 1 or Utility Model Registration No. 3143291 is disclosed. It goes without saying that the bottom plate may be configured to have a raised bottom shape as disclosed in, for example. This also applies to the food packaging boxes of the respective embodiments described later.
