本考案は出来る限りの簡単構成で形成されている。以下解決手段を説明する。
図１の工程図のごとく、まずヌメ皮シート（２）を用意する。つぎにこれに動物等のキャラクターの展開図を印刷する為に、インクジェットＵＶ加工印刷機（１）に、セットする。この印刷機は、ＵＶ光線を発して印刷面を瞬時に乾燥コーティング加工処理が出来、色彩等がリアルに表現出来るのである。つまり通常はヌメ皮シート（２）は印刷すると塗料で、濡れた状況にあるので、乾燥しにくく、その間に色彩等の品質も落ちてしまう状況にあった。つぎに該印刷機により印刷された展開図ＵＶ加工印刷済ヌメ皮シート（３）を取り出し、これをプレス機（４）のテーブルにセットして、プレス抜型（５）で展開図部分（１１）のみを抜き取り設ける。
つぎにこの切り抜かれた、ヌメ皮の展開図部分（１１）を用意して、その表面に水や湯（７）、またアルコールのような溶材でも良いが、スプレー加工をして、それらを加工し易く柔らかにする。そして半乾きの状態になったところで、このヌメ皮の展開図部分（１１）に手指仕上加工（６）を施して仕上げて、ヌメ皮立体完成体（１０）として形成する。つぎにボンド止め（９）をして、さらに鋲止め（８）を加えて、完成させる。本考案は以上のような特徴よりなる、ヌメ皮人形である。The present invention is formed as simple as possible. まず、図１のごとくＡ４サイズあるいはＡ３サイズのヌメ皮シート（２）を用意して、つぎにこのヌメ皮シート（２）を、動物等の多彩なキャラクターの展開図を印刷する為に、インクジェットＵＶ加工印刷機（１）にセットする。つぎに、このセットしたヌメ皮シート（２）に該展開図を印刷して、展開図ＵＶ加工印刷済ヌメ皮シート（３）として形成して設ける。この印刷機は、ＵＶ光線処理加工ができる最新鋭のもので、従来、ヌメ皮の性質もあり、印刷塗料で濡れる状況にあると、乾燥しにくく、その間に細かい色彩等も品質が落ちてしまう状況にあったが、このＵＶ加工により、瞬時に乾燥とＵＶコーティングが成されて、色彩等リアルに表現された。さらにこの展開図ＵＶ加工印刷済ヌメ皮シート（３）をプレス機（４）のテーブルにセットして、プレス抜型（５）で展開図部分（１１）のみを抜き取り設ける。
つぎにこの抜き取った、ヌメ皮の展開図部分（１１）の表面に、水や湯（７）でスプレー加工を行い、適度に柔らかくして半乾きの状態になったところで、この切抜いた展開図部分（１１）に手指仕上加工（６）を施して仕上げて、ヌメ皮立体完成体（１０）として形成する。最後にボンド止め（９）をして、さらに鋲止め（８）を加えて、完成する。
