That is, in the present invention, the difference in the distribution density of the light-reflective fine powder 4 dispersed in the transparent whole-surface clear layer 6 causes a difference in the degree of reflection by light from the outside, resulting in characters and designs. It is considered that the texture of the three portions and the other portions appears as if they had been subjected to unevenness processing. The greater the difference in solubility or permeability between the partial clear layer 2 forming the design 3 and the partial clear layer 2, the more conspicuous the unevenness is.

The reason why the texture of the unevenness appears in the present invention is that the solubility or permeability of the base material 1 and the partial clear layer 2 with respect to the solvent used for the transparent overall clear layer 6 as described above. The reason is that the difference is due to the difference in distribution density of the light-reflective fine powder 4 due to the difference between the solubility of the substrate 1 and the partial clear layer 2 in the solvent used when forming the transparent full-surface clear layer 6. When the size of the permeability is reversed,
This is due to the fact that the texture of the irregularities between the characters and the design portion and the base material portion was reversed, but it is not strictly clear.

Further, a colored clear layer 7 is provided on a part or the entire surface of the substrate 1, a partial clear layer 2 for forming characters and patterns 3 is provided on the upper surface thereof, and a transparent clear layer is provided on the upper surface thereof. In the case where 6 is provided, it is as if unevenness processing is performed in a state where a part or the whole of the character or design 3 part and the other part is colored due to the difference in distribution density of the light reflective fine powder 4. It has a nice texture.

Example 1 FIGS. 1 and 2 are a plan view and a partially longitudinal sectional end view of a printing sheet according to a first embodiment of the present invention. In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes a 50 μm-thick transparent vinyl chloride film (product First name M5
412 P-5: substrate by Lintec Co., Ltd.)
On the surface of the base material 1, a character or pattern is formed using a two-pack curing type urethane tank with a viscosity of 400 cps (trade name: S-612-8: manufactured by Seiko Advance Co., Ltd.) so that the character or pattern 3 is formed as a punching die. After forming a partial clear layer 2 having a thickness of 8 μm by screen printing on the entire surface except the part 3,
And dried over 60 minutes with hot air, and the whole surface of the two-part curable urethane tank is adjusted to a viscosity of 80 cps with a thinner and contains 5% by weight of metallic mica powder 4 having a particle size of 10 to 50 μm. A 15 μm thick transparent full-surface clear layer 6 was formed by screen printing in a state where the partial clear layer 2 other than the characters and patterns 3 was much less soluble in thinner than the substrate 1. After about 10 seconds, as the thinner was volatilized, a smooth printed sheet was obtained in which the characters formed as blank characters and the pattern 3 in the light gray transparent background appeared to be raised above the other portions. In addition, the surface of the printing sheet did not feel unevenness even when touched with a finger.
