Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a bright printed matter having a metallic luster similar to that of metal vapor deposition and a bright printed matter having the metallic luster and exhibiting an embossed appearance. It can be applied to various uses such as a display panel of a device.

LICS), but the conventional metal color ink is obtained by mixing about 1 to 22% of aluminum powder with respect to the binder. It was not possible to obtain a metallic luster at or near the same.

Since the ratio is as low as 20% and the mixing ratio with the diluting solvent is as wide as 0 to 30%, when printed on a transparent polyester (PET) film, for example, the entire surface is irregularly reflected and has a strong glare. No brilliancy with similar metallic luster was obtained.

In addition, a ground pattern portion such as a character or a pattern portion of a printed matter is embossed. Each of the above means as a means requires engraving on a metal roll surface, asperity processing on a copper plate, an etching plate, etc., and further requires an electromagnet and a large-scale means for generating a high voltage. In addition, there are many problems such as the fact that it is necessary to incorporate magnetic powder or conductive powder into the ink, so that there is a great limitation in the use of color.

The degree of polymerization can be arbitrarily selected as long as it is a transparent resin in a commonly used ink material such as an acrylic resin, a polyester resin, a polyurethane resin, and a butyral resin. In addition, as typical cellulose derivatives, alkyl cellulose such as methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, propyl cellulose, acetyl butyl cellulose and butyl isobutyl cellulose, and alkylhydroxy cellulose such as hydroxyethyl cellulose are exemplified.

Examples thereof include methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol and propyl alcohol. Alcohols such as alcohol and butyl alcohol; ketones such as acetone, isophorone, methyl ethyl ketone and methyl isobutyl ketone; cellosolves such as methyl cellosolve and ethyl cellosolve; and aromatic hydrocarbons such as toluene and xylene As a printing aid and a drying control agent, aliphatic hydrocarbons and ethers which are compatible with these solvents and are usually used as diluents which do not dissolve the binder can also be used.

Although it is possible to use a material smaller than 5 μm, it is very special and hardly available. Second, the ratio of the aluminum powder to the binder is set to 50:10 to 10:30,
If the amount of the binder is less than 50:10, the aluminum powder hardly adheres to the printing base material, and the pattern is distorted in a later process.
If the amount of the binder is too large than 0:30, it is difficult to obtain a metallic glossy aluminum printed surface.

If the amount is less than 5 times the weight, the aluminum powder layers do not overlap in an orderly manner and become irregular, and become dark and have a metallic appearance. Conversely, if the amount of the diluted solvent is more than 15 times, the continuity of the aluminum powder particles is lost and the metallic appearance is lost. Does not come out.

By using a transparent colored ink or a transparent colored film in addition to the metallic feeling, a colored metallic print with improved design can be obtained.

Aluminum powder containing 90% or more of aluminum powder of about 20 μm, a weight ratio of a binder made of a transparent resin to 50:10 to 10:30, and a diluting solvent of the aluminum powder and the binder. 5 for total weight
By increasing the size by up to 15 times, the printability is good because the particle size of the aluminum powder in the glitter ink is fine and the flowability is high, and a printed matter having a metallic luster close to that of aluminum vapor deposition is obtained.

0: 5 to 10:30, and the amount of the solvent is 5 to 1
It can be seen that the glitter ink with 5 times has metallic luster. In Table 4, the ratio of the aluminum powder to the binder is 50:10 to 10:30, and the amount of the solvent is 5%.
It can be seen that the brilliant ink at ~ 15 times shows good printing characteristics. Accordingly, Tables 1 to 4 show that as a brilliant ink having a metallic luster and having good printability, an aluminum powder containing 90% or more of an aluminum powder having a particle diameter of 5 to 15 μm and a binder are used. It can be seen that a ratio of 50:10 to 10:30 and the amount of the solvent with respect to the ratio being 5 to 15 times is practical. From the viewpoint of metallic luster alone, those having a ratio of aluminum powder to binder of 50: 5 are particularly excellent, as shown in Table 3, and can be used in this state when printing over the entire surface. However, there is a problem in expressing a delicate pattern, and in such a case, if means for improving printability is adopted, it is considered that practical use will be possible.

When viewed from the back side, the printed material has a mirror-like high metallic gloss in the letters and the pattern 3 as viewed from the back. FIG. 2 (b)
The shiny printed material shown in Fig. Is entirely silver-stained when viewed from the surface.
A bright printed matter in which the letters and patterns 3 are raised in a convex shape, the letters and patterns 3 are dented in a concave shape when viewed from the back, and the mirror-like metal with the other parts having higher light brightness. The resulting printed material has a different degree of gloss. The difference in the degree of the metallic luster depends on the transparency of the transparent ink for printing the characters and the design 3.
